I received a coupon on line for $to be used on any sale item from a list of departments, which included the furniture department as long as I ordered on line and the item was over $ I tried to order a book shelf (which is a piece of furniture) for $and was told that the $coupon was not eligible on this item????? I have been a loyal customer of Sears for over years and do not appreciated what just happened This is misleading customers and I am very disappointed in Sears I will buy my book shelf elsewhere

For the 2nd time I ordered an item from the sale flyer This time a child's Christmas gift on Black Friday 16' I received a confirmation email which stated I would be notified when it shipped weeks went by with no word I called Sears and at this time I was notified that my product was not in stock And had been cancelled prior without notifying me Every other major company is able to show product availability on their website If they don't have it, they don't sell you one And even on the off chance that this was an anomaly ( 2nd time for me though) why didn't they contact me [redacted] The prices are the same at [redacted] and [redacted] Plus you get receive your product in under a week [redacted]

Tried to buy a snowblower online at sears.caTook minutes on phone to fix problem with priceThen they overcharged my credit card on the day I bought it, even though it wouldn't be delivered for daysThen they charged the wrong amount! Tried times to get refund for differenceThen they lost the snowblower!!! I gave up and cancelled the order but no refund showed on cardTHEN I get an email confirming the cancelled order but saying my card will not be chargedEXCEPT IT WAS!!! And now I can't get a refund!!! So I order a low end dishwasher using 150$ of sears points and a 50$ bonus code emailed to me and claims of free ship above 99$ and under lbs ( dishwasher is 60lbs)Not only are *none [redacted] of these applied to the order even though store locator said I had a drop off point that handled major appliances, I dont get a confirmation email before my CC is charged for the full amount irrelevant of the info put in online This is as close to a scam as I can find onlineOther retailers will warn you BEFORE putting in the order and charging your CC if something you are claiming doesnt applyNow they say Ill get my money back in daysIve no idea as the demand for email confirmation for cancelling the order is still not forthcoming

[redacted] To finally fix my range nearly took months to fix!!!!!!!!!! It took a week and half for them to come out and look at and than order partsAnd when the day came to install those parts they call that morning to say "the service man will be unable to come today, the next appointment will be in a week" A WEEK!!!!!!!! Never mind I had to take time off of work for this tooIn the end they did this kind of thing happened another times!!! I ordered items online from Sears.ca business days later, I still don't have the items This is after multiple calls to their customer service and multiple emails (all of which have gone unanswered)One agent tells me the items are in shipment and I should have them within business daysbusiness days later, I still have not received the items The next agent tells me they are on back-order Sears.ca Terms of Use states that Sears will notify customers of any delaysI never received any form of notificationWhen I asked for them to cancel the order and refund it, they say they can'tI must wait until I receive the items to request a refund! On April 22, I ordered a 6drawer tool cabinet to be delivered to my son in Stettler, AlbertaWhen I filled out all the information on line the bold print said that there was free shipping, however, when I paid for my bill I was charged $for shippingAt the time I figured that Stettler was to far out for deliveries, so I paidA few days later I received an email telling me that for Sears to deliver the tool cabinet there was an extra shipping bill to be paid of $for this $itemWhen asked if it could be shipped to Sears in nearby Red Deer I was told I still had to pay the $This was enough for me to cancel the whole dealI was told it would take a few days to credit my [redacted] accountToday is May13, and I yet have to see the credit on my statementThe service is unbelievable, it is no wonder they are having serious problems conducting business I will never ever deal with Sears again

