On 2/24/16, Apollo was scheduled to do a routine cheon my furnace They arrived on time but determined that I had a cracked heat exchange and needed to shut off my furnace because of government regulations do to carbon monoxide levels After calls to their center, I was told the part would not be available till 3/02/and the service would be performed 3/3/ After spending a week living with space heaters and the house temperature at degrees, they told me a wrong part had been ordered and would not arrive till pm and someone would be right out After 6:pm, I called and checked the status of the technicians, in which they told me they were still waiting on the parts and someone would call me back At 7:pm I called back and was told by they had not ordered the wrong part, but the expedited shipment had not arrived and was not their fault Apollo offer to come out the next day for the service and when asked "if the part was going to be delivered that day", they said they weren't sure I suggested them pay for a hotel room for the week long inconvenience and was simply told it wasn't their responsibility and should ask the expedited shippers for reimbursement for the hotel After a week without a furnace in the dead of winter, I was not happyFollow up After spending a week without a furnace, the correct part was delivered on 3/3/Apollo came out and performed the service on 3/3/and were professional, apologetic, and punctualThe matter is now resolved

Apollo always has a great team We have used them for the past years and I have never been disappointed! Keep up the good work

Everything went smoothly I received the 4-page maintenance report by e-mail The man came out the day after I phoned No problems were found The service people Apollo sends out seem to be conscientious and competent I haven't encountered a bumbling fool or a crazed wacko yet, which is big improvement over the outfit we used to use

We needed help right away with a leaking hot water heaterApollo rep (Mike) was on site within an hour and quickly stopped the water from leaking on the floorThen within another hour the technician (Brandon) was on-site with a new water heaterExcellent service, God Bless Them!

As a new widow, I had not had experience replacing major equipment like my furnace The entire team from Apollo, Dan, who came to service and found the damage; Shaun, who offered me a wonderful deal, and Jon, who installed the new furnace and humidifier, going above and beyond expectations, ALL treated me with such respect, care and patience, allowing extra time to answer questions, make calls, and schedule the replacement of the furnace They were on time, efficient , ex[plaining changes and concerns My new furnace is running perfectly, my mind is at ease knowing I can call them at any time Thank you, Apollo Team

Both Matt Dand Joe H*** came out today Matt was very personable and provided an estimate of work that will need to be completed on our floor drain Joe H*** worked on the bathroom sink drain issue This was an unusual situation as the drain pipe in the basement was not even connected to the sink It had been re-routed years ago when we had an addition added to our home Joe came up with a solution and he did a great job and solved our problem He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left I would highly recommend this technician

We just replaced our Heating and Cooling system through Apollo Heating, Cooling & Plumbing The whole process was seamless from the original contact through installation Our HVAC installation technicians Ernie B and Zach were fantastic They were on time, friendly and left the house looking better than when they arrived Both were extremely hard working for the duration of installation I would recommend Apollo to anyone in need of repair or replacement as the whole team were impressive from our stand point A big thanks to Ernie and Zach
