Had Apollo out for a drain cleaning (I've had this drain snaked twice in the last years, both times were *** ***, and both times they ran the snake a few times, pulled out some roots, and then it ran fine for several years I know this is a Band-Aid for the problem, but who can just drop $10k on a new line?) *** ran the snake through the main drain access, pulled it out once and it was dirty He and the other guy said it was very bad, 'the worst they've seen' and that I need a $1,high-pressure water jet...reluctantly I agreed And they left, scheduled for the next day The next day, they started with a camera in the line for 'before' pictures The line didn't look that dirty really There were a couple trouble spots, but *** said we 'had time' before any major repairs needed I still let them run the high-pressure water treatment, even though the line didn't look that dirty(Also, prior drain cleanings resulted in at least an hour of snaking with a bucket or

It was my good fortune to have Ash W*** assigned to my request for electrical services to be performed at my residence following a call to Apollo I was so very impressed by this young man's expertise, attitude and professionalism He also possesses a wonderful personality and sense of humor He remedied the problems and took the time to explain all that was done, etc I definitely think that Ash is an outstanding representative of Apollo and I will definitely be calling Apollo for an electrical repair with a specific request for Ash to render the services

Adam H (plumber) from Apollo Heating, Air conditioning and Plumbing was courteous and professional He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived He seems very knowledgeable and even mentioned that he is a perfectionist, which was apparent by the quality of his work I would highly recommend Adam H, as well as Apollo

John Sof Apollo Heating Cooling and Plumbing provided excellent service for fixing our leak in the basement He was very knowledgeable about the various options for fixing our copper pipe and gave a comprehensive overview of what a short-term or long-term solution may be for our water system He was friendly and professional, and I was impressed with his enthusiasm for his work

The worker came out my house and checked the furnace and informed us it would cost $2,+ installation, but said we just really needed a new furnaceThey also took the parts off the furnace and left them hanging assuming we would buy a new furnaceWe had two other companies come and check it, and repaired for $536.00, and was informed that what they were doing was Fraud because we did not need $2,in repairs or a new furnaceWe are senior citizens and we felt like they were taking advantage of us due to our age

Thank you for sending The "A" Team to handle our very difficult A/C installation! Both Dan Hand Zach R(along with other supporting cast members) tackled the Herculean task of removing old and installing new condenser which involved getting the equipment up and down a really steep, narrow hillside pathwayClearly, all embraced their inner mountain goat to get through this one!

On 2/24/16, Apollo was scheduled to do a routine cheon my furnace They arrived on time but determined that I had a cracked heat exchange and needed to shut off my furnace because of government regulations do to carbon monoxide levels After calls to their center, I was told the part would not be available till 3/02/and the service would be performed 3/3/ After spending a week living with space heaters and the house temperature at degrees, they told me a wrong part had been ordered and would not arrive till pm and someone would be right out After 6:pm, I called and checked the status of the technicians, in which they told me they were still waiting on the parts and someone would call me back At 7:pm I called back and was told by they had not ordered the wrong part, but the expedited shipment had not arrived and was not their fault Apollo offer to come out the next day for the service and when asked "if the part was going to be delivered that day", they said they weren't sure I suggested them pay for a hotel room for the week long inconvenience and was simply told it wasn't their responsibility and should ask the expedited shippers for reimbursement for the hotel After a week without a furnace in the dead of winter, I was not happyFollow up After spending a week without a furnace, the correct part was delivered on 3/3/Apollo came out and performed the service on 3/3/and were professional, apologetic, and punctualThe matter is now resolved

As a new widow, I had not had experience replacing major equipment like my furnace The entire team from Apollo, Dan, who came to service and found the damage; Shaun, who offered me a wonderful deal, and Jon, who installed the new furnace and humidifier, going above and beyond expectations, ALL treated me with such respect, care and patience, allowing extra time to answer questions, make calls, and schedule the replacement of the furnace They were on time, efficient , ex[plaining changes and concerns My new furnace is running perfectly, my mind is at ease knowing I can call them at any time Thank you, Apollo Team
