Also, [redacted] informed me that the phone has been blocked by [redacted]. I hope this is sufficient information for Electronicsforce.com to reimburse to me the full amount that I paid for a new and unlocked phone.]

(ALSO PLEASE BE ADVISE IF YOU OPEN THE PHONE IT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE if you like the 32gb we will be more then happy to exchange it for you. you also send the phone back for a refund if you like and we will process a refund according to our policy as agreed by you when you submitted the order online

You HAVE the IMEI# in your sales record [redacted] dated 1-**-2015.  The Revdex.com repeatedly warns me e NOT to put any personally identifiable information in my replies, and [redacted] tells me the IMEI# IS  personal identifiable information as the phone is registered under tha IMEI#.   Perhaps you can call the Revdex.com for a solution to this situation.

Stated in our TOS "the Customer is responsible to contact they service Provider to Verify phone compatibility with they local service provider" did you check with your service provider prior purchasing this phone?

Hello please understand in order to mail you a check with out you returning the phone first I need the IMEI # on the back of the phone under the battery. once I have this information I can start with a  new return authorization #

 I will be doing a charge back with my credit card company as I do not trust you or your establishment.  You are a liar through and through - and you can go on [redacted] and see a refurbished black phone for 174.99 while a gold phone goes for more than $400.  If my credit card company instructs me to ship the phone to you, I will do so.  I am not going to communicate with you are Electronics Force any longer as you are a scam and I am currently filing a case with the NY AG against your illegitimate business practices.  False advertisement is illegal and you sir are doing just that in addition to paying for reviews from robots which hide the real reviews left by real people explaining THIS EXACT SITUATION.  You even told me you had been in business for 20 years when your business has only been open for 9.  I do not trust you, I do not trust your company and I will not go through your advice or guidance for a resolution.  You have threatened me verbally and have harassed me for 4 days.  You have my money and my phone and that sir is theft.

I checked customer order and that's my finding customer place an order on 02/**/2015 package was shipped by [redacted] and was delivered on 02/**/2015. customer contact us on 03/**/2015 calming she have problems with the phone she received we send out and exchange and its was delivered on March **, 2015...

(over 90 days ago) per website TOS its clearly stated there is 14 days return policy as agreed by customer during checkout. customer did not contact us during our return policy period its also stated the.phone is covered by manufacturer warranty. customer will need to contact [redacted] directly for warranty claim
