I checked customer order and that's my finding customer place an order on package was shipped by [redacted] and was delivered on customer contact us on calming she have problems with the phone she received we send out and exchange and its was delivered on March **, (over days ago) per website TOS its clearly stated there is days return policy as agreed by customer during checkoutcustomer did not contact us during our return policy period its also stated the.phone is covered by manufacturer warrantycustomer will need to contact [redacted] directly for warranty claim

All I have is an old phone with no printing capacity. My daughter was terminally ill with [redacted] , I am a homebound invalid and have no one to take care of printing a label, packaging the phone and taking to post office.As stated in my original complaint and as told to Steve by phone, due to all the complaints on the web from people never receiving their refund, or were not given the full refund and/or the refund was delayed by weeks and/or months after returning the phone, I am NOT comfortable with the transaction in ths manner. As previously stated, I gave several methods of exchanging the phone for a cashiers check or money order but Steve never responded, nor returned my phone calls. 1) IF THE BBB WILL HANDLE: Steve can deliver a cashiers check or money order to the BBB & I will have [redacted] or [redacted] pick up and deliver the phone to BBB, even though it is not worth the cost of shipping. BBB can then mail me the cashiers check/money order & Steve can pick up the phone at the BBB.2) Steve can send the cashiers check or money order to an Evansville [redacted] store that is willing to handle the exchange and return the phone to him. The G [redacted] store can verify it's the same phone he sent me.3) Steve can send me a cashiers check or money order via COD with instructions to pick up phone before leaving the cashiers check or money order.The third party involved in all 3 transactions is a reputable business and should be acceptable. After all, I paid for a new phone weeks before I received a used & one. At least there is a third party involved in all above transactions to avoid any fraudulent action on my end and the store is guaranteed the phone in return. Ordered a phone for my wife from them listed as NEW via their website (***) The phone arrived and was the wrong color Called them to complain (they don't open until 11:00am for some reason) Same male answered the phone each time I called (spoke broken English, sounded Arabic) This male insisted that I ship it back to them at my cost (made no apologies or attempts to keep me happy for their mistake) I convinced my wife to just keep the one they sent b/c I didn't want to pay for shipping nor did I trust this company to ship back the right phone Tried for days to get the phone to turn on with my wife's SIM card Took it to my carrier's store and discovered that the phone had a PERMANENTLY BLOCKED ESN # due to non-payment Simple deductive reasoning was applied - so, this business not only sold me a USED phone (not new as listed) but they sold me a BLOCKED USED phone Called the company again and they insisted that they mixed up my phone with someone else's order (I guess people enjoy buying phones that are locked and can NEVER be used again per my phone carrier) They again made NO ATTEMPT to right their mistake and insisted that I pay to ship the item back to them They claimed they would credit my credit card the cost I paid for the phone PLUS MY SHIPPING COSTS They assured me that the price of shipping would be credited back to me No manager to complain to on the phone either (just the Arabic male) so I was out of options
I shipped the phone back to them immediately via 2-day shipping They signed for the phone and never contacted me or gave the credit When I emailed to see if they got the phone they said "we will issue a credit when the phone is returned")
weeks later (after numerous telephone calls complaining to them and filing a complainant) the credit showed up on my credit card - THEY DID NOT COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING AS PROMISED
DO NOT,...I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE Cell2Get is how the charge showed up on my credit card and ElectronicsForce.com is the website I ordered from AVOID THEM BOTH IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE

Regardless of the fact that I have finally received my money back, THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE THAT ANYONE SHOULD BUY FROM. Unfortunately, it does not appear that anyone will be able to do anything regarding this scam organization

What does all that jibberish have to do with the inability of the phone to work? What does all that have to do with them selling me a phone which they knew was not compatible with ***? They knew I was with a non-*** carrier before they shipped out the phone as I had specifically asked them via email and voice. They told me it would work. I trusted them...for that I get the blame for not doing research?
The phone was unlocked, however, even though it was reconfigured , it did NOT work with *** As I said, I could not make any phone calls to any system where I had to use the keypad, including voicemail.
This could all have been avoided had they just said that it was not completely compatible and offered that I buy a *** phone from them. Nothing like honesty. I would be writing a letter of recommendation instead of this

The company has previously accepted responsibility, so it cannot reverse itself and say that *** is responsible. I reported the disappearance of the shipments to *** and an investigation was launched by ***, which to my knowledge did not result in a solution: I never heard back from the Postal Inspection. But that is irrelevant to my complaint: I informed the business of my actions towards ***, and the business has repeatedly, by phone and by email, acknowledged that the package was insured and would be replaced. I can submit those emails to demonstrate that the company accepted its duty to replace the lost phone, and that it agreed to send the phone by FedEx to avoid another *** mishap
