I am not accepting this as an answer as I haven't before and please tell me who my creditor is since you all seem to point fingers but can't figure out who owns the loansIts through ncoYou bought out my loan so where is this nco doesn't have power over the loan or to decide who controls my default? Because everyone says it is youAnd regardless of who says I was put there the argument is staying in thereIf you look at the terms highlighted one becomes in default after any one missed monthly payment but nothing in there states you must remain once placed thereQuit pushing blame on other people and take some responsibility for my loans and get them out of defaultThe answer isn't no simply because you say soIt should be on the loan agreement on paper that you must remain in default once placed there and it doesn'tIf I have to get a lawyer I will, this loan agreement is garbage and you can't file bankruptcy on a private loan yet you can call it that on my credit reportI'm not backing down on this, even if I have to file a complaint everyday for a year you rip people off and I'm done with it[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The letter they did is addressed to the Revdex.com, they also need to address a letter to me stating that the amount of $collection put on my credit was not suppose to be put on my credit That is was put on there in error in the amount of $852.34, so that the amount can be verified that it is a mistake Along, with noting that all credit bureaus have been notified to remove this negative collection from my account under my name of *** ***-***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The fact the NCO alleges there was no contact with me about the student loans in collection until July (last month) is categorically and if their account records do no indicate such, either the company and/or its representatives are not documenting contact with consumers. Accordingly, I have been in contact with the Department of Education Omsbudsmen about the status of my defaulted loans and have since learned that the Department of Education has not yet made a determination about the payment arrangements I have requested with them. It was also confirmed that the Department of Education received my paperwork in June (as they requested) and that they are in the process of reviewing same. Strangely, NCO advises that they received and assigned new accounts numbers to my loans effective July AND they never contacted me prior to July 2014. My personal research indicates that should I contact NCO and enter into a payment agreement with them for the subject loan(s), I have effectively acknowledged that the amount of the debt NCO alleges is accurate (which it is not) and relinquish my rights to work out a repayment plan with the Department of EducationAgain, I reiterate that NCO is noncompliant with laws governing debt collection, their records are either inaccurate and/or their office is willfully responding with incorrect/retracted or contrived information, and this organization warrants further scrutiny from Revdex.com, US Consumer Affairs, etcand a litany of other governing agencies which should be apprised of their inappropriate behavior and conduct in debt collection
