Review: I had already paid the debt of $189.00 is what I paid to the original creditor. But they have reported it anyways to all three credit agenceis. That I still owe $180.00. On a letter dated 6/30/14. Signed by Tywanna N[redacted] Director Consumer Affairs. They said this was done in error and will remove it from all three credit agencies. But it is 7/15/14 and it is still on all three credit reports.

At the time it was first repoted. We were negotiating a setlement payment.Desired Settlement: Please remove negative info from all three credit reporting agencies.

Review: My annual free credit report shows an alleged $122 debt by NCO Financial Services stemming from an alleged original debt of $104 from [redacted] of [redacted]. Curiously, unlike most utilities, [redacted] bills customers every other month. However, I have received no bill from [redacted] for $104. When living in [redacted], I was enrolled in the Senior Utility program and on some occasions I had enough money placed into my utility account by that program that I was told not to pay anything during a billing cycle.

There must be some misunderstanding. [redacted] is surely aware that I was a partiipant in the Senior Utility Discount Program when I resided there. I never received a bill for the alleged debt and am asking as desired settlement that this debt entry be removed from my credit files.Desired Settlement: Removal of this unverified debt from my credit files.

Review: On July 9, 2013 I paid in full an account that was in collections with NCO. The confirmation number for this payemtn is [redacted]. The NCO account number is [redacted]. The reference code is [redacted]. To date this collections account still shows up on my credit report as being unpaid and still in collections, negatively affecting my credit report. All attempts to have this remedied have been unsuccesful. Every attempt to call the main line of NCO results in an endless wait on the phone and being told to leave a message for a return phone call. This is not even possible since the voice mailbox is FULL. If I do find a round about way to get ahold of someone they will look up my information, tell me it has been paid, tell me they can not fax or email confirmation of payment and tell me they are transfering me to to correct office, which just leads me right back up to the main line again. Even when I ask not to be transfered to have my questions answered they still transfer and hang up. Today 2/6/14 I believe I spoke with a [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like all applicable credit rating agencys to be notified of my July 9, 2013 payment and my credit report to reflect said payment. I would like to notified when NCO does this. I would also like a receipt of my July 9, 2013 payment send via email, fax and U.S. Mail.

Review: NCO called my friends business repeatedly looking for me. I volunteer for this business on weekends and the only place this association is listed is on my linked in account. The business did not exist prior to April 2013. So somehow NCO obtained a phone number and continuously called looking for me. when my friend gave me the number I called back and I was told they would garnish my wages and inform my employer. they also told me the number associated with my friends business was listed on my credit report which is not true and asked me for sensitive information over the phone. I told them to send the information to the address listed on their report and to report it to the credit bureau so I could dispute the information the correct way. They told me they would garnish my wages and that I owed the federal government 80,000 so I would be arrested.Desired Settlement: I would like this company reported to the department of commerce and they should be permantly put out of business

Review: I have a $40 m medical bill from [redacted] Physician Service dating 12/31/13. I didn't pay until July. I paid online to NCO Financial, and I took a screen shot of my payment. Though paying through my bank the screen shot was to assure and verify payment was made. Once made NCO financial was to contact [redacted] concerning my payment. [redacted] tells me that I should have made it through them even though I was harassed with phone calls from NCO Financial who only left recorded messages and never having a "live" person. Today I call physician services concerning another matter and they disclosed that I stilled owed $40.00. I stated I paid it on the 8th of July, but they said it was still showing in their records. Contacting NCO they said I needed to contact [redacted]. I told the CSRep I did not want to get a runaround for something that was paid and that they were to contact their client about. I am now getting the runaround by both [redacted] and NCO!Desired Settlement: I would like this bill showed as paid, I would like a statement showing it paid, and that NCO contacts both [redacted] and the credit bureau stating payment. Review: Billed 2x [redacted] violations which were cleared up with [redacted] they have 2 reports on same account 211 then fees next month 213. Paid fix this on credit

I was charged on a car that someone borrowed, which was on my account but went through without [redacted]. As soon as I found out I cleared this with [redacted] who had someone else car information in my account. After hours of fixing this and paying a fee and tools close to 70.00 all should have been cleared with NCO. However they kept calling and saying too bad you should not have paid them you have to pay us or we will report you which they did in the amount of 211. Then [redacted] said they would take care of it. Then the next month I was charged a 2 dollar late fee and NCO reported a 213 balance again to my report the very next month. Two collections two different amounts .... One paid bill with [redacted]. This is a joke ! Fix this from my credit report !Desired Settlement: Error on collection status on my credit report!

