Impressed with the expertise shown during the 90+ min call Explained in detail any issues and took care of one problem Suggested we get a new thermostat...which we will do in November....Also impressed with overall expertise shown on the service call

Our boiler furnace went out Tuesday evening (a month after it was given an "ok" winter checkup); although Apollo responded to the phone call quickly and courteously, there was no boiler technician available that evening; we finally got service the next afternoon (degrees inside the house); hrs later, the furnace went out again, and we were once again told that no boiler technician was available
that evening The service man came out the next day, but the unavailability of a technician to promptly service products installed by Apollo in relatively extreme weather conditions, leaves the customer somewhat concerned The people at Apollo very nice, and once they get to your house, they are very nice - but the lack of sufficient service technicians is not good; not that they don't know it's cold out there and that a lot of people have boilers for heat and they were the ones who
installed the boiler in the first placepoor planning on their part

Apollo has been a great partner for many ears Knowledgeable staff and prompt courteous service Highly reccomend!

Matt D and Devin L did a great job with my underground pipe problem They understood my unfortunate plumbing situation and worked with me to get the best result possible and I truly appreciate it Devin L was a good hard worker and kept the mess to a minimum --- very surprised that was possible when you are talking about digging up a basement floor! My main sewer line backed up last week and on Saturday night our basement was filling with rain water from the gutters We bailed and were ok Sun, Mon, & Tues because it did not rain Mike came to check it Tuesday and I was in a panic because it was supposed to rain on Wed Mike does the camera work and Cory the water jet cleaning They were booked solid so they decided to clean my drain very early Wed before their other appointments Not only did they clear the drain, but because they were so calm and kind, helped me get my panic under control Great customer service for sure The thing that was the most valuable to me was the kindness of squeezing this job in when they had already been so busy

While Apollo worked on my furnace/ air in attic they crushed two ducts feeding
Air to my bedrooms, left a panel off of my furnace, and left a panel off of my heat pumpApollo has refused to corrects these issuesBeware of home policies

Apollo always has a great team We have used them for the past years and I have never been disappointed! Keep up the good work
