My main sewer line backed up last week and on Saturday night our basement was filling with rain water from the gutters We bailed and were ok Sun, Mon, & Tues because it did not rain Mike came to check it Tuesday and I was in a panic because it was supposed to rain on Wed Mike does the camera work and Cory the water jet cleaning They were booked solid so they decided to clean my drain very early Wed before their other appointments Not only did they clear the drain, but because they were so calm and kind, helped me get my panic under control Great customer service for sure The thing that was the most valuable to me was the kindness of squeezing this job in when they had already been so busy

Alex A (HVAC) and Steve L (plumber) both came to repair my air conditioner and toilet this week They were friendly, prompt, professional and didn't leave a mess They thoroughly discussed repair options and told me how much the repairs would cost before any work was done The company itself has such a range of services that I will try to use them whenever possibleI also like the fact that they charge according to what needs to be done rather than how long it takes to do it
