I would give Apollo Plumbing a poor rating On Sunday, 5/7/I had a problem with the hot water faucet *** on my bath tub I called Apollo in the Greater Cincinnati area Because they are a 24/service, I thought that they could come out the same day But they could not, so I made an appointment to come on Tuesday between pm and pm To be there for the plumber, I took time off from my job; thereby losing about $for the day While waiting I received a call from Debbie in customer service who informed me that they would need to reschedule because the plumbers were all too business and other customers took priority over me a new customerI would never recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing work IF YOU DON'T MIND BEING CONSIDERED AN INSIGNIFICANT CUSTOMER AND IF YOU DON'T MIND LOSING A DAY OR PART OF A DAY'S WAGES CALL THIS COMPANY!

While Apollo worked on my furnace/ air in attic they crushed two ducts feeding
Air to my bedrooms, left a panel off of my furnace, and left a panel off of my heat pumpApollo has refused to corrects these issuesBeware of home policies