Review: I have received numerous harassing phone calls from NCO Financial Systems Inc. about my sister. My uncle and grandmother have also been receiving numerous harassing phone calls trying to get in touch with her. The company stated that she gave them our number as one to get in touch with her, which is a lie. I and all the family members listed above have repeatedly asked them to stop calling us, but they still persist. Here is a list of my complaints 1) they never say the company they are calling from and refuse to say when asked. I know they cannot talk about her personal matters, but that is not what I was asking. I simply asked what company they work for 2) whether they are buying our phones numbers or what, I dont know, they are getting family member phone numbers in a way im sure is not legal 3) they are extremely rude right from the beginning of the phone call 4) they still call even when told not to 5) every time they call, when they ask for my sister, they never say her last name - only her first which is really strange. I and other members of my family are tired of getting these calls and are tired of getting yelled at by complete strangers. and the biggest complaint 6) this company has NO reason to be calling my sister - she has no debts that need to be collected.

Please add the following info to complaint # [redacted]

Here's a photo of their reporting.

Here's the personal info they put in their reporting (erroneous address)

Acct: [redacted]

Amount: $7413

Original creditor: [redacted]

Review: I received a bill in the mail from NCO Financial Systems, Inc. with hardly enough information on it to know what it was for. I assumed it was for a hospital stay that I had in June at [redacted] Hospital in [redacted], NH. This is because the only bit of information that was listed on this collections notice was that the creditor was "[redacted]."

The amount of the bill was for $1,120.00. I called NCO Financial Systems, Inc. in February to tell them that I have had insurance with [redacted] and that they should have billed them. They told me that they did bill them so I tried figuring out why [redacted] never received a claim. [redacted] told me to have NCO bill the behavioral health department rather than medical. NCO told me they would send the bill out to the behavioral health department for [redacted] which I had provided an address to them. I then left for college and was not able to follow up on this. I assumed it would be taken care of.

At this point, I was never informed that this had been "affecting my credit" since March of 2014.

On June 3, 2014 I spoke with an NCO rep on the phone and they told me that this has been affecting my credit all this time and that [redacted] (my insurance company) has never replied to their claim.

When I contacted my insurance on June 4, 2014, they told me they *never received any claim-- neither the main insurance medical departments NOR the behavioral health departments!!*

I believe that NCO is sending me scam mail trying to get money from me. If they really do have a supposed bill from [redacted] then they should have been billing the hospital directly and I was never responsible for this bill! This is what my insurance company told me ([redacted]).

I would like to be taken off NCO's call list as well as their mailing list!!! Also, if they affected my credit, I will need to figure out how to do that. If that is something they do then they will need to do that for me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be taken off of NCO's call list as well as their mailing list. I would also like ANY negative information to be taken off of my credit report for this bill.

Review: I had a collection account through NCO Financial. It has been on my credit report for 6 years in the amount of $737. Myself and NCO Financial agreed on a settlement amount of $537. I made two payments, one on 10/18/13 ($200) and the 2nd on 10/24/13 ($337). This was through multiple phone calls of being transferred. I looked at my bank statement a day later and they received all payments plus they double charged my $337 payment for a total of $674. I paid $874 on a bill I only owed $737 for. I called them for reimbursment and they stated I could fax my bank statement for verification after they already told me I overpaid by $137, and it will take up to 30 days. I am not satisfied that this company is able to double charge me without my consent and then when they tell me yes they did it, it will take 30 days to get my money back. Ive also called them for a recipt stating I paid in full. They say they dont know what happened after the first person tells me 24-48 hours via fax. I call back and they say it'll be another 24 hours. Ive tried to contact this comapny through email also with no answer. Im affraid they are giving me the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I would also like a receipt for my payment showing paid in full.

Review: This company has repeatedly attempted to call me (on an unlisted cell phone number) after being sent three "cease and desist" letters, via U.S. Mail, the latest being as recent as 08/05/2013. They have also attempted to contact me by calling my wife's unlisted cell phone number and by U.S. Mail. They call multiple times, during the day, and call at all hours. They do not identify themselves appropriately, they do not say what they are calling for, and they do not identify themselves when I attempt to call them back.

I have explained to this company, in my last letter, that my wife and are now permanently disabled due to chronic health conditions. My only income is Social Security Disability and I can barely afford food, shelter, and my medical care. So, suffice to say, I do not have enough income to barely survive.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to stop contacting me on this or any future matters.

