I wish I had checked with Revdex.com before getting involved with Duplicell, because the only thing this company is "celling" is Duplicity! I ordered the "sample" products through a link that said [redacted] recommended them. After I used them for two weeks, I didn't see one bit of difference. Any drug-store brand would have been as good. When I found some reviews on [redacted], alarm bells went off. One of them told how Duplicell kept sending her product and billing her credit card, even though she tried to cancel. I wish I could thank her in person. My next click was to Revdex.com, and the rating I read was enough: a rating of F ! Thanks, Revdex.com !!!

I was refunded back my money and that is all that matters.  However, please make no mistake, they are lying to you I have email confirmation from them that the product was received and for them to state that it was never received is a disgrace on their part.  As previously stated this company needs to be fully investigated and sanctioned if possible.   Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

The company did take 117.00$ from my checking account BUT after 3-4 calls & might verbal fighting & run arounds I did get my money returned.

I tried to call several times and they do not answer their phones. I waited on hold for one hour before I gave up and hung up. I do not see a refund. How can I get a number as you say I need to return the bottles if you do not answer your phone?

information is wrong. [redacted] did return the product but the return products were received 21 days passed policy therefore her refund was denied. I can see [redacted] might have been confused and because of that I have allowed the two refunds of $89.95 and $85.97 she will see the refunds on her credit card within 2 to 4 business days from today. Sincerely, [redacted], [redacted]

My complaint still exists as in total I was charged multiple times for the product as both myself (billing name [redacted] as it was my husbands Visa) and my daughter in law [redacted] (billing name [redacted] as my Visa was used) were billed for this cream.  We each received the initial product, but continually got billed without receiving more product.

Total charged to [redacted]'s Visa = $253.73 US (I cancelled out the last 2 charges as they were refunded so the total is correct) or $295.33 Can   FULL REFUND REQUESTED!!!
 
Received to our address, 2015 -[redacted] were 2 kits containing a night cream, retinol gel and eye gel.  Both kits were the same, one was for [redacted] and one was for [redacted]. 
All I expected to get charged for was the shipping and handling for each kit as indicated.  The 5.98 charge on Sept. */14 to [redacted]'s Visa is correct and I understand that is owed as I agreed to pay this amount. 
The $2.95 and $3.95 on Oct. * charged to [redacted]'s Visa is also correct as I agreed to pay this amount online when I ordered the samples for [redacted].
 
All of the other charges were placed on our Visa's without our knowledge and I only became aware after the fact when the Visa statements came and the charges were already there.
 
All of these companies, which are most likely operating as one, are operating under false pretences, giving the consumer the illusion that they are receiving a trial of the beauty kit (creams) to try or sample with only the shipping and handling to pay.  No where did it state that these products were to be returned within a time period or that we would be charged if we kept and used them.
 
No one would keep the product if they were aware of the totally outrageous prices they were charging for the products.  It is absolutely and without a doubt 'FALSE ADVERTISING" and they should have their business license revoked immediately and shut down before they DUPE anymore consumers.
 
I have no issue with you forwarding this email to them and I will not settle until I receive a full refund, except for the shipping and handling charges as indicated above which I did agree to when I ordered the samples.

After reviewing [redacted] record, I see she refused to return the product and that is why she wasn't refunded the $89.95. At this time I have issued [redacted] a refund of $89.95. [redacted] will recieve the credit on her credit card with 5 buiness days.

contacted customer service to cancel the trial program and return the products. [redacted] didn't return the products therefore she wasn't issued a refund. To avoid any other confrontation two refunds have been issued to [redacted]. After reviewing [redacted]’s record. I see that she was never billed for the Face and Eye therapy products because her credit card was declined. What [redacted] saw was a pending authorization which dropped office her account with 24...

hours because the charge had been rejected. You can follow up with [redacted] and she will confirm she has never been successfully billed.
