I had a great experience with Apollo Home todayChris completed a review of all electrical items in the house and made recommendations for repair Both recommendations were reasonable and worth doingHe completed all work in a reasonable amount of time and took care to clean up afterwards, and wore shoe covers in the house

Apollo Heating Cooling and Plumbing was a wonderful company to deal with Everyone from the person who scheduled the call to the technicians at my home were courteous and did what they promised on schedule The technicians were very informative and explained what I needed to know in an easy to understand manner

The guys were great and had everything completed in just a few hoursI could not have asked for anything more (was worth the money)

Quoted one price for plumbing service, I approved the service, then was charged more than the quote At no time was I told of additional charges Was asked to call to "discuss" I said no discussion, the original price was outrageous, I am angry that they charged me more without my consent

Had Apollo out for a drain cleaning (I've had this drain snaked twice in the last years, both times were *** ***, and both times they ran the snake a few times, pulled out some roots, and then it ran fine for several years I know this is a Band-Aid for the problem, but who can just drop $10k on a new line?) *** ran the snake through the main drain access, pulled it out once and it was dirty He and the other guy said it was very bad, 'the worst they've seen' and that I need a $1,high-pressure water jet...reluctantly I agreed And they left, scheduled for the next day The next day, they started with a camera in the line for 'before' pictures The line didn't look that dirty really There were a couple trouble spots, but *** said we 'had time' before any major repairs needed I still let them run the high-pressure water treatment, even though the line didn't look that dirty(Also, prior drain cleanings resulted in at least an hour of snaking with a bucket or

This company came to my home and required us to sign a form prior to any work being completed stating we would pay regardlessWhich I should have seen as a red flagWe had a kitchen drain clog and called Apollo to come out., the tech arrived advised that he was not a lineman and could not help us He then took the time to write out a six page estimate on things that need to be fixed prior to our drain being able to be fixedhe advised that if we go it fixed to let him know how it was done He then left my sink in worse shape then before I then called *** *** they came out snaked out my drain stayed minutes and then left I was blown awayWe did put a stop payment on the check to ApolloMy question or concern is *** *** fixed it immediatelyA additional repair was not neededAnd, *** *** didn't have me sign anything until the work was completedI truly believe that Apollo has customer signs that because they are not qualified and that way they
