Please note that Dropbox does not contain any pre-installed files for new accountsAdditionally, Dropbox accounts are not recycled and any new account that is created will
not contain files from a different user
The Dropbox software is designed to watch your Dropbox folder and sync any files placed in the folderYour Dropbox folder is just like any other folder on your hard drive, but with syncing features
I have escalated your issue to our legal team, who will review your issue and take any necessary action to remove the illegal files

My files on my hard drive do not have that garbageYour system is defective and if children or any person, signs up, with your system, may get the junk, from your site as I did
Your mirror system or file sharing system is not safe or secure, and you advertising you have a secure safe system, is fraudYou lie that your system is secure, when it is not safe to use your system

I don't care if Revdex.com closes this complaint but it should be noted that the business refused to either fix the issue I brought up in August nor offer a refund when they were unable to provide the service that was paid for, and I request the Revdex.com stand by that the business did not attempt to resolve this complaint.

- Firstly, my initial complaint was from Nov2015! MONTHS LATER!!!
- Secondly, DropBox's response is that one of their "Support Staff has reviewed and responded to that request", is this supposed to be the general response they sent me months ago? Or is this a NEW response because in that case they have NOT emailed me, called me or reached out to me in any form
Therefore, I am REJECTING this response because yet again DropBox is being incredibly VAGUE in their response.
I would like the CAD $refunded back to my credit card!

Complaint: 12723021I am rejecting this response for a number of reasons:
I requested in for this account to be cancelled and it was notI received no response from DropBox, then in Feb of I get an email indicating if I don't respond in days, my account is automatically renewed. I was out of the company and therefore unable to respond. I reject this policy of automatic renewal. It does not allow sufficient time or recourse for someone to renew or cancel, as is my case
have tried since late Jan/early Feb to cancel the Drop Box account but all I get is emails from the Drop Box Support Team providing a transaction number acknowledging I have lodged a complaint, but still as of this day, my Drop Box account is NOT cancelled. Why can't DropBox just cancel my account and send confirmation? I have asked numerous times and yet am unable to cancel this account. They do not have a number listed for me to call in. Again today for about the 4th time, I received another email from DropBox Support to provide more information. I have attached a PDF of my response to DropBox
Please Please help me to get this account cancelled and receive a refund for 2018. I cannot believe how long I have struggled with this company to cancel this account

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Again, Dropbox has failed to offer a satisfactory resolution to defrauding me of $without a reasonable method of cancellation prior to the trail expiration They charged me without regard to my email to their support department that I wasn't interested and wished to cancel
