Dose of Roses Beverly Hills

Bought the light up rose in the glass dome got it on valentines day, so good with shipping and all that, BUT (of course theres a but) the base of the dome is missing all the screws so it wont stay lit. Customer service hasn't answered since after valentine's. No phone number directly on website. Crappy.

I ordered from this company on Jan 20th. I have yet to receive my order from them. Also I have emailed them multiple times and I have yet to get a response. Cannot find a landline to call either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If you are one of the lucky ones to get your order. Awesome.

Order from dose of rose and they took money out of my account and never receive my purchase. I have emailed them and no response. Sad thing is they promised it by Valentine's and this is what I was bought my girl for Valentine's.. These people need to be shut down or made ti pay all the people they ripped off back

I made an order and it never came in. Don't order from here! My card was charged too and I never received a status update on my order either.

Horrible business, quality, customer service everything is bad about this business It is a scam could never get ahold of the company when trying to change my address until a few days later and then never heard any updates or anything until the day that it was supposed to be delivered after I disputed the charge with my bank they finally shipped the order after I paid the extra money for it to be here on Valentine's Day this company is a scam and needs to be reported.

Placed an order February 7th and according to their website it was guaranteed to be delivered by Valentines Day. It has been 3 weeks now and the order is still showing unfulfilled. No answer to emails, or phone number that I obtained (800.XXX-XXXX). I'm seeing a lot of other people in the same situation, beginning to think this is a scam.

Such scammers. Worst company ever. They don't have a phone number to call, e-mail only which they NEVER respond to, but constantly post on Instagram.

I appreciate how freshly preserved my roses are, they are very attractive. The delivery services are okay too. I'm glad I discovered this shop.

I have never known a site that produces roses dipped in gold. The ones I ordered look so sophisticated, worth the price. The delivery is fast too.

I ordered a product from Dose of Roses on the 13. It never shipped. I emailed them asking for the status or refund. They never responded.
I ordered a galaxy rose on Feb 13th. Order # ***. My order never shipped. I emailed the company asking for the status of my order or a refund and they never responded. They have no contact number so I can't call. My brother ordered the same product a few hours after I did and he received his. I payed $31 which included expedited shipping within the same state as the company and according to the tracking number it hasn't even left the warehouse.

Item arrived melted and non functional. Complaint sent to company through their website. No response. Complaint posted on their Facebook. Deleted.

Added complaints to their Facebook pages along with others having similar issues but these comments are deleted. They also blocked me from future complaints. They stole my money and will not reply regarding a refund.

Placed order on January 31 for Valentine's Day never received my order.
I placed a order for Valentine's Day on January 31. I waited till February 7 to contact dose of roses because I never received shipping tracking number. I received a email on February 11 stating the red rose bear I ordered was out of stock but when I ordered it online it was available it's funny how after 11 days they realize it's out of stock it shouldn't been available to order online. So I told them send me any bear as long as it's here by the 14 th or they can cancel my whole order and refund me. I did not receive any of my items on Valentine's Day I just received a email today February 20 that they was refunding me for one of my items that I paid 69.95 and they was refunding me 52.46 that's not even what I paid for the item or the shipping cost I occurred because please believe me shipping was not free. They taking money from me like I owe them a restocking fee or inconvenience fee when they should be refunding me what I paid for the item and shipping they act like there helping me out when I had to rush out last minute on Valentine's Day because my order didn't arrive that day and till this day it still hasn't arrived. ILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOSE OF ROSES ONLINE AGAIN.

Defective item and no customer service response.
I purchased one of their Galaxy rose displays order number ***. I paid for shipping, and it was late. This is not the issue but thought I'd address it as well. The main issue is I recieved a defective item. The battery port is warped and will not hold batteries. Ive been trying to reach customer service but have gotten no response for a few days. I just want my money back.

On Feb 5th, I purchased a forever rose bear that I wanted to send my significant other for Valentine's. On the post of instagram I had seen, they mentioned that any orders placed would be guaranteed delivery by or before Valentine's. I paid for rush processing and also for next day air shipping. The rush delivery was a charge of $10 but that would guarantee your order would be ready within 24 hours. The next day air obviously was for next day delivery. I paid $21 extra for that shipping method. Therefore I was expecting my items by Feb 7th. Right after I made the purchase, I recieved a text and email confirming that my order was being processed And that a shipping label was created shortly after. Well Feb 11th came along and nothing, so I emailed them and sent them a DM via instagram. No answer, Then Feb 12th, 13th, no answer. Until they posted on instagram that they were a little delayed, still no answer to my emails or messages. As of today 02/19 I have yet to hear from anyone in this company. Daily emails, comments, dm's and not a single answer. May I add that any comment I post on their Instagram page asking any form of update is immediately removed. I just want my money back.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago paid for expedited shipping & have yet to receive my order. The company will not respond to me.
I placed an order on 2/4/2020 for roses and paid for expedited shipping. To this date I have yet to receive my order. I have tried reaching out to the company's costumer service department multiple times and get no response. I have sent multiple messages through social media and get no response. I've even left comments on their social media page and I noticed they got deleted shortly thereafter. I wish to revive a full refund being that I never revived my order.

Ordered product from Dose of Roses. Product arrived broken, LED lights do not work. Company does not respond to requests for refund.
I ordered galaxy rose LED lighted shelf display from their website on 2/9. It arrived on 2/13, and when I received it, there was glue pieces all over the product and when putting in batteries, the product would not light up. I contacted their customer service to ask for an exchange that evening. No response. I waited and emailed again asking for a refund on 2/15. No response. I emailed again this morning asking on how to process refund. No response.
