I have phone records to show as proof that Apollo did not call me nor did they show up to my house on 07/**/2015.How do you explain the fact that I called ###-###-#### (George from MADE who is YOUR carrier) between 07/**/and 08/**/over timesHow do you explain the fact that I called Apollo at ###-###-#### over times, and ###-###-#### over times and the emails I sent Napoleon Mills on 07/**/and 08/**/with concerns that YOUR carried NEVER showed up at my house to pick up my furniture and belonging with NO response from Napoleon M*** I had my phone with me, YOU failed to show up!You are a company that has lied not only to me but to othersYou have a C- review with Revdex.com and on ***You cheat people out of moneyI NOW demand a full refund on my deposit of $1,otherwise I will see you in court!!!

The address was changed to my brother in laws house because the driver arrived days before the agreed upon delivery dateMy lease did not start until August *** as I previously statedHad the driver shown up when they were supposed to my apartment would have been ready and my things could have been delivered there and assembledI had to have my belongings stored at my brother in laws house to accommodate Apollos mistakeI would like to be reimbursed for the conditions previously stated

She said the carrier said to contact them and I told her they didnt even want to talk to usyou get the and thats it and you people said I should be compensated and just and when I tried calling apollo after that to talk
to them no one really wanted to talk to meall everyone is sorry for my situationi told her what if this gun that was taken
landed on the street and hurt someone where would I be, and I have to fly back to ny to retrieve the money and firearm and your dont
even cover the flight fare I am really disgusted with what is going on

1) In my earlier reply I had attached proof that days free storage was included in the contractThe condition that we should have verbally asked for it can't be proven since I don't have a recorded phone conversationThe co'Apollo Relocation Services' should have it as they record all conversationsHowever, I do have audio recording of Apollo's customer service rep after the goods were delivered that I had asked the goods to be delivered to our new apartmentI can prove that this is a lie because the "Delivery Address" section in the contract says "Will Advise" meaning we did NOT know what our new apartment address will be.2) Regarding the phone conversation wherein the pickup date was scheduled and fixed for 9/**/as per 'Affordable Storage' and also the phone conversation with 'Apollo' on 9/**/confirming that the pickup date will be on 9/**/15: how is it that these conversations have been wiped off as well? I know the contract gives a day window but when a company calls and tells the customer something it becomes a VERBAL contract which the company should either honor or let the customer know if the information has been changedMovers shouldn't just show up at the customer's house without warningDue to this action by the movers, our estimate went up and we lost our box.

[Your Answer Here]As stated in the formal response to my complaint, the moving company reports that I was charged for cubic feet of cargo (which I believe is an accurate representative of the amount of property we moved)At the stated rate of $2.94, that totals $1,If you add the $packing fee, then I should have been charged $2,Including stated Fuel surcharge of $121, that equals $2,total.However, I was charged over $2,800, which I believe is $more than what we should have been charged, based on the math listed above.In addition, I am disputing the $packing fee that we were charged, as all of our property had been pre-packaged and was ready to be loadedThe only thing the movers had to do was put two box springs in bags, which should not have cost us $I believe this money should be refunded back to us (which is included in the $I have requested above) Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.*** ***###-###-####

I was within the cancellation period as the pick up was not scheduled within the day periodThis company has a horrible rating with the Revdex.com for deceptive practices for the same reasonThey are a relocation service, not a moving companyThey told me that a truck was on the wayThe trucking firm they were to use was based one town away from me so how could it be on the way for a pick up ten days later? According to the reports I read about them this is a common practice with themI refuse to pay the rip off rate they are trying to collectMy credit card company has stopped payment to them already
