My family experienced outstanding service from Dustin W*** at Apollo The sump pump in our basement did not work after some heavy rains and we needed help to replace the sump pump Dustin was very courteous, friendly, and polite and did an amazing job of discussing our options and then replacing the sump pump He then stayed at our home to verify that the pump was appropriately workingJust a terrific person! I would give Apollo Plumbing a poor rating On Sunday, 5/7/I had a problem with the hot water faucet *** on my bath tub I called Apollo in the Greater Cincinnati area Because they are a 24/service, I thought that they could come out the same day But they could not, so I made an appointment to come on Tuesday between pm and pm To be there for the plumber, I took time off from my job; thereby losing about $for the day While waiting I received a call from Debbie in customer service who informed me that they would need to reschedule because the plumbers were all too business and other customers took priority over me a new customerI would never recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing work IF YOU DON'T MIND BEING CONSIDERED AN INSIGNIFICANT CUSTOMER AND IF YOU DON'T MIND LOSING A DAY OR PART OF A DAY'S WAGES CALL THIS COMPANY!

Apollo Home Plumbing Max(Apollo Tech) came out today because we were having water pressure issues in the master bath He determined that the water heater was the most likely culprit(It was over years old) He recommended that it be replaced He also recommended that we get a water softener He was able to install the new equipment on the visit He called the office and had the new equipment brought to our house Max did an excellent job and we now have a new water heater and a new water softener and everything is working great!

This company came to my home and required us to sign a form prior to any work being completed stating we would pay regardlessWhich I should have seen as a red flagWe had a kitchen drain clog and called Apollo to come out., the tech arrived advised that he was not a lineman and could not help us He then took the time to write out a six page estimate on things that need to be fixed prior to our drain being able to be fixedhe advised that if we go it fixed to let him know how it was done He then left my sink in worse shape then before I then called *** *** they came out snaked out my drain stayed minutes and then left I was blown awayWe did put a stop payment on the check to ApolloMy question or concern is *** *** fixed it immediatelyA additional repair was not neededAnd, *** *** didn't have me sign anything until the work was completedI truly believe that Apollo has customer signs that because they are not qualified and that way they

We have used Apollo for over twenty years The service they provide is second to none Here is an example why Recently we had to replace our year old central air unit After the new system was installed, we noticed that it was not holding the temperature setting on the hottest part of the day Apollo first had a technician come out to inspect the new unit and make minor adjustments After another hot day, it still could not hold the temperatureI emailed my sales person and the service department to let them know the new system was not performing as expected It was explained that our house was right on the border of needing a larger size, and admitted that they missed the mark We were offered a higher tonnage unit of the same model at no additional chargeApollo has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and backed it up with no hassle at all The replacement unit was expertly installed, with superb metal work, even better than the initial install This is how great companies handle the occasional problem, and keep customers for life

This morning electrician Chris J*** came to my home to install some lightingHe was friendly and polite and immediately gave me a price for the work to be doneIt was going to be a costly job (so what's new!) so he tried his very best to fix the current situation thereby saving me moneyIn the end he couldnt fix it and had to replace the lightingI appreciated the fact that he tried, he didnt have to do thatIt shows he was putting the customer first and that's one of the reasons I keep coming back to Apollo for all my heating, plumbing and now electrical needs
