Beware the the 14-day trial! They send a 30-day supply, and before you know it are charging your card for the 30-day supply and enrolling you and charging you for the recurring shipment programHistory:
I ordered a "free day" trial, just requiring me to pay shipping and handling I did not realize that the day trial began when I ordered the products I did not receive my product until day after the order By that time I had no chance to try the product Because I did not cancel within days, my credit card was charged for a 30-day supply and two days days later was charged for the recurring monthly program The customer service number on the paperwork that arrived with my order did not work I looked at the website and got a different phone number That number worked, but there was not a selection to talk with a representative I used that number to cancel my recurring shipments, but did not talk to someone Finally I called the website phone number again and pressed "0" even though it was not an option After a lengthy wait, I actually talked to someone who said that there was a money-back guarantee and gave me return authorization numbers to send the product back for a refund I have not received a refund yet, hopefully they'll follow through

Better Business
I received notification on 2-**-that the amount of 89.95 was refunded to my account but as of today 02-**-it is not in my account yet. Their e mail states that refunds usually take - hours, but that may vary by bank. If funds have not been credited in hours of this email I may call with questions. I will call them tomorrow morning if my account does not show the refund. The weekend may not count.

No need to return the productsShe will not be rebilled

This response is in regards to a mutual customer *** *** *** contacted our customer service office on 3/**/in regards to returning her trial product to receive a refund*** *** then called back to follow up on her return package and the return package had not been received yet
