We apologize for any inconvenience to the customer. However customers are only eligible for a refund if they CANCEL their move seven business days prior to their load date, as stated on our cancellation policy three (3) times before a customer electronically signs for the agreement. Hence, the customer is not eligible for a refund since their move was serviced.

According to the Bill of Lading which was signed by the customer, she had an additional 150 CF at the rate of $3.15 each which total $472.50, plus the additional $42.52 for fuel surcharge for the extra space, resulting in a total $515.02 of overage charges. As per the agreement signed by the customer, the price initially estimated becomes non-binding when there is additional weight or cubic feet for the customer's load. Te charges were made according to the rate and agreement of terms and conditions upon making the reservation.

We apologize for the delay picking up the clients car but we communicated with them the delay and we worked it out so that they could leave the car with a neighbor and the car transport would pick it up there. The logistics of transport can be difficult and sometimes there are delays out of our control but we strive to provide the best service possible and to find solutions.

Any situations on delivery such as, no delivery before or after a certain time, or no weekend delivery may cause your delivery schedule to go past the estimated time and may incur additional fees. In the event of any conflict between the Bill of Lading and the terms of any estimate, the terms of the Bill of Lading shall control. The estimated price listed on this agreement is based on a flexible schedule as well as accessible conditions at both pickup and delivery locations. Estimated time of arrival is determined by many factors beyond the control of any carrier and Apollo Relocation Services Inc. such as traffic, weather, mechanical, and any acts of God.

The services I paid for and were guaranteed did not occurand I was over charged. Upon pickup I had fewer items (for example: did not havedining room table). The only extra items the moving company sated I had were 4bed boards (frames on side of bed). The moving company did not give me a “discount.”They took $300 off of the increased rip off price they over charged me whichthey could not prove through measurement why I was over charged. In addition, upon arrival at my apartment complex the movingcompany refused to deliver my property until I paid the balance. I said that Idid not feel comfortable doing that until my property was delivered to myapartment on the 3rd floor, I was able to verify I had all my items,and my beds were assembled as promised. The mover said they would take my stuffif I did not pay.  He said I could verifymy property once they brought it in and they would reassemble my beds.  I paid but asked that the mover write “paid infull” on the receipt. He did. After the movers received my money the following occurred: Movers refused to deliver my property to the 3rdfloor and left it in the hallway on the 2nd floor (see video 2ndfloor & 2nd floor attachment).Movers did not reassemble my beds because theydid not deliver anything to my apartment. Mover said demanded more money to delivery tothe 3rd floor. I told him I already paid for that. He said I neededto give him $75 more. I asked if I paid twice would he sign saying I paid again.The mover said he would not sign anything saying he charged me an additional $75fee. Therefore, I did not pay.The invoice the mover had upon delivery did notagree with the original invoice I had when they picked up my items (seeoriginal invoice attachment). I was charged $500 for “other” on the drop offinvoice which could not be explained (see drop off invoice attachment).The $500 military discount I stated in myoriginal Revdex.com complaint that was not on my original bill appeared on the final bill(see drop of invoice attachment). Apollo did not deliver as promise and in actuality did notdeliver at all. I had to pay someone to move my property from the 2ndfloor to the 3rd floor. I had to pay someone to put my bedstogether. Apollo business practices are unethical, manipulative, and amisrepresentation of services.

 This customer did not reject the service.  The driver immediately  walked in the garage and told me I was going to pay extra. There  were other items stored in the garage , which I explained to the mover  were not being transported by them. He what assumed was incorrect. He refused to go through  the inventory list of items to be moved. My daughter and I  offered several times to walk  through the inventory list. He refused,  was rude and unprofessional and drove off.

I have attached a thread of documentation I have sent to Apollo Relocation Services.  This is the email address I ws instructed to use by Seth, at Apollo.  As you can see, I have made many attempts to contact and resolve the issue, but have never received a reply or recognition of any kind from Apollo.  I just want to get my belongings returned to me. If this cannot be accomplished, I am requesting $450.00 to cover my expenses to replace items and repair others.Thank you.[redacted]

LAIN made a last minute reservation with us for a long distance move
from New York to Texas for the pick-up scheduled on 7/**/15. The
carrier assigned for the move (24-7 Moving & Storage) arrived...

the pick-up location. Unfortunately the customer was unresponsive and
did not answer any of the carrier’s calls.  Please see the clause below from the
agreement:4.
Upon carrier arriving within the 2 day pick up window ready to render
services agreed on original order, If customer has more items or more
services than what was on the original estimate and customer does not
allow carrier to perform services, or refuses carrier’s services
that was originally signed and agreed upon by customer, customer
understands that he or she is forfeiting the deposit made for the
services and that refunds under these circumstances will not be made.
If customer agrees to make a deal directly with carrier, and the
customer does not advise Apollo Relocation Services Inc. of such
actions, he or she will forfeit deposit and no refunds will be
issued.

