November 21, 2014Dear [redacted]:
I acknowledge receipt of your October 24, 2014 complaint regarding the abovereferenced accounts. Please be advised Transworld Systems, Inc. (TSI) account notes do not substantiate [redacted]’s allegations of misconduct. According to TSI’s...

account notes, TSI began servicing [redacted]’s accounts on August 29, 2013. On September 2, 2013, TSI mailed [redacted] an initial notice relating to these accounts. TSI placed several calls to [redacted] in a good faith effort to collect on the accounts, but was unable to make contact with [redacted] until January 22, 2014.On January 22, 2014, TSI spoke with [redacted] regarding these accounts. Account records reflect that settlement discussion was held. Based on TSI’s client's guidelines, a TSI representative advised [redacted] of the settlement available on her accounts; however, a settlement arrangement was not reached. On February 28, 2014, a Treasury Offset Program payment was received on the accounts.TSI records reflect that further communications were held relating to a possible settlement on these accounts; however, a settlement was not reached. On April 28, 2014, [redacted] indicated to TSI that she was no longer interested in settling the accounts. [redacted] agreed to enter into a $100 monthly payment plan. [redacted]’s payments were set up to be processed on the 28th of each month. A payment for $100 was processed on 4/28/2014, 5/28/2014, 6/28/2014 & 7/28/2014. On August 28, 2014, TSI was unable to process [redacted]’s payment, since the payment was declined by the credit card company, TSI attempted to reach [redacted] relating to her payment; however, the number on file was disconnected. TSI attempted to process [redacted]’s September payment, but this payment was also declined by the credit card company. On October 3, 2014, TSI received a call from [redacted]. TSI updated the account with a new telephone number. [redacted] informed TSI that she lost her credit card, which caused her payments to be denied. On October 6, 2014, TSI received a call from [redacted] indicating that she wanted to set up an allotment to pay these accounts. During this call, [redacted] requested TSI's bank account information be sent to her in writing. The representative handling the call advised [redacted] that he could provide her with the account information for TSI, but that he did not have information in writing. The representative asked [redacted] to contact his supervisor so that she could assist her with her request for written information on TSI's bank account number. TSI's records do not reflect that the TSI supervisor received a call from [redacted] regarding this account. On October 24, 2014, TSI received this inquiry.
Please note that [redacted]’s accounts may be subject to a Treasury Offset Program (TOP), which is administered by the Department of Treasury, to collect delinquent debts owed to federal agencies and states, in accordance with 26 U.S.C. § 6402(d), 31 U.S.C. § 3720A, and other applicable laws. TSI has no involvement with this program. Also, [redacted]’s accounts may be subject to an Administrative Wage Garnishment (AWG); however, at this time, the AWG process has not been implemented for [redacted]’s accounts.
Further, in connection with [redacted]’s request to set up allotment payments to these accounts, please note that in our experience, some consumers have been unable to successfully set up allotments because the consumer's account number is not provided when the payment is received. This may cause issues locating the appropriate account and applying the payment to the proper account. We recommend that [redacted] make payments via mail, including her account numbers on her payment, to the following address: Transworld Systems Inc., PO Box 15110, Wilmington, DE 19850.
Please note that due to security concerns, I am unable to provide the bank account information in writing; however, [redacted] may contact Loren V[redacted] at [redacted] to obtain assistance with this request. Mr. V[redacted] may assist [redacted] in setting a minimum “test” payment and providing her with a payment history so that we can ensure that her payments are being properly applied to her accounts.TSI's account notes do not reflect that [redacted] previously requested validation materials or a payment history regarding these accounts. Enclosed for your review is validation information and a payment history for [redacted]’s accounts. Given [redacted]’s request, her accounts have been marked to prevent further calls.
Please be advised that the account balance may be periodically increased due to the addition of accrued interest or other charges as provided in the agreement with the original creditor or as otherwise provided by state law.
Federal and state law prohibit certain methods of debt collection, and require that we treat you fairly. If you have a complaint about the way we are collecting your debt, please visit our website at www.transworldpayments.com or contact the FTC online at www.ftc.gov; by phone at 1-877-FTC-HELP; or by mail at 600 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20580. I am rejecting this response because:
This is the exact same the letter they did to begin with..obviously they do not read their responses.  I want a letter addressed to ME, not the Revdex.com stating that this is to be removed from my credit from all three credit bureaus and that this was not a debt that was owed by me nor should have been turned over to my credit in a negative manner.  I think that is a pretty simple statement and request.  It is easy for a company to day they are doing something and then not do it.  If I go so we here to apply for any kind of credit and this shows up on my credit and was t removed for whatever reason, I need a letter addressed to ME that states that so I can give it to them for proof, to protect my credit rating.
Thank you,
