Dose of Roses Beverly Hills

Ordered Roses that were advertised to be here by Valentine's Day. Ordered Feb 11th and paid express 2 day shipping. 10 days later nothing arrived.
I have reached out to dose of roses three times regarding an order that is over 10 days late. I ordered one order of roses from the website on February 11th and the website claimed it would arrive before Valentine's Day. I paid for express two day shipping. 10 days later, nothing has arrived. Since I have reached out to dose of roses three times via email and have not had any response, I am reporting this business as fraudulent. I paid over $170, and have not received any correspondence from Dose of Roses about how I can get this order refunded.

Recieved item much cheaper than was ordered. 70 dollar difference. No response from them on the matter. Requesting right product, or refund.
On Saturday, February 15th, 2020, I ordered a 90 dollar "Forbidden Rose - Large, Royal Blue" and paid an extra 40 dollars for express shipping. Order number ***. I recieved my product on Wednesday, February 19th, 2020, and upon opening found a much cheaper item listed on their website, which would be the Galaxy Rose valued at 20 USD. as I have been trying to contact them, they have deleted comments, and disregarded my emails. This company is fraudulent and a scam. I request reimbursement, or the proper item as ordered at the cost of shipping. I have documentation of the order confirmation, the item recieved, and the packaging which clearly states what the product should be, but isn't.

I payed for Next day Delivery 2 days before Valentine's day and it took a week for delivery. This means they charged me 25 dollars extra for no reason
Purchased on the 12th of February with order number ***. I payed 24.24 for next day delivery and I did not receive the item until the 19th. All I ask is for shipping to be refunded. Not much of a Valentine's Day present the week after.

I ordered something from their site, and got something completely diferent.

product paid for never received. No communication from company at all.
February 8, 2020 I ordered the GALAXY ENCHANTED ROSE and paid the extra money to have it delivered in time for valentines day. Order #*** $59.93 Debit card. I have not received the product I have emailed them twice and have called them left message and continue to call and have not received any response. I believe this is fraudulent company. I am going to change bank card tomorrow and dispute the charges.

Placed 2 orders from their website for Valentine's Day and they have never been delivered. I have emailed over the past two weeks and nothing.
I placed an order on Feb. 4th order number *** for $ 77.74 and another on Feb. 5th order number *** for $ 51.48. Neither order was ever delivered by Valentine's Day. I have emailed over the past two weeks to get a refund on my money as this point there is no reason to send them out. And I have not received a single reply. There is numerous accounts for them being scammers trying to get anything from them seems like a dead end. I just want my money refunded.

Paid for items that were never received nor was multiple complaints followed up on.
I saw an ad on facebook, thought their products looked great, along with many celebrity "endorsements " felt safe to spend good money. Ordered my items, roses in the black suede box plus an additional 10 dollars for the card, paid for my order and instantly received an email confirmation, that was the last contact with this company. No product, no return emails, no anything. I paid for extra shipping, this was a valentines gift. After 5 email attempts over a matter of a week, I finally get a bs email stating the order will not be delivered, mind you this is the evening before Valentine's day, now I'm scrambling to find a gift and spend more money. This website is a scam, all the positive reviews online are usually all on the same day from majority women. They took my money and cared little of the consequences. I've read hundreds of bad reviews with people in my position. This company needs to be shut down. I have already reported them to my cc company and FTC, they will be held accountable.

Paid for 2 items and never received and never was supplied tracking #s. Tried contacting them several times never get a answer or reply.

Horrible iv emailed 3 times multiple days ordered galaxy rose on feb 11 today's the 20 still havent seen or heard anything but they have charged me.my fried ordered her galaxy rose day after me she recieved it 4 days later I'm wondering what the ***..

Plastic cheap roses that are worth $1. Customer service will not respond! They charged me $9.99 for putting a gift message in the box and then they did not put the card in the box, the exterior boxes are dented. Overall presentation is sloppy. Had to go to my credit card to get it refunded

Emailed around 10 time requesting a refund due to 14" bear I ordered that was falling apart when I received it. My emails are now being ignored on I started asking to be refunded rather than getting store credit. Stay away. These people are associated with other crooked companies know for stealing money and bad customer service.

I ordered roses for my wife on 2/10/20 that were supposed to be delivered before Valentines day. I still have not received them. I have emailed them 5 separate times requesting updates and have not received a single reply. They charged my credit card though $275. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

What I love most about DOR is that the quality of roses never wane with time and the services are reliable. The items are sold at fair prices as well.

So many cool choices to choose from here at dose of roses. Everything's freshly preserved and the boxes are made with such creativeness, the prices are appropriate.

Have not shipped an order placed two weeks ago. They have hundreds of unhappy people like me. They delete complaint comments on IG/FB. No email comm.
Those of roses has not shipped my order that I placed two weeks ago. There are hundreds if not thousands of people in the same exact situation I am in. They do not respond to email and they do not have a phone to talk to people. They will not compensate for their issues or unethical practices. They are deleting Hundreds of comments each week on their Instagram and Facebook pages that Feature models and celebrities and events, which are obviously new, yet they are not for filling their orders in mass. They do not communicate with their customers, they only try to give themselves the best PR possible by continuing to post advertising and celebrities with their products, all while deleting any negative comments of people demanding where their order is or why they are not refunding their money. It is one thing to simply be unprepared for A lot of new orders, especially if you are doing Internet advertising and something can go viral, it's even understandable. But, it is unethical to not give an update to individuals, nor give an update via social media that you are behind on all orders and they will not be shipped on time, all while holding on to the money That customers have paid because you are unethical and greedy. Yes, I said greedy. A genuine ethical business would either refund customers their money, or ship their orders with overnight shipping and take a loss on it. You can tell that dose of roses is a newer company owned by a young couple *** and his wife ***. His Instagram is that of a typical millennial quoting ways to get rich and succeed, while grinding each day. Why do I bring this up? Because this owner owned a previous company, that which I will not name, that ALSO had hundreds of complaints until the company closed and he opened up a dose of roses. His company is a perfect representation of the L a lifestyle, shiny and sexy on the outside, cancerous and rotten and lacking in morals on the inside. This is what happens when you do not fulfill hundreds or thousands of Customer orders and then slap them in the face by not responding to them and also deleting all comments to make yourself look like a good company

Ordered a rose bear on 1/27 they said it would be here 1-3 business days. Sent three emails and no response. 2/14 still not bear..

It Says they are dipped in 24K gold... no its paint. and really bad paint in fact that it shows the under coated white plastic. The pedals were distorted and the leaves, which were poorly glued on, were falling apart. Sent an email have been in contact. Still no response
