Great company Have used them for at least years The technicians are very friendly, very capable, and very informative I have a Gold plan with the company, which covers a spring checkup of my A/C and a fall checkup of my furnace I have infrequently needed service on my HVAC over the years, but when I did need it, they've been very responsive

Steve Dfixed a bad agitator in my washing machine Steve was very courteous and professional, thoroughly explaining the issue and how it could be fixed I will recommend Apollo to my family and friends regarding their appliance needs

While Apollo worked on my furnace/ air in attic they crushed two ducts feeding
Air to my bedrooms, left a panel off of my furnace, and left a panel off of my heat pumpApollo has refused to corrects these issuesBeware of home policies
