I contacted [redacted] and apologized for our customer service agent rudeness. I also issued two full refunds today for $89.95 and $85.97. The credit will appear on [redacted] credit card.

This response is in regards to our mutual customer [redacted]. [redacted] signed up for our 14 day trial and her trial time had expired therefore, she was billed for the Eye Therapy ($85.97) and the Face Therapy ($89.95). On May **, 2016 [redacted] contacted our customer service...

office and was instructed to return the products in order for her to receive a refunded and was also informed that all future charges and shipments have been canceled. In good faith that [redacted] is going to return the products our customer service agent has issued the two refunds. The refund information is listed below:

Complete rip off even after I canceled received more product at 90 dollars.Sent back refused spoke to customer service who was not only rude but incompetent

[redacted] did not order a free sample nor did we advertise anywhere on our website that you would receive a free sample. What [redacted] ordered was a 14 day trial of the eye therapy and the face therapy; which means she had 14 days to review the...

product before being charged. To avoid any further confrontation with this customer and to end all business with her we have reversed the charges for the eye therapy and the face therapy. This response is in regards to our mutual customer [redacted]. As per our terms and conditions when signing up for our 14 day trial it explains that you are enrolled in our automatic shipment program which you can cancel at any time by calling our customer service. I have went ahead and...

canceled the account from automatic shipment as of today 10/*/16. The cancellation number is [redacted]. Also out of courtesy to Phyllis we have went ahead and refunded the September package. The refund information will be listed below. I apologize for any inconvenience.Refunded -  [redacted]

I received an offer for a trial of Duplicell's face and eye cream. It was my understanding that it was only going to cost shipping and handling. I later received a bill for both. I called in and spoke to a very rude man that said I did not know how to read and that it was unfortunate ut I would be charged anyway. He took off the charge finally for the eye cream and told me it was only beause he was being nice. That was far from it. I continued to receive face cream. I mailed them back and called seeral ties to tell them to discontinue, but I always got a voice mail that said they would call me back and they didn't. When I received my third box, I found another number for ordering from them and got thru to the same rude man...the owner...? Shein?? I told him I wanted this discontinued and my money back for the shipments. He said I could not get payment for the ones I returned without theier permission. He gave me a return number for the one I have now but told me I would have to pay to ship it back and then they would refund my money...gut only for this package. I am furious. This man is a crook. I hope no one else buys this product and gets sucked into this scheme. I am out several hundred dollars, and if there is ever a law suit, I want to be involved.

After reviewing [redacted] record. I have found that [redacted] did contact our customer service department on 6/*/2016. I explained that she would need to return the product she thought were samples in order for her to be issue...

refunds. She was upset, she felt she shouldn’t have to have to return the products. She then began to become very rude and make nasty comments. I then told her I would issue a refund in good faith that she will return the two product and we discontinued the call. I did a promised and I issued the two refunds one for Face and the other for the Eye therapy products. The refund credit was in the amount of $85.97 and $89.95 and was issued on 6/*/2016. Please follow up with [redacted] to confirm that she has been refunded the above amounts.

[Your Answer Here] As of todays date, 02/**/2015, I have not received the checks that Duplicell promised. My [redacted] checking account was closed and written off and they have advised me that nothing has been presented or rejected. Since neither my wife nor I have received any correspondence through the postal service, I can only assume that the checks were never issued as promised.

This letter is in reference to [redacted] ordered a Duplicell P199 14 day trial of a 30 day supply of eye Therapy over the internet on May **, 2014. The initial payment for the shipping and handling was $6.97, which is a non-refundable charge. Our mutual...

customer has a full understanding of the trial offer and understands that the first 14 days of the 30 day supply you are not charged because that is the review period and after the 14 day trail period expired the customer will be billed for the eye therapy if and only if the customer hasn't contact us to inform us they weren't happy with the product and would like to return the product in order to avoid being charged.Terms and conditions of the trial are on the website. She has not contacted Duplicell to cancel recurring charges or request a refund, which would be granted if returned within 30 days after date of receipt. I have canceled all recurring charges and also have issue a credit to the customer credit card even though [redacted] failed to contact us or return the product. The refund transaction number is: [redacted] and the amount of the refund is $85.97.

[redacted] did not receive a trial size product because we do not manufacture trial sizes. When we use the word trial it is because we give the customers a 14 day trial period to review the item. [redacted] called demanding a refund we did not deny her a refund we asked her to...

return our merchandise and explained that it is not a trial size. She refused to return the item and than threatened to issue a charge back claiming that she never received the item. We than went on to tell her that we had tracking from the USPS website and [redacted] hung up the phone. Until this day [redacted] has not returned our merchandise therefore she is not entitled to a refund.
