On 3/8/I contacted Edward Jones - [redacted] Office and instructed them to sell securities that were in my portfolio specific to not being in kind transfers of where I wanted to go I was told I needed to call in and give a verbal of which I did on 3/8/They continued to tell me they needed transfer documentation and would not liquidate the securities as I had requested I received a call from [redacted] on 3/9/informing me they would not sell the assets per my directionI informed him on the phone as I did in a secured message to them that the account would be transferred from Edward JonesThese needed to be liquidated so I could initiate the transfer I received no communication or action on the account3/10/I sent a secured message to them stating that I wanted to confirm that the sale notice was placed and that I wanted them liquidated and held in cash so I can transfer them out I did not want a check issued After that the sold securities I was

On 8/14/17, I set up automatic deductions to an Edward Jones account On 8/17/17, I spoke with Edward Jones' support line over the phone and permanently cancelled all automatic deductions On 9/1/and 10/1/17, Edward Jones automatically removed $from my account On 10/4/17, I was unable to reach Edward Jones' support line by phone and sent an email to my branch requesting that the money be refunded and again requesting to cease all future automatic deductions.Location involved - [redacted] ***

Dear Edward Jones Compliance DepartmentI am writing to complain about some financial transactions with one of your financial advisors, Mr [redacted] at the [redacted] officeMr [redacted] solicited my neighborhood and approached me at my house approximately years ago and has called me by phone approximately times sinceI finally met with him and he talked me into doing some financial transaction that I was uncomfortable with First transaction being with Security Benefits withdrawing 10% from my annuity accountSecond transaction being with [redacted] (Trade PMR) withdrawing and transferring accounts, request, trade IRA and Roth IRA to Edward Jones As soon as I found out he did this I called Mr [redacted] and told him I did not want those accounts from [redacted] to be transferred yetI told him I wanted to start slow with him by starting with just the 10% withdraw from Security Benefits but now, he went and transferred anywayHe told me that

