Plastic cheap roses that are worth $1. Customer service will not respond! They charged me $9.99 for putting a gift message in the box and then they did not put the card in the box, the exterior boxes are dented. Overall presentation is sloppy. Had to go to my credit card to get it refunded

I saw an ad on facebook, thought their products looked great, along with many celebrity "endorsements " felt safe to spend good money. Ordered my items, roses in the black suede box plus an additional 10 dollars for the card, paid for my order and instantly received an email confirmation, that was the last contact with this company. No product, no return emails, no anything. I paid for extra shipping, this was a valentines gift. After 5 email attempts over a matter of a week, I finally get a bs email stating the order will not be delivered, mind you this is the evening before Valentine's day, now I'm scrambling to find a gift and spend more money. This website is a scam, all the positive reviews online are usually all on the same day from majority women. They took my money and cared little of the consequences. I've read hundreds of bad reviews with people in my position. This company needs to be shut down. I have already reported them to my cc company and FTC, they will be held accountable.

Placed 2 orders from their website for Valentine's Day and they have never been delivered. I have emailed over the past two weeks and nothing.
I placed an order on Feb. 4th order number *** for $ 77.74 and another on Feb. 5th order number *** for $ 51.48. Neither order was ever delivered by Valentine's Day. I have emailed over the past two weeks to get a refund on my money as this point there is no reason to send them out. And I have not received a single reply. There is numerous accounts for them being scammers trying to get anything from them seems like a dead end. I just want my money refunded.

February 8, 2020 I ordered the GALAXY ENCHANTED ROSE and paid the extra money to have it delivered in time for valentines day. Order #*** $59.93 Debit card. I have not received the product I have emailed them twice and have called them left message and continue to call and have not received any response. I believe this is fraudulent company. I am going to change bank card tomorrow and dispute the charges.

What I got were a box of galaxy roses. 12 to be exact.

I payed for Next day Delivery 2 days before Valentine's day and it took a week for delivery. This means they charged me 25 dollars extra for no reason
Purchased on the 12th of February with order number ***. I payed 24.24 for next day delivery and I did not receive the item until the 19th. All I ask is for shipping to be refunded. Not much of a Valentine's Day present the week after.

Recieved item much cheaper than was ordered. 70 dollar difference. No response from them on the matter. Requesting right product, or refund.
On Saturday, February 15th, 2020, I ordered a 90 dollar "Forbidden Rose - Large, Royal Blue" and paid an extra 40 dollars for express shipping. Order number ***. I recieved my product on Wednesday, February 19th, 2020, and upon opening found a much cheaper item listed on their website, which would be the Galaxy Rose valued at 20 USD. as I have been trying to contact them, they have deleted comments, and disregarded my emails. This company is fraudulent and a scam. I request reimbursement, or the proper item as ordered at the cost of shipping. I have documentation of the order confirmation, the item recieved, and the packaging which clearly states what the product should be, but isn't.

Ordered Roses that were advertised to be here by Valentine's Day. Ordered Feb 11th and paid express 2 day shipping. 10 days later nothing arrived.
I have reached out to dose of roses three times regarding an order that is over 10 days late. I ordered one order of roses from the website on February 11th and the website claimed it would arrive before Valentine's Day. I paid for express two day shipping. 10 days later, nothing has arrived. Since I have reached out to dose of roses three times via email and have not had any response, I am reporting this business as fraudulent. I paid over $170, and have not received any correspondence from Dose of Roses about how I can get this order refunded.

Ordered product from Dose of Roses. Product arrived broken, LED lights do not work. Company does not respond to requests for refund.
I ordered galaxy rose LED lighted shelf display from their website on 2/9. It arrived on 2/13, and when I received it, there was glue pieces all over the product and when putting in batteries, the product would not light up. I contacted their customer service to ask for an exchange that evening. No response. I waited and emailed again asking for a refund on 2/15. No response. I emailed again this morning asking on how to process refund. No response.

I placed an order on 2/4/2020 for roses and paid for expedited shipping. To this date I have yet to receive my order. I have tried reaching out to the company's costumer service department multiple times and get no response. I have sent multiple messages through social media and get no response. I've even left comments on their social media page and I noticed they got deleted shortly thereafter. I wish to revive a full refund being that I never revived my order.

On Feb 5th, I purchased a forever rose bear that I wanted to send my significant other for Valentine's. On the post of instagram I had seen, they mentioned that any orders placed would be guaranteed delivery by or before Valentine's. I paid for rush processing and also for next day air shipping. The rush delivery was a charge of $10 but that would guarantee your order would be ready within 24 hours. The next day air obviously was for next day delivery. I paid $21 extra for that shipping method. Therefore I was expecting my items by Feb 7th. Right after I made the purchase, I recieved a text and email confirming that my order was being processed And that a shipping label was created shortly after. Well Feb 11th came along and nothing, so I emailed them and sent them a DM via instagram. No answer, Then Feb 12th, 13th, no answer. Until they posted on instagram that they were a little delayed, still no answer to my emails or messages. As of today 02/19 I have yet to hear from anyone in this company. Daily emails, comments, dm's and not a single answer. May I add that any comment I post on their Instagram page asking any form of update is immediately removed. I just want my money back.

Defective item and no customer service response.
I purchased one of their Galaxy rose displays order number ***. I paid for shipping, and it was late. This is not the issue but thought I'd address it as well. The main issue is I recieved a defective item. The battery port is warped and will not hold batteries. Ive been trying to reach customer service but have gotten no response for a few days. I just want my money back.

I received a email on February 11 stating the red rose bear I ordered was out of stock but when I ordered it online it was available it's funny how after 11 days they realize it's out of stock it shouldn't been available to order online. So I told them send me any bear as long as it's here by the 14 th or they can cancel my whole order and refund me. I did not receive any of my items on Valentine's Day I just received a email today February 20 that they was refunding me for one of my items that I paid 69.95 and they was refunding me 52.46 that's not even what I paid for the item or the shipping cost I occurred because please believe me shipping was not free. They taking money from me like I owe them a restocking fee or inconvenience fee when they should be refunding me what I paid for the item and shipping they act like there helping me out when I had to rush out last minute on Valentine's Day because my order didn't arrive that day and till this day it still hasn't arrived. ILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOSE OF ROSES ONLINE AGAIN.

I ordered a galaxy rose on Feb 13th. Order # ***. My order never shipped. I emailed the company asking for the status of my order or a refund and they never responded. They have no contact number so I can't call. My brother ordered the same product a few hours after I did and he received his. I payed $31 which included expedited shipping within the same state as the company and according to the tracking number it hasn't even left the warehouse.

I ordered a half dozen Galaxy Roses for my wife for a Valentine's Day surprise on Feb. 7, 2020. I got an email on Feb. 13, 2020, stating my order is out for delivery. Order number ***. On the same day, I got an email stating they were delivered at 11:28 a.m. The package was never received and I followed up with two emails to the company for support and never received any correspondence in return. I used a credit card to purchase this gift that charged me $46.96.
