I saw the Duplicell on Facebook and ordered a free trial cream
I gave my bank details for P&P and was informed that if I would get another cream in the post if I do not cancel within days
I cancelled the delivery of another cream and informed Duplicell that I was not happy with the cream I was informed the send the cream back!!! I thought it was a free sample and I had paid for P&PTherefore it was not a free trial and a complete and utter SCAM
Yesterday I received yet another cream despite having cancelled the creams coming and being charged for
Today I have sent the trial sample together with the yet another unwanted cream
A word of advice, read this review and stay away from this unethical company Duplicell gets hold of your details on the pretense of you paying for P&P and charge you for ongoing unwanted creams
I doubt if they even show this review I urge people to take more care ordering FREE TRIALS as is a SCAM!!

I replied to your free money card promotion, and ended up order 1 of your creams to help my skin. and after using it a 3 days it mad my skin worse. had a cyst develop on my neck. went to hospital to find out was going on. doctor said it was a ingrown hair that turned into a cyst. it was very painful getting it out. I will not ever order any of your products again. and on top of it never even got card that I was supposed to receive in sept. or oct. so this was just a fraudlent product and false advertising. very disappointed. now I can't get my skin cleared up from this junk. my name is Edwin Munyan and expect my refund very soon.

DUPLICELL IS A OUTRIGHT SCAM...I also was told I would receive a 'free sample' and just pay shipping....$5.95...Two months later unbeknown to me they kept my credit card number and charged by account another $200.00..It was do so unethically on my card by not listing their DUPLICELL name but just a long number with no identification...I thought it was from another company, until I saw it again the next month of March...I was furious and contacted [redacted] to tell them that I never ordered anything ongoing from this company who lists New York as their address but works out of the United States in Canada...I found out they had bilked hundreds of unsuspecting people out of their credit cards numbers with this ongoing SCAM....THE SAMPLE PRODUCT SENT SO IRRITATED MY SKIN I HAD TO DISPOSE OF IT...Diplicelll does not care...They just want to bill you monthly for a underperforming creme that they claim is a MIRACLE FACE THERAPY...PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM..I had my attorney call to tell them we would informed the Consumer Protection agency of this bilking of thousands of dollars from people who had no idea they were recording our credit card information and billing us almost $100 per month for a worthless beauty treatment. I will work to close this unethical beauty scam down since poor people honestly thought they were only paying %.95 for shipping and the trial product was FREE...SHAME ON THEM-WHAT A HYPE...They only repay people who threaten to sue them..the rest of the profit is put into the CRIMINAL'S HANDS...
YOU ALL NEED TO WRITE A COMPLAINT AND CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARS STATEMENTS FOR HIDDEN BILLING...which is not even under their name...