The total price will be the same listed on this agreement if your inventory weight/volume does not change and/or require additional services. If your inventory is different or services are different, the carrier must provide you with a revised written estimate. I have tried open communication with the company representatives. I always get told I will get called back at end of day or at this moment I was supposed to get an update on Thursday it is now Monday and have not heard anything from the buisness. I will not call the company again as I have called almost every day for 2 weeks and have never received a straight answer. I was told I would receive a call Thursday and have not. According to the contract they have until Friday to have my stuff here yes but the way of going about these 20 days is rediculous.

I did not say that I was coerced into signing a contract nor did I say that I was unwilling to pay for additional cubic footage used. What I said is that the company tried to scam me by miscalculating the square footage I actually used claiming they had a 10x10 truck when they really had an 8x8 truck. This was only realized when I, the customer, used my own tape measure to measure the truck. I don't understand why it is not in the notes anywhere that the earliest I could receive my stuff was August [redacted]. I can provide my leasing agreement showing that I would have had nowhere to put my belongings prior to that date. I also expressed this to Barry over the phone about my move in date. He should have documented this. The contract with Apollo states that my quote includes disassembly and reassembly of my furniture. I paid for that service and did not receive that service. In addition I had additional out of pocket expenses to pay for the [redacted] to move my stuff as well as lost compensation at work because of the time spent to resolve this issue. The contract was violated because I did not receive services I paid for and had to pay for additional expenses due to Apollos mistake. I need to be reimbursed for this.

We have requested the paperwork to see a complete breakdown of all charges. The customer does have insurance and would have to file...

We expect our deposit to be refunded. We also expect our expenses for the additional stay in temporary housing that was caused by this to be covered at $520 for the room plus an additional $250 for living expenses incurred by my 11 year old daughter and I during that time. We expect to be reimbursed for $1820 in total. There is absolutely no acceptable reason for this business to have left us in this position.

Again,
The driver arrived at my home and saw the items staged in the garage and his first response is that you are going to pay more and who is the boss and who is paying. Very rude and disrespectful from the beginning. Again, everything in the garage was not being transported therefore his assessment of 300 cubic feet was inaccurate. There were many personal items that were boxed and not going to be moved along with other items.
Again, I offered several times to go over the inventory with driver, he refused. My daughter as well tried to do the same. The driver made his own assumptions, and without servicing the customer he left. The driver never gave me a new assessment because he refused to review the inventory list and items.
We tried desperately that evening to resolve this issue with Seth and Andrea that evening. There were numerous conversations to get the driver back that evening. The response was the truck was full and the driver had turned his phone off. Seth promised a resolution that evening before you closed. Your business hours are posted to be open until 8:00 pm. No one returned a call that evening and the answering service picked at 7:48 when we returned the call.
My daughter and I explained to Seth that we needed to be gone early Friday, to meet our deadline in South Carolina Attempts to resolve this Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. yielded no response. There was again an answering service picking up, indicating no one would be in the office until 9:30 a.m. Again, you did not respond until you receive the Revdex.com complaint and we were already in route to South Carolina.
When I contracted with your company, I explained your salesperson, MARK explained that there was a tight deadline; he indicated that your company could accommodate. There were many deceptive statements in his sales pitch beginning with that you were a five star moving company and not broker , so when the “so called driver “arrived in a no name truck it became very clear there was deception.
Yes, your company has highly inconvenience me and my daughter and did not meet your contract obligations to load on the [redacted] and to deliver on the [redacted] -[redacted]. And every attempt on my part to resolve this yielded nothing.
After not meeting your contract obligations from the beginning and the poor customer service rendered to me, the [redacted] too late to resolve this issue due to the timeline the service was contracted. Even when I tried to speak with you on Monday morning, there were numerous times that I reached out to you. The frustration when trying to call your company is enormous and there is no consistency with trying to speak with the same individual.
Your company did not provide the service contracted by refusal of the driver to load the items, to review the inventory list, walking off the job without performing the service and within the time frame.

 Again Apollo relocation services has failed to do what they said they were going to do. They said the matter was turned over to a manager and that the manager would be in contact with me by telephone. None of this is happened this is simply another way for them to get around the law. Therefore the solution to this problem has not happened yet, nothing has happened yet so there is no way I could possibly be satisfied with the solution. Apollo Relocation is simply tryingto get the Revdex.com to believe they are actually doing something about this matter when in fact they are doing absolutely nothing and their actions prove as such

According to regulation, the carrier provided the customer with a revised written estimate for the additional cost of the extra items from the customer. Customers are only eligible for a refund if they CANCEL their move seven business days prior to their load date, as stated on our cancellation policy three (3) times beforea customer electronically signs for the agreement. Hence, the customer is not eligible for a refund since their move was serviced.
