The car wasn't picked up by your business according to the contract. You left me hanging with no indication when the car will be picked. Since I had to fly out I left the car at someone's driveway. I had to scramble around and find another vendor the last minute and it cost me $extra. Speaking of the very bad business, the personal properties that you picked up on the *** of July still didn't make to Chicago and I think they were lost. I cannot get an answer from nobody

In regards to providing more clarification, my desired outcome of this complaint would be to receive a refund from the company for inadequate services providedI would also like to make other potential customers aware that this company is not a viable option for relocation

While we do regret the clients situation our deposits are non refundable as stated on the paperworkThe move was planned logistically and the space was reserved for the client so the deposit is used to cover cost

Indeed they called on initial arrival in October to keep telling us they would be later and later (hours late when they finally arrived) We stayed out of work because we had a morning arrival timeWe could have worked this day instead of waiting around the house held up by their delaysThis cost us a days wagesWhen it came to finally getting our property delivered, we had to keep calling to get the statusPeople would tell us they would call and keep us updated but this did not happenWe had to constantly call and stay on them to get our property while dealing with constant and blatant lies about when we would get our deliveryIt has now been days since our property was deliveredThey damaged multiple item - antique curio cabinet glass, antique marble table top, crushed boxes of crystal stemware and collectibles as well as damaging our newly installed storm doorThe delivery team was even aware of the curio cabinet and marble top table as they saw the damage for themselvesWe had insurance coverage yet nobody from Apollo has contacted us to compensate for the damages they causedThirteen days have gone by and nothingThey do not care and are full of lies and excusesThe reviews clearly show they are an awful delivery company that nobody should have to deal withThis will not be resolved until we are compensated for the damages they caused!!!

My furniture was delivered on July **, 2015. My contract was for $2500.00. I was over charged by $440.00. "THEY" wanted to over charge me $1,481.56. I had less than my contracted furniture/boxes. I have come to discover that Apollo Relocation Services is a brokerage house for "OTHER" moving companies. In my opinion, movingcompanies I would never in a million years used to move my household goods. At this point I do not care what is done. It has been such a nightmare. I did get all myboxes and every piece of furniture they took back on June **, 2015. I am going to eat the $the second moving company overcharged me. If Revdex.com wants to do something about this, get Apollo to be open that they give your contract to other movers. Apollo IS NOT A MOVING COMPANY. Both the "drivers" that picked up my house hold goods and dropped off had other moving company names on the top of their invoices. They told me to disreguard the names. I have attached the agreement which mentions about "not-to-exceed estimate" and "day free storage"Can't their recorded phone calls be heard? 1) I know that there is a two-day window to pick up the items but during the booking process, I was told that I would get a call confirming the pidateI did get a call from the carrier 'Always Affordable' on 9/*/at 1:PM saying they will come on 9/**/After the pidate was confirmed with the carrier and also with Apollo when we called them on 9/**/2015, why should the two-day window be applicable? Does it mean Apollo has NO value for their VERBAL agreements? That is the behavior of an unscrupulous business. Apollo is talking only about their contract, what about VERBAL agreements? Can't their recorded phone calls be heard?2) The cost went up because the carrier showed up day early deliberately to cause confusionIn this confusion, the carrier also lost/stole of our boxesInstead of bringing in dish packing boxes as agreed in the agreement, the carrier brought in boxes priced at $eachThese are all tactics to drive up the cost.3) I did ask for day free storage on 8/*/around PM when the booking was confirmedAlso, this day free storage is mentioned in the agreement.4) For our broken coffee table when I called, I was told that a customer service rep will call me back and tell me how to file a claimThis was on Oct *** and I still haven't got a call.5) If EVERY bit of work is supposed to be done between me and the carrier what is Apollo charging me for?

I have received $from my insurance file claim - woefully inadequate for the damage to my furniture I will have to dispose of antique desk since footboard was never found Also, handles were lost from the desk Big chunk out of my DR table leg, but I fixed it The TV remote control and cables were never found Overall, I guess $is better than nothing

We hired a company called Apollo Relocation Services on 6/**/for our move from Milwaukee to Houston 6/**/We signed a binding contract for $with them and were told they would do our move, but they hired Apex insteadApex showed up 6/** and disassembled and blanket wrapped our furniture, as required by contractOnce our things were loaded onto the truck, the driver told my husband in very poor English he had to sign a new contract and could not explain whyThe new contract was for $instead of the we were told aboutHe said he could not deliver our things to us if a new contract was not signedThere were additional charges that were not explained, such as "miscbulky item" for $150, and "long carry fee" for $75, despite the fact we had a sliding patio door in plain view that could have been used to get directly to the truckAgain, this was after the truck was loaded and they would not say what the bulky item was or why they couldn't have used our patio doorThey also threatened to not deliver our items if new contract was not signed, so my husband signed itThey said our things should be delivered within 4-business days, but the fine print on the back of the contract gave them up to business daysWe have called several times since then, almost weekly, and are told by the secretary that she can't see where our things are and she will have a dispatcher call us back but no one ever hasA few times we have demanded to speak to someone who can tell us something and have spoken to Sheila, the dispatcherEvery time she tells us a truck will be coming to Houston the following Monday or Wednesday, but the truck never shows up and if we are able to get a hold of Sheila again, she tells us the same thing about the following weekThey have caller ID and now know our phone numbersThe secretary answered the phone "Oh, it's you, hold on" and left us on hold for minutes on one occasion before telling us a dispatcher would call us backMonday August *** marked business days from the first available date of delivery, which was specified in our contract as 6/**/Apex has still not returned our calls or those of our attorney, and we have been living in an empty apartment with an air mattress and lawn chairs for almost months nowThey have all of our belongings stored somewhere in Chicago, and will not tell us when or if they will be delivered
We want our things delivered to us, and we are discussing litigation options with our attorneyWe do not think it is reasonable to pay $for the service we have receivedTwo months without furniture or clothing is not a reasonable expectation for anyoneNo one would agree to pay $for someone to take over months to deliver their belongings, especially given the horrific customer service we received, both from the movers as well as from the dispatcher and secretaryBottom line

The broker already knows that the carrier that I paid them to contract the move is no longer in business.therefore a claim can't be filed against them. Apollo relocation service has failed to properly screen and subcontract a carrier to move our belongings from PA to Texas in a timely manner and failed to assist init is possible that the carrier was once owned by Apollo Relocation for all we knowAnd the carrier that delivered our goods was NOT the same one that picked our stuff up.Apollo Relocation also stored the merchandise for over days so where and when was it lost?The fact is that Apollo Relocation did not deliver the service that they contracted for in a timely or satisfactory way. Therefore the only way to resolve this matter in my or any non partisan judged's opinion, is for a refund of the monies paid to Apollo Relocation for a service that they did not delivere adequately
