The consumer submitted a $4,850.00 withdrawal request on 11/16/2015 12:38pm and they were sent the following email by a member of our Accounting Department yesterday afternoon: Incident # [redacted] Hi [redacted] ,We have received your withdrawal request and before we process the... request, we just need you to send a picture of your Driver’s License to verify your identity and address on file. Please note that if the address on your driver's license is different than the address on your account we may ask for additional information to verify your account. Please attach your driver's license directly to this email at your earliest convenience.***DraftKings Inc. The consumer simply needs to respond directly to the following incident which was sent to [redacted] , with their State Issued ID as the email states. Once the consumer simply provides their state issued ID for verification purposes, our Accounting Department will process their request. The consumer has failed to follow instructions and provide the requested information to date, thus delaying their withdrawal process.

Not all accurate or trueit was for the same thingtheir were no separate occasions only that got disputed twiceuntil I was willing to drop everything some people were very rude, and harassed meI'm over that partsometimes some people have to be a little abusive to get their work done after taken all the crap they do from some customers, and even though they don't mean it sometimes a hard day at work, and you can take it out on someoneI don't want this whole thing blowing up on either side more then it already hasall I asked for was last chance I accepted my wrong doing, and from what I was doing their wrong doing they also apologized and moved on fromwe both did wrong that lead to the initial problemthe thing that irritated me the most was after I carefully read their terms & conditions as well rules, and it made it very clear NO ONE MAY HAVE ACCOUNTS, and just because I have a lot of friends in the fantasy sports world, and I know a handful of very successful players that make hundreds of thousands, and win a lot of tournament's that use multiple accounts some use account strictly for football, and another for all other sportsI know I have broken a rule, but when I questioned why don't these same rules apply for everyone I felt blown offI have gone out of my way to make everything work out in their favor, and I could not apologize enough, and finally they said look we are going to email you a form sign it, and fax it in it will help us get the [redacted] case closed out as well prevent a new one from opening, and we will most likely give you last chance, witch would be my 3rd and final strike, as it would help them out for signing a legal documentI have been more then co operative we sat down had a very nice phone call, everyone was calmbut the story changedI keep noted of all my phone calls just so I know for my reference what went on any agreements made etc so I have my own guide linesthe new story was it was just to close out the [redacted] close, when originally it was to help [redacted] close case in their favor, and I gave up my right to dispute a transaction against themit was never intended to allow me last chance to play againI never used my "3rd chances it was just chances on the same matterI initially closed the dispute, that was number then number was opening up another one a few days later after a nasty phone call, nut again that's the pastI explained to them I am not out to hurt them, you guys at better business berau are the only ones that know about this issue I kept it to my selfi even had people ask why have I not seen you on draft kings in awhile, and I kept it to myself, I just needed a breakI feel as if I remained loyal as well I have only used draft kings even when this all was going down I never switched to another site in hopes just to see that I would not ditch them if they ever give me that final chance to prove I will not do them any wrong, and I remained true them it was only just recently I tried another site out, and don't really like itif I was out to do any harm, I honestly don't think I would be out still telling people draft kings is the best even after my problems, I still recommended draft kings, I still want to play with themif I did not move on, and accept things, and put them in the past I would not be asking for my 3rd chance to prove I Can be loyal, and not do them any wrongI have written articles about them to help bring in more people for baseball season on who the good pitchers are during [redacted] season, not this season, but I Have in the past, and I am willing to start writing them again, I have even been really thinking about writing them up again for the last month of baseball season, and start something new for ***, maybe hockey since I got into it and was doing fairly well towards the end of the seasonbut I don't have access to the site anymore, and salaries along with other tools the site offers to help me write up my favorite pitchers in each category low tier mid tier high tieri honestly would not be pushing so hard to get that last chance if I did not want to play hereafter everything we both have been through resolving this matter for me to ask for a last chance, and not just walk away from it never talking to you again, I think that shows a lot, and I WOULD NOT SCREW UP IF GIVING THE OPPURTUNITY Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] 's account was not closed simply because he made "negative" comments via social mediaThat would be a imprudent and preposterous reason to restrict ones account from our servicesDespite Mr [redacted] claims, his account was restricted for violating our Terms of Use by using a payment method not registered in his name to deposit fundsBy inputting a payment method to participate in real money contests, the Authorized Account Holder affirms that the Authorized Account Holder is the lawful owner of the payment method account used to make any deposit(s) on the WebsiteIt is a violation of our Terms of Use for any Authorized Account Holder to submit payment using any payment method that is not owned by the Authorized Account Holder.Mr [redacted] has refused to verify his account and as a result, is no longer permitted to utilize DraftKings servicesWe have closed Mr [redacted] 's account and we will be issuing a refund back to the deposit methods used at the time of purchaseMr [redacted] will receive an email with the confirmation code of [redacted] once the refund has been processed by our Accounting Department

We understand that having players in an NBA game that was postponed is an unfortunate situation that does not create the DraftKings experience you were hoping for We know that being negatively affected by the postponement is frustratingWe extended an invite to the customer to participate in a free $10,free roll contest, and refunded his commissions for the affected entries, which we believe is an amicable resolution

The response from the merchant to the consumer, which seems to have been lost in transit is belowThe merchant has confirmed with the issuing bank that the dispute has not been droppedThe merchant has exhausted all potential avenues and is able to confirm the charge is still disputedWe require that the consumer work with the card issuing bank to resolve the matter at handAs outlined in the terms of service, any consumer who charges back a deposit will have their account closedUntil the dispute has been dropped, the account will not be reinstated

The consumer has failed to reply to that email, thus why they have not received an additional response from our Customer Support teamThe Consumer received a total of $in contest prize winnings this morning between the times of 12:58am and 01:09amThey placed a $withdrawal request and they currently have a active cash balance of $and $on hold for upcoming contestsThe consumer can view all of these transactions within their account by going to their My Account page, clicking on the "transactions" tab and then scrolling through the listWe will not be issuing this user any additional form of compensation as they have received all proper contest winnings for their corresponding contests and it appears they are simply confused at this time

Per our terms of service " It shall be a violation of these Terms of Use for any Authorized Account Holder to submit payment using any payment method that is not owned by the Authorized Account Holder." It was recognized that when the customer deposited, they inputted both their name and another individuals name on a separate depositsAs a result, we required that we verify the account by verifying both individuals whose name was inputted on the depositIn order to prevent having an ineligible player participating in contests, a customer who was in violation of the Terms of Service, we removed all upcoming entries until the account was able to verifiedRemoving upcoming entries and lineups is a standard operating procedure to ensure that all customers are operating within our user agreementWe know that having lineups removed is a frustrating experience, however we must protect the integrity of our Terms of ServiceTo prevent this on a go-forward basis, all deposits must come from the customers name, and he must input his name on the depositThis was certainly a frustrating experience, and we are willing to provide the customer with a $bonus, which will be released as the customer plays