Review: NCO has filed two separate collections accounts for one account on my credit report. This is fraudulent and unethical. This has created undue hardships for me and my ability to obtain employment because of this action. They are required to take down one or the other account as this is all one account and doesn't change from time to time because they want to do so.Desired Settlement: REMOVE THE SECOND COLLECTION ACCOUNT FROM CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY

Review: I received one statement from NCO Financial Systems. With that statement I sent a payment. I have not received any statements since. I did however send in a 2nd payment with a note asking them to send another statement. I assume this business is a legitiment debt collection agency, and I do not deny that I had a collection due to [redacted]. However, without receiving montly statemtents (even after contacting them 3 times asking for them to be sent) I don't know if they are applying my payments to my account. They have cashed both checks that I sent. The first and only bill I received from them was in April 2013. I mailed a check on 4/8/13. I was waiting for another statement in May but gave up and sent another payment in on 5/17/13 with a note asking for bills to be sent. On June 15th I only sent a letter, I did not send a check again asking them to send statements. I aked them in that letter to at least acknowledge my letter with a letter from them or a phone call. I did place a phone call in May asking them to send statements. I was told they would "see what they could do." I am also for some reason unable to access my account online which I mentioned in the letter. If I could see the dwindling balance online I would feel better. But for some reason, after logging in the first time with the access code they gave me, I cannot get in. I refuse to pay a "convience fee" of $12.50 to pay online, which is why I mailed my payments.Desired Settlement: I want montly statements to be mailed to me so I can see they are applying my payments to my debt. If they refuse, I would like my debt transferred to a different collection agency that wouldn't have a problem sending monthly statements with an updated balance due. Another alternative that I would be happy with is being able to pay [redacted] directly. I did try this by going to my account with [redacted] online, but that balance was $0 so I could not make a payment.

Review: After receiving rude calls from NCO Financial Services regarding a student loan, I contacted [redacted] on the week of March 4, 2013. I had been in contact with since December 2012 regarding an upcoming surgery on my cervical neck. I was unable to work due to a herniated disc in my neck and needed an ACDF surgery. I graduated from from a 4 year college in May 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I then began working at a hospital in [redacted]. I called [redacted] as soon as I found out I would be unable to work to try and set up deferment during my time off. I filled out multiple (3 or more) forms regarding a deferment and received confirmation of approval. It was not until the week of March 4, 2013 that I learned I had 2 loans. One was approved for deferment and the other was a private student loan through [redacted]. I was then told I did not qualify for deferment on the private loan due to not having paid 9 consecutive months prior to application. My loans were not due yet and I had just graduated, so this is the typical. Most students do not need to pay for a specified time after graduation or until the loans become due. I will also be filing a complain against [redacted] and [redacted] do to misleading and wrong information. However, my complaint with NCO financial services is the rude nature they addressed both my husband and I. I have told them in the past that I am recovering from surgery (on a 5-10 pound weight limit), unable to work, my husband just lost his job last month, and we are living with my parents trying paying what we can to feed us and our daughter. I have explained this is temporary. Today, March 15, 2013, [redacted] (from NCO) contacted my husband stating we are 35 days past due. He said this has been reported on our credit reports and that they have no record of my payment I made last week. I have a confirmation number and statements from my bank regarding the payment I made the week of March 4, 2013. My husband stated he would not listen to him regarding the point that I made a payment last week. I then called back right away due to the fact my husband is very upset this has been reported. I was told this would not be reported by AES representatives during the phone call I made the payment. I spoke with [redacted] who gave me a last name of [redacted]. I am not sure if that is a valid last name as she hesitated giving it. She told me she was a floor supervisor. She was very rude as soon as she got on the phone. She spoke over me the entire conversation, raised her voice, and had horrible customer service skills. I ended up telling thank you and hanging up. I cannot speak with anyone who is yelling over me and not allowing me to explain the situation or my frustrations. The people whom I've spoken to this morning have provided no valid information that can help my situation. I ended up calling [redacted] because they are at least not rude and allow me to ask questions.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a solution to this problem regarding my husbands and my credit reports. I would also like the customer service representative to be better trained regarding their jobs and information they are communicating to people. I will no longer answer calls from this company due to their rude communication (lack of ethics/skills). They stated I am currently 35 days past due when I was told I was told I had 28 days to make another payment before it was pulled into collections. I need a resolution. I am a hardworking citizen who had a medical issue involving surgery, making me unable to work. I tried to do what I needed to do to avoid negative/late payments and have received no help, information, or even consideration with this company.
