I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is all that the business is willing to provide, despite earning money on my payment of $in the form of interest and causing me to be out of pocket an additional $due to their extremely late notification of their inability to process my wedding order (no notification received until business days before the date I needed it by after having the order for months) and I hope others see this and stay far away from this terrible companyI am still extremely unsatisfied; had this business contacted me earlier (news reports indicate that they have been struggling for months), I would have been satisfied with a refundI will be telling everyone I can and reaching out to my local news station

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, the product was finally shipped AFTER I opened a Revdex.com complaintHowever, the product was shoved into a box to small for it and arrived damagedI sent an email with pictures and have yet to receive a responseI don't believe a customer should have to open a complaint to receive a product and then receive damaged product after waiting for so long.
