There have been zero credits to my Debit card, and I have not received a check in the mail. It has been two months, and I haven't received a dime. I have emails that I have sent numerous times, and every single response was a auto response. I am serious DraftKings. I will pursue legal action, and this will cost you a whole lot more than a measly that you still owe me. The only transactions on my back statements are deposits to your company, none from your company to me. This is not going to go away, I will pursue this till the end. [The intial reason my account was cancelled was becasue I used two different cards to make purchases. One to open the account with my grandmothers card and twice with my credit card. The funds that need to be refunded should go back to the card it was taken from not what your company put on the account as the *** *** for the account. The purchase in the ammounts of $and $dollars should be returned to the card ending in *** where the funds came from. $is what I won from my first contest if im inelegible to recieve those funds then my entire account should be void and the inital $dollar fee from my grandmothers account should be returned to her for the void contest. You have records of all purchases and where they came from. The correct funds should be retured to the correct credit cards if not there would be no difference from me using multiple cards to fund my account especially when I provided my grandmothers information (picture id and credit card) as well as my own to verify that these are cards I have access to use! Good morning,Again after 20+ inquiries, all of which they refuse and reject to communicate person-to-person, they ignore *** ***'s Fraud report and request for explanation of why there were two (2) account numbers being drawn from inside DraftKings They continue to demand that I drop my complaint and prove it to them in writingThe Bank requested I close the account immediately, monitor my credit and destroy my debit card, which I did This group is passive aggressive in how they have treated me as a customer Moreover, when fraud is suspected and a company is alerted to it by the Fraud Department of a major bank, most businesses would quickly act and respond to their paying customer This group has attempted to dismiss, accuse and intimidate me I have no interest in continuing to have an account with this company I hope to obtain the digital record of what they did with the funds and games they seized from meThe bank records of unauthorized "recurring" withdrawals (from within DraftKings) and additional the account number were not something they could keep from me When this group provides me with a full accounting of every transaction that occurred (after they froze me out of my account without warning), an explanation of the second account number and "recurring" unauthorized withdrawals, I will be satisfied (assuming there was no violation of law)
