I am rejecting this response because:if I hadn’t hounded them on my order status for my WEDDING FLOWERS, they would have never let me know the order that I paid for in November and requested to arrive 2/19/was latein multiple emails I asked when I would receive the flowers and never repliedThey only replied when I said I contacted Revdex.com and even then they couldn’t tell me when they’d arriveThey are supposed to send an email with tracking information when it is shippedNothing yetAttached email chain shows me asking multiple times yesterday when the order will arrive and the company refusing to provide shipment info The last thing a bride wants to do the day before her wedding is to deal with a non responsive company she gave money to over months agoI have little hopes the flowers will arrive on time, and when they arrive late I want a full refund, not a partial refund because this is the companies fault and the partial refund option makes me feel like the company isn’t financially sound and will do whatever they can to steal people’s moneyI’ve had to now spend money finding a reputable business to fulfill my order for my WEDDING DAY

I am rejecting this response because: The order was not cancelled on July 7thMy claim with PayPal was submitted on July 7thI could not get a hold of anyone from EcoFlower TO cancel the order since I could not get a response from a customer service representative myself for WEEKSPayPal had to be the middle manThis is only one of three orders that I have inquired about multiple times, so this is not a one time occurrenceI will not rescind my complaint to the Revdex.com because this is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with as far as customer serviceLeaving a Facebook comment asking a customer service rep to contact you about an order you placed from SEVEN months ago gets you banned on the pageNone of my e-mails asking to cancel the orders and asking for a refund from EcoFlower directly were either blocked or unansweredThe only response from this company has been in defense of my complaint through Revdex.com, so apparently you're only worth responding to if you report them for bad business practicesI expect a refund for my other two orders to be dealt with promptly or another complaint will be filed
