Company was extremely responsive to my request; technician was very efficient, explained things very well and provided a proper summary of what he had done to satisfy the inspection of our homeI would certainly recommend them to anyone who wanted fast, efficient service

once plumber arrived everything went smoothly given explanation of what needed to be done and why it needed to be done cleaned up after job completed

This morning electrician Chris J*** came to my home to install some lightingHe was friendly and polite and immediately gave me a price for the work to be doneIt was going to be a costly job (so what's new!) so he tried his very best to fix the current situation thereby saving me moneyIn the end he couldnt fix it and had to replace the lightingI appreciated the fact that he tried, he didnt have to do thatIt shows he was putting the customer first and that's one of the reasons I keep coming back to Apollo for all my heating, plumbing and now electrical needs

Great service, affordable and got us taken care of within a couple of hours! Service technician gave us tips on how to extend the life of our furnace and was very kind and respectful in every way

Needed an eston new hot water heaterRon from Apollo came to the house and did a through inspection of the current water heater and supplied a detailed report of the water heaters that could be installed

My comment for this visit would be disappointedWe called for service for the same problem of frozen pipes that we had the last very cold spell- 1/8/Apollo please see your ticket # *** for detailsWe were told by the service man that he could not help us this time with our problem as your service people do longer carry heat guns

We purchased our house a few years ago and despite the listing description of "new HVAC", our systems certainly were not new! This summer we took the plunge and had Apollo replace our AC unit so when it came time to schedule our annual furnace tune-up, going with Apollo was a no-brainerPrevious companies who have come out and serviced our furnace have always said it was in great working order and did not give any "heads up" that there may be problems to comeSteve Dcame to our home and inspected our furnace and explained that he had a few concerns- all of which are valid given the age of our furnaceHe took the time to say which parts could need replaced in the future and also explained what each part does in the big picture of our furnace functioning properlyIt was refreshing to have someone be transparent and patient in explaining what areas may need repairs in the months to comeHe was not pushy in having us make a decision one way or another and let us know that if we chose to pursue repairs to contact himOverall he was very professional, proficient, and thorough! My parents recommended Apollo to us and we will certainly recommend Apollo to others!
