This is the same response I got from [redacted]. It's not an answer. All you are stating to me is what I already know. You have no reason to put me in default. All it says in the promissory note that I have received (which all they will send me is the note disclosure and creditworthy statement until I finally asked for all documents which I haven't received) says nothing about the actual terms of default. Just states if you deem me to be at default, which doesn't state at any time you choose, that you have to meet conditions of nonpayment to reach that. Nor does it say I can't get out of default. All you say is no. There is no valid reason why it's no and no one I've talked to can tell me why. This is a ridiculous circle of people who have no idea why I'm in default and can't explain it. There is no reason I should be in there. If you have no proof or terms on the promissory note then its done. I shouldn't be in there. Nothing about this contract or promissory note states default. It says you may face a penalty or late charge. I'm tired of getting the run around and I want something done. They are the most complained about private organization for student loans and yet they still get what they want. You are ruining my credit by putting me in a bankrupt category when loans can't be forgiven. I'm making payments and it's just nonsense that you'd do this to someone.

Your account balance is currently $472.58, two payments for $45.00 each were applied to your account and one payment for $50.00 was reported on March 31, 2015 by [redacted].Please do not hesitate to contact me should you wish to discuss further.Sincerely,Marcelle L

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I never said I did not want to make a settlement. This company does not want to make a settlement.  If I did not want to settle, then why am I still trying to ask for a settlement as a resolution to this complaint. The problem is not that I dont want make a settlement, it is that "TSI" does not want  make a settlement with me. This company does not want to settle because they are making too much money from this. They are adding additional fees everyday to this account.
"TS" said, in the letter that I may be subject to a Treasury Offset. They have already done this with my taxes. I have proof! They also said that I am subject to Administrative Wage Garnishment (AWG). They have already done this to me too for 2 years now, in 2013 and 2014. I have proof!
Further more, who in this day and time would send money by allotment to a bank account and routing number without having something in writting?
"TSI" said they were unable to contact me. I contacted them SERVERAL TIMES on my own in the past. I have even been contacting the orginal debtor about a settlement. When I could not reach a setttlement with "TSI" I faxed and called the orginal company to do a settlement, with no response.
Regardless, I am contacting you now and I am requesting a settlement.
WHAT RESOLUTION I AM SEEKING:
I WANT TO SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Per NCO Financial Systems response they have stated: "I acknowledge receipt of the March 17, 2014 complaint for the referenced consumer." Which this would be me [redacted] A. [redacted]. NCO further states "In order to further investigate [redacted] E. [redacted]'s allegations, NCO requests that [redacted] E. [redacted] forward a copy of his most recent credit report displaying NCO's listing." It would be impossible to forward NCO a copy of [redacted] E. [redacted]'s credit report since I am not that individual and do not have access to their credentials to do that.
As per my complaint they have reported on my credit report for [redacted] A. [redacted]. I have contacted the company and provided my name, address, and social security number. NCO could not find any information with my personal information. The two different individuals named in the initial complaint said that everything should be removed, and that is what I would like to see happen. I don't understand how they can not find me within their records with my information, and then request that I provide some other individuals credit information.
