The merchant has been in consistent communication with the customerThe customer has been refunded the $back to his deposit source and his DraftKings account has been reinstated for playIf the consumer would like any further mediation, the merchant will be more than happy to comply

The consumer in question can access their account and there are no restrictions applied to it at this timeThey can access their account using the following credentials: Username: [redacted] Email: [redacted] If they click this link: https://www.draftkings.com/Account/ResetPassword, and enter your email in the box, we will send you an email containing a link to complete this process and reset your passwordMake sure to check all email folders including your spam/junk folderAdditionally, the consumer made three $deposits on the following dates: 10/11/10:15pm10/11/10:19pm10/12/07:10pmThe consumer then used the funds to enter a variety of contests on DraftKingsThe consumer can access their account and view all transactions they authorized by going to their My Account page and clicking on the the "Transaction" tab$of the $deposited total is currently "on hold" for a Season *** [redacted] [redacted] league through [redacted] and DraftKings [redacted] product

The merchant has credited the customers account with the $that they desire as an act of good faithThe merchant deems this matter resolved as the resolution requested has been met, but will be more than happy to comply with any further mediation

Any withdrawal requests, after approved by DraftKings, will be credited back to the same credit card or method of payment ( [redacted] , Gift Card) used to deposit funds on the Website dating back 3-months in chronological orderDraftKings will only release withdrawals to a different credit card or other payment method other than that which was used to make deposit(s) after the aggregate amount of such deposit(s) has already been released back to the credit card(s) or payment method(s) used for the deposit(s)For example, you deposit $from a [redacted] cardWith that $you enter a contest and win another $When you withdraw the full $75, $of it will go back to that same [redacted] while the other $will go back to either a [redacted] account or as a mail check.Also, we ask that all of our users notify us prior to requesting their withdrawal of any deposit sources that are lost, stolen, closed, etcThat way, we can go ahead and ban those deposit sources from our database, and they will no longer be refunded in future withdrawalsFurther, once a deposit source is banned from our database, it will no longer be eligible for deposit

The consumers account has been deleted and they will no longer receive promotional emails from the merchant

The consumer received the following confirmation email on October 3rd: Hi [redacted] ,Your $1,DraftKings Withdrawal has been processed Please check your My Account page for details of how your request was processed.Your confirmation number is [redacted] .Also note that our policy on withdrawals is to first refund you back through your original payment source, and then to transfer the additional balance owed to you via [redacted] or Check as requested [redacted] refunds will take 3-business days to show in your account Credit Card refunds will take 2-business days.How your withdrawal was fulfilled:- Refunded transactions totaling $to [redacted] card ending in ***.- Direct Pay $via Check to [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Please let us know if you have any questions.Thanks,DraftKings Support The consumer must understand that we (DraftKings) cannot control the deliverer time of mail via the ***As stated in the confirmation presented to the consumer, his funds were issued back to his deposit sources and a check was providedThe consumer can review the respective accounts listed in the withdrawal confirmation email to locate his funds expected from the October 3rd withdrawal request.As a result of the above, Mr [redacted] has received the full amount of money that he claims he did not receive in his Complaint

The email that the consumer received was directly from the merchant and not an outside party.Retrieving a W(which requires at SSN or EIN) from all consumers who utilize the merchants product, and wish to withdraw their funds is a mandatory procedureTo follow US Federal Tax Guidelines, DraftKings is responsiblefor obtaining the Winformation to be able to distribute the correct tax forms at the end of the yearAs retrieving this information is required by Federal Law, the consumer must fill out the form to ensure that DraftKings is in linewith US Federal Tax GuidelinesOnce the consumer completes this form, they will be able to withdraw their funds and continue to utilize DraftKings in full

The consumers email address has been flagged as priority in our systemPlease have the consumer send an email to [email protected] using his email address of [redacted] .comThe email should contain an attachment of the consumers state issued ID and once we receive this email, we will verify the consumers account, submit a withdrawal request of $5,on their behalf and approve the request for processing today

The merchant has refunded all of the consumers deposits at this time and the consumer has no outstanding balance left in their accountThe merchant sent $payments to the consumer the dates of 10/12/15, 10/14/and 12/12/All funds have been accepted by [redacted] If any further mediation is necessary, the merchant will happily comply

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Regards, [redacted] once again they say I broke the rules that no one knows ofThey accepted my wifes card and she has a different last name than meI used it for weeks when I needed to,for convinceSo saying you can only use one card is a lie.My father who had the same last name and addressee as meI'll continue to say my father never contacted anyone his bank or Draftkings reporting any problem and was willing to send them a front and back of his id,which we didPlus there idea of exhausting every attempt to resolve is a lie they gave us one option which was not a option since my father would not allow me to send a picture of his card front and backWhen I told them this they gave no other attempt and was happy to close my account and say screw me to my face basicallyEven as they write a response which I wouldn't be surprised if it was automated even to the Revdex.com.The soonest they contacted me was late at night and even as they knew of the problem they just kept sending automated responsesInstead of assigning someone to the problem four days later they finally started talking to me from one actual live personThey still don't get the potential danger of sending complete strangers copies front and back our dl and credit cards.They made it impossible to resolveLike they are some trustworthy company with who knows how many people could have seen it or used it or hacked itWith the chance of identity theft todayI still hope someone reads how the've handled this entire situation and uses someone elsethey can't resolve this issue until they meet my demandsThey are to big for their own good, in their responses they still act like its no big deal to just sign our lives over to themIf someone is reading this before they sign up with them, they even think they responded correctly that's how blind they are.They like any other millon dollar company could care less about the small guy using their rules when it suits them or for their sorry defenseThey think that by posting my angry outburst that it will direct the attention away from them but it won't everyone will read this and see how they hang you out to dry and don't back their customersI spent days researching teams and lineups just to be shut out keep in mind this was a deposit not me trying to withdraw money from a different accounts someone who used passwords and info that no one would know over $DOLLARS they done this to meit's been a week now and I guarantee they still haven't been contacted from my fathers bank cause there was no miss useI've repeated this in any review that I could fine I will tell the world if I can to never use them I will scream across the world and will never give upI'm so sick of these companys that treat you like trash or like the guy that's is really trying to steal in real lifeI wasn't a new customer I was a old customer I proved to be honest in never trying to cheat themI still spent my money even though their late telling you someones out and having to play people that aren't even in the game I let them do what ever they wanted take my money but I'm not gonna be called a liar and cheat

To ensure account security, we require documentation the individuals that the account was attempted to be verified asAs there were multiple deposits under different names( [redacted] , [redacted] ) , we will require verification of all individualsAs a final makegood, the merchant is willing to release the $of winnings, but the consumer will not be eligible to play until all individuals have been verified

This is falseI only filed the [redacted] dispute AFTER DraftKings stated that the subscription promotion was not their responsibility, but [redacted] 's, and AFTER [redacted] stated that it was in fact DraftKings failure to provide them with my information weeks after making the required deposit Regards, [redacted] ***