Now , we are behind one year and have to catch upThis tells us that she either does not care or never worked on our account and that the account was just on cruise controlIt gets worse still, now the plan is cancelled and my wife calls [redacted] * i want to throw up when I write her name), to ask her what happened, and [redacted]  has the tenacity and gaul to say she doesn't feel comfortable talking about the account AND no longer wants to handle our financesSure, at this point its clear that she does not care enough about the account but not even the decency to pick up the phone and call us, or at least an apology or an explanation as to why she would not let us know that we need to sign a piece of paper otherwise the plan would cancelANd, on top of this, we still dont know how to reopen the 529, I have had to spend money on attorneys to find out what legal rights I have so now I have an attorney who I had to spend money on, to help me get my money and figure out how to reopen this Avoid [redacted] At all costWhat do I want? [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:MrJackson is stating remarks on how things actually went with trying to get our roof fixed After dealing with no call returns from a company that states right on [redacted] that they care for the customer we sought out help from another experienced roofing company was willing to undo the terrible work that MrJackson's roofers did First nothing came loose from high winds as MrJackson stated That flashing has been on the house since the first roof was put on On our contract it stated replace flashing where needed That section should have been replaced MrJackson would not know this as he NEVER went on the roof Second, MrJackson informed us [redacted] was coming out to power wash the gutters and wax them That is not what [redacted] had intentions on doing or saying He came out and informed me that the acid rain caused it Yet none of our neighbors seem to have this problem with their gutters I also informed MrJackson that the rain gutter covers were to be so the leaves slid off the roof This is not what we got The debris collects on a lip at the edge of the gutter Eventually this will need cleaned out making my husband go up a ladder to do this [redacted] informed me at that time that they are not responsible for any of this that's took the roof off and put on a new one and that's all they are responsible for At no time did he offer to fix anything Neither the owner nor the foreman were present either day while this work was being done The light is above the driveway and that is where they put the dumpster and threw the singles off the roof We called MrJackson several times to fix the light and all we got were promises Finally called our electrician and he fixed it in a week Only took till April and only fixed by OUR electrician.Why discuss anything with either one of these people when all they do is put you off and tell you they are not fixing anything it's our problems And then [redacted] laughed at me That is when I told him to leave Get off my property [redacted] called Richard and he never answered his phone to see what the problem was He only texted and refused to come out to see what the problem was The last text was in May and was again asked to come out We heard nothing from him until you sent him our complaint We already had hired and put a deposit down to get another more competent roofer to fix it.We have not been able to get anyone to answer any of our phone callsEvidently we were being ignored In our own opinion this owner outright lies and cheats his customers I have heard numerous excuses from him for not being able to personally come over to our house and he never showed up AND HE IS THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY He was quick to come over and give us an estimate and take our $10, Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] our investor adviser in [redacted] knew of a partnership in a business he was working on getting set up over a month before it actually opened; he waited until approximately 15 working days of the business opening and flagged all five of our accounts with Edward Jones as being involved with illegal activity. This could not be furthest from the truth. The truth is they bought [redacted] products from [redacted] (which is on the dow and Nasdaq) and produces synthetic [redacted] products, man made [redacted] products and Himalayan herb infused with the ***. Everything in the store is LEGAL. My husband agreed to do everything they demanded of him. Get out of the business. HE DID. I worked tirelessly to remove his name from the LLP, IRS, Business license and provided proof of this to the main office. I started my account here back in When it was opened it only had about or so dollarsI had originally opened this account with ***, who had this office thenWhile she was there I believe I received good serviceShe grandfathered my account, and she waived the annual fees, because my account was making nothing, and losing money due to feesI opened this account with the intent to roll the funds over once obtaining new employmentWell in 2017, I did obtain new employmentBut this was about when [redacted] leftMy account passed between two different people before [redacted] took over this officeThese two people [redacted] were not helpful at all in this roll overBut I the other company I was rolling the funds into were the problem thenOnce [redacted]  had this office, and was a person physically here, I thought it would be easierBut no it was not [redacted] ***One of the first things I spoke with him about was getting my money rolled overEventually he would tell me, well you know you can always leave your money hereHe said this to me a few times on the phone and then would say, that was a jokeYeah like I want to leave my money where it becomes worth less over and overBecause those fees [redacted] told me she waived, I realized never wereWhen I told [redacted] about [redacted] telling me she waived the feesHe blatantly ignored me, as if I had said nothingI kept thinking the other company was still the problemBut it wasn't, it was edward jonesThey were lying to meI would call the other company, the paper work I had submitted for the 3rd time at this point, they would tell me it was received, but edward jones never sent them anythingThen when I would call edward jones, they would tell me they never got anything from themEventually [redacted] 's secretary Heather, finally did say they received the information from the other company months agoSo I asked, why didn't you give them the check for the roll over thenShe basically told me that they wouldn't accept their own information because it was outdated by the time they received itWhich didn't make sense because the other company never told me the paper work was expiredThe fact that [redacted] 's secretary told me that, and not him is just stupidBut at this point I had to fill out the paper work for the roll over for the fourth timeI made an appointment to meet with [redacted] in his office to have him get on the phone with the other company, so they can explain to him personally what they need him to doThen he could explain to them what he needed from themBut that didn't happenI made the appointment, and wentInstead of going in [redacted] 's office so he could you know do his jobHe insisted we sit at his secretary's desk insteadThe first thing he said to me again was, you know you can just leave your money hereI was so mad, like he just doesn't listenI just said no absolutely not His secretary called the other company, she got the information from themDuring this [redacted] walked into his office to make what sounded like a personal phone callHe couldn't even give me the curiosity of sitting though the meetingAlso instead of actually listening and interacting with the person on the phone from the other company, he kept trying to make small talk with meWhich I didn't care about, I was fed up at this pointI didn't want to deal with him, or this company ever again [redacted] did the whole phone call by herselfThen after this, there were still more mistakes, that the other company caught in time, and told me how to have them fix their mistakeWhich was sending my money to the wrong addressThe address to send it to is spelled out on the formHow can you make that mistake? That's a huge mistakeThey did fix it, but I had to personally write a letter stating how to fix it, and fax it to them that dayAgain [redacted] did this, not [redacted] [redacted] is worthlessHe is lucky to have HeatherShe is doing his job for himBy the end of this my account was worth less than when it was originally openedThis was due to fees, and the fact that they have a $fee for ending your services with themThey had sent me a form indicated something a long those linesWhen I had called and asked about it, I was told it was only in regard to mailing fees for the roll overBut while I was in [redacted] 's office and they told me about this feeI said that I had asked about it, and was told it was something to not worry about because it was for mailing and those were not being chargedBut to that they just said they never said thatI remember specifically asking about this $dollar feeI had also received notice that my account was no longer grandfatheredI never asked for my account to be un-grandfathered, I did not want that to happen to my accountWhen I had left [redacted] a message about this issue, he completely ignored itNever called me back, or mentioned anything about it everDo not recommend this company at all

James [redacted] , Financial Advisor of the North Seattle Office went to [redacted] Gardens (an independent senior living facility close to his office) and formed a "relationship" with our father who has early onset dementia, Alzheimers, and a massive drinking problem and made progress in trying to get our impaired father to transfer his assets from [redacted] in NYC from a broker who has worked with our family for over thirty yearsHe got so far as to calling our family attorney to see "who held the Power of Attorney" over the assets - we do and its not going to anyone who solicits business from impaired senior citizensWithout a long time family friend and attorney and children (us) who watch over our Dad - this sleazebag would have gotten our father's money under his belt to "manage" (steal.) I am pursuing measures to prevent this person from preying on other older people who might not be as fortunate to have people watching over them and their assetsWhat does a small time broker with no known references have to offer over a long time relationship with [redacted] in New York City

 bOver a year ago there was $left in my Roth IRA account, and over the past year they charged me a yearly fee of $40, which I understand leaving $in the account Over the last year my financial advisor left the company So I have tried to contact the company on multiple occassions trying to remove the remaining $from the account, and leave it open so that I could reinvest in the future I have been told my employee [redacted] ***, and [redacted] at the corporate office [redacted] , that there is a $closing of my account fee I informed both of them that I did not wish to close the account, simply withdrawl my liquid assest left in this account They both told me that I couldn't remove my money which was left in this account because of their closing fee I tried to explain to them that I didn't want to close this account, just remove my assets from it On two seperate times they both told me they would close the account resulting in a $balance