This was my first order from Sears and it will be my last Placed my order online on December 8th for a crib mattressEstimated delivery was December 22ndThe website promoted free shippingI intended to use a gift card for $and a coupon code for $offI submitted my order and did not receive any notification that the gift card was not entered correctly or any notification that there would be additional shipping charges TWO days later I get an email with the total for my orderI was charged extra for shipping and my gift card was not appliedI was charged $more then expected! Why the *explicative deleted [redacted] was I not given the proper order total when checking out! I called customer serviceThere was "nothing they could do" to apply my gift card to my current order! They said they could cancel my order, and apply the gift card to a new order, BUT it would not arrive in time for Christmas and I would not be able to use the coupon code (because it could only be used once per customer, even if I cancel the order, and there was "nothing they could do")They kept me on the phone, I could barely understand their poor English, for minutes! Nobody in this obviously outsourced call centre seemed to be able to actually provide any sort of service to customers without putting them on hold I decided to forgo re-ordering and suck up the $I did not expect to pay, because I needed this order before Christmas Nothing arrived on the expected delivery date Nothing arrived before Christmas January 3rd and NOTHING HAS ARRIVEDI followed the link on their website and submitted an email inquiry into my orderNo reply January 6thStill no email replyCalled customer service againAgain no helpAll they could tell me is that the order had left the warehouse and they do not know when it will arriveWhen I asked to cancel my order, I was told that I would not be refunded the $(which I did not expect to pay in the first place as their website advertised free shipping) for shippingEven though I have not received my orderEven though my order did not show up when expected So here I sitAnnoyed, with no mattress for my baby

Purchased a refrigerator online to be picked up at St Catharines store on December 16th Was charged full delivery to be refunded upon pick up Morning of December I was ill with the flu and called to ask if they could keep the delivery fee and bring the refrigerator - was told yes and given another number to contact (after minutes for this call to be picked up) Called the number, after minute wait time Was told deliver would take place today, December 16th, by 1pm Stayed put until 4pm No delivery Called again, minute wait Was told delivery not possible, but refund if we wanted, or come get the fridge Monday, called to accept refund Two different people have answered and put me on hold so far, total time on my phone is now minutes I do not know how to resolve this, I want nothing to do with them after this experience but can not get a person to stay on the line and process the refund

on Dec 5th I placed an order for a desk it said I would receive it Dec I went to get it at sears to be told there was nothing there for me so I called the customer service number and was on hold for 3,hrs listening to some stupid music and noone answered my call I had to hang up because my cell phone died.So next day I tried again another hrs same thing so then I went to the store to be told even by a manager they have no accsess to online orders anymore that I need to wait for [redacted] to send me a tracking number this is crazy now on Dec at pm I fianaly get thur there stupid customer service line to be told they do not even stock the item anymore and have no idea why its still on the website.So they offer a refund and said it will show uo next day and yup you guessed it no refund now its the 20th of Dec and I tried again the customer service number and again over hrs on phone noone answers .I already ordered the desk from [redacted] online it was the exact same desk and manufacture for dollars cheeper [redacted] !!! and even getting it home delivered I ordered it on Dec 18th and it comes today Dec and I can even track it great service [redacted] !!!! I then tried to call the head office number and it goes straight to the so called customer service departmen t and yup on hold again another hour I have given up with the phone numbers today I am going to my bank to get the charges reveresed [redacted] SEARS to take a customers money and not even stock the item online I have checked again and it still says this item is avaiable Bull it is Sears needs to close its doors for good and [redacted] and taking money and not delivering the product or answering the phones .Now I am on the way to the bank Thanks for causing me all this grief sears great job screwing with your customers[redacted]

Don't order or return anything onlineYou'll never see your stuff or your money againIf you can't find what you need anywhere else and HAVE to shop at Sears, go into the actual storeI returned $worth of clothes in October and still have no refund as of Jan2, Sears has "no record" of the return despite the use of a Sears-generated return label and being tracked by Canada Post and signed for by a Sears employee

Completely unacceptable service from such a historic companyHave purchased many items from Sears over the years but something has drastically changed as far as customer service is concernedI ordered a washer & dryer by phone November 28th I was assured they would be delivered December 6th and that the delivery people would contact me prior to the deliveryI did not hear anything either by phone or email by Dec 5th so I called to confirmAfter waiting a total of minutes on hold someone confirmed that the delivery would take place as promisedI had my sister take a day off work to accept the deliveryWaited all day and there was no delivery or any communication from SearsFinally got through again on Dec 7th and was told that everything looked good and we should be hearing something soonMy sister took another day off work on the 7th and still no communication what so everIt is now December 12thI have called several times-each time waiting on hold and I still don't know where my order isThis has been the most frustrating purchase experience I have ever hadAll I get when I finally get through on the phone is apologies which don't even sound sincere-they sound like they are being readI am at my whits endI don't know where else to turnI think I would have gotten much better service if I ordered from a smaller outfit
