Horrific. Hacked! Bank acct drained.
No customer service. Sent tons of emails. Guy changed all my info and drained my bank acct. I am locked out. Only get bot replies. Avoid this company at all costs. Inhale sent no less than a dozen requests to resolve this. They won’t reply. No phone!

Completely disgusted
A loyal customer for years, they shut down my account for no reason. Didn't respond to any of my messages. Now they have my money, and I can't remove it. I just want my money back, sitting in my account with them, so I can go elsewhere. They aren't the only game in town.

Response to issues
In the beginning Draftkings did a phenomenal job of responding to issues as well as walking me through procedures and contest rules

In the last two months this has gone down dramatically. Some questions/issues are resolved within 48 hours while others get no response or resolution for weeks. I currently have an outstanding issue that is not addressed or resolved that has been posted since September 6th. I called and left messages as well on their customer service number - did not get any response even though it claims to respond back to your issue in one business day and now that mailbox is full. Many of the issues have come about due to changes they’ve made glitches in the app itself, etc. when they do respond they’ve been great and I appreciate the app, however the recent issues are now forcing asked to find other venues as we are working with real money here.

The consumer in question has been sent three email requesting to provide their IDThey consumer has failed to attach their ID to any one of those emails, thus why their withdrawal request has been cancelledThe consumer still has an account balance of $5,in their account and they are free to submit a withdrawal request at this timeThe consumer can also respond to any of the following emails sent to them on September 21st (two requests for and ID) and then on September 28thAll the consumer has to do is take a picture of their ID and attach it to the emailOnce we have procured this document (and they have submitted a withdrawal request) we can approve their withdrawalThis is not a miscommunication, but rather a user error regarding the attachment of an document to an email

The merchants risk assessment team has sufficient evidence that indicates that that the consumer was operating multiple accounts for monetary gain which included illegitimate promotional bonusesThis is a violation of the merchants terms of service and player agreementThe merchant will not be taking any further action as the consumers $deposit has been refundedWe will be happy to comply with any further mediation

The user in question failed to complete the swaps as said and we have recorded proof within our database to validate these claims

The merchant has refunded the consumers full account balance, minus the $in disputed chargesAt this time the merchant will not be reinstating the consumers account as it is in violation of the merchants terms of service

This user was banned for disputing a $9,deposit they authorizedThis was the third offense of this kind and per our Terms of Use we denied this user the right to participate on our siteWe will not address future emails from this consumer

This matter was resolved directly with consumer via our Customer Experience TeamNo further action is needed at this time
