Apollo Home Plumbing Max(Apollo Tech) came out today because we were having water pressure issues in the master bath He determined that the water heater was the most likely culprit(It was over years old) He recommended that it be replaced He also recommended that we get a water softener He was able to install the new equipment on the visit He called the office and had the new equipment brought to our house Max did an excellent job and we now have a new water heater and a new water softener and everything is working great!

Steve Linstalled a new tankless water heater for us The install took all day, as he told us it would He did a great job and cleaned up well after himself We are very pleased

We ran into a kitchen faucet issue late on Friday eveningThe only place we could find with Saturday service was ApolloSteve *** was our service technician and he did a fantastic jobVery helpful, courteous, and got the job done quickly and at a good priceAppreciate his help on a weekend!

Found out the techs get a commissionPaid for a monthly service planWas told , incorrectly, that a part was not working correctlyAfter the tech left the unit stopped workingOne tech caused the problemCalled later in the evening and was told incorrectly no techs were availableRequested to be contacted by the ownerNever happenedCalled back later in the evening, got the answering service and the on call tech was dispatchedHe missed the problemMost recent credit card statement showed a billing for the monthly service planI got to pay for poor service and lousy treatment

Ash W was our electrician who came to our home to do the free electrical review of our home He was very knowledgeable and was very thorough He also is a nice guy He was able to install a new light switch for us and diagnose another problem with our outside landscape lighting Very satisfied

once plumber arrived everything went smoothly given explanation of what needed to be done and why it needed to be done cleaned up after job completed

Max H did a great jobDuring a plumbing inspection, he was able to resolve all of my home's issues (leaking shower handle and garbage disposal)He was also able to identify the cause of my issue with the hot water heater

Vance was very polite, very concise on what he found in his maintenance of the furnace He did find that the furnace filters that Apollo had ordered for me were the wrong size and notified Apollo Correct-size filters are to be delivered to me next day and hopefully will be inserted for me Almost always satisfied with Apollo techs

From the online discussion about my toilet issues to the speed in getting someone in the house Apollo was awesome I love the online discussion tool! Joe was on time and quickly analyzed the issues I guess when the insides of a toilet tank are over years old, it's time for a change He got the materials and both toilets were fixed in minutes I love working with Apollo Thanks!
