The business is restating where we are already at and obviously has no intention of doing the right thing and giving me a full refund. They are fully aware of my frustrations with my entire experience with them. This is the second phone they have sent me and it's the exact same issue. I'm not gonna roll the dice and hope for the best with them based on my terrible experiences with them already. My carrier already tried several methods to fix it including a factory reset and nothing worked. Just man up, do the right thing, and give me a full refund. I'm tired of the back and forth and games they are playing.

Phone arrived in 3 days after ordering I had an issue to activeted with my service provider I contact electronicsforce they helped me to exchange the phone with out any addional cost to me phone arrived in 5 days working great since then

any new sim card that placed inside the phone Carrier locks come with just about any cell phone you buy from a wireless operator. Even if you aren't buying the device directly from a particular operator but are buying it from a retailer, such as electronicsforce and it's for a specific carrier, then most likely it has a carrier lock on it. This is regardless of whether you buy the phone with a subsidy and a two-year contract or if you buy the device at full price.Generally, the only devices that do not have carrier locks are ones that specifically say they are "unlocked," such as the Galaxy S6 edge brand of devices, the unlocked version of the iPhone, which is sold at the Apple store, and some developer edition devices. If you want an unlocked phone, you should research in advance whether the phone you are purchasing is available as unlocked and where you can buy it as an unlocked device. Remember: Paying full price alone doesn't guarantee that a smartphone is unlocked out of the box.

customer [redacted] purchase a phone from [redacted] for on 09/**/2013 the price that the customer paid is $277 and NOT $760 as she stated package was delivered to customer on 09/**/2013. customer contact us on 01/**/2014 claiming the phone does...

not turn on we advise her to take the phone to apple for repair. as stated in our store policy. we stated very clearly our return policy is 14 days and all warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer. the customer claimed she took the phone to apple for repair and they refuse to repair the phone. as a courtesy to the customer we advise her to send the phone to us for repair. when we received the phone we send it to apple authorize repair center they inspected the phone and stated the phone is water damage. per apple warranty terms water damage phone is not covered under warranty.
 
with that said we attempting to get the phone repaired for free. as soon as we get the phone back from apple repair center we will return it back to the customer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: What does all that jibberish have to do with the inability of the phone to work?   What does all that have to do with them selling me a phone which they knew was not compatible with [redacted]?  They knew I was with a non-[redacted] carrier before they shipped out the phone as I had specifically asked them via email and voice.  They told me it would work.   I trusted them...for that I get the blame for not doing research?   The phone was unlocked, however, even though it was reconfigured , it did NOT work with [redacted].  As I said,  I could not make any phone calls to any system where I had to use the keypad, including voicemail.  This could all have been avoided had they just said that it was not completely compatible and offered that I buy a [redacted] phone from them.   Nothing like honesty.  I would be writing a letter of recommendation instead of this.

This company is not honest. In my initial request I mentioned the followings: 06/**/2015 Pending Presently, I am working at a hospital in [redacted], Staying at [redacted]. My phone is not working and I need a new one. Please call me if you are unable to ship it to the Hotel, instead of cancelling the order. So from the first contact, I indicated that I will be using the phone abroad (and that is why I requested unlocked phone). If the company does not allow phones to be used outside the US, they should have indicated so, and refused to ship the phone to me. Furthermore, they have sent me a defective product, knowing that I will be leaving US. Regardless, I am back to US and would like to return back the phone to the company for refund.

After an extremely long and apparently unnecessary process, the company PARTIALLY refunded me for sending me the WRONG item.  This was after TWICE telling me a refund had been issued, when it in fact had not been.  After receiving a partial refund, I was told to contact another division of the business, which stated they would send me the remaining part of the refund, which I have not yet received.  Also, despite being told originally that I would receive a refund of the return shipping for the WRONG item I was sent, I was now told that I would need to take extra steps to get that.
Bottom line, the company STILL has not completely satisfied the issue resulting from THEIR OWN error.

as a courtesy for the customer we issued full refund back to the credit card please allow 3-5 business days to post back to the credit card
customer paid $377.99. the first refund was for $291.44 on **-Mar-2015  the 2nd refund was on  **-May-2015 for the amount of $86.55. this bring it up to total refund of $377.99 $291.44+$86.55=$377.99

THEY HAD THE CELL PHONE I ORDERED SHIPPED TO THEM FROM CHINA, AND THEN THEY SEND IT PRIORITY MAIL TO ME. THEY CHARGE UPS, AND FED-EX NEXT DAY, 2ND AND 3RD DAY SHIPPING, BUT THATS NOT HOW THEY SHIP. THEY ORDER FROM CHINA TO THEM VIA EMS CHINA MAIL, THEN ONCE THEY GET IT THEY SHIP IT USPS. SO THE CELL PHONE I ORDERED FOR 3DAY FED-EX DELIVERY CAME 10 DAYS LATER AND WAS DELIVERED BY THE POST OFFICE. I HAVE SINCE SENT IT BACK TO THEM AND I AM AWAITING A FULL REFUND THAT THEY SAID THEY  WOULD GIVE TO ME . MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME BACK A TEMPARORY CREDIT, AND IF THEY DONT GET RE EMBURSED WITHIN 45 DAYS THEY WILL CHARGE IT BACK TO ME.  I WAS FIRST GIVEN A BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER AND THEN 4 DAYS LATER THEY GAVE ME THE TRACKING NUMBER LK923810289CN THAT SHOWS THE SHIPPING FROM CHINA TO THEM IN NEW YORK, THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE YOU WAS WHEN THEY SHIPPED IT TO ME VIA USPS 10 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED THE CELL PHONE FED-EX 3DAY SHIPPING . SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A FULL REFUND, BUT MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY KNOWINGLY CHARGE FOR UPS AND FED-EX, NEXT DAY , 2ND DAY, AND 3RD DAY SHIPPING AND NEVER EVEN INTEND TO SHIP THIS WAY, THEY JUST ADVERTISE IT TO MAKE MORE MONEY.

As I told them in two separate phone calls, I do not have a printer or a working computer.  All I have is an old phone with no printing capacity.   My daughter was terminally ill with [redacted], I am a homebound invalid and have no one to take care of printing a label, packaging the phone and taking to post office.As stated in my original complaint and as told to Steve by phone, due to all the complaints on the web from people never receiving their refund, or were not given the full refund and/or the refund was delayed by weeks and/or months after returning the phone, I am NOT comfortable with the transaction in ths manner.   As previously stated, I gave several methods of exchanging the phone for a cashiers check or money order but Steve never responded, nor returned my phone calls.   1)  IF THE Revdex.com WILL HANDLE:  Steve can deliver a cashiers check or money order to the Revdex.com & I will have [redacted] or [redacted] pick up and deliver the phone to Revdex.com, even though it is not worth the cost of shipping.   Revdex.com can then mail me the cashiers check/money order & Steve can pick up the phone at the Revdex.com.2) Steve can send the cashiers check or money order to an Evansville [redacted] store that is willing to handle the exchange and return the phone to him.  The G[redacted] store can verify it's the same phone he sent me.3)  Steve can send me a cashiers check or money order via COD with instructions to pick up phone before leaving the cashiers check or money order.The third party involved in all 3 transactions is a reputable business and should be acceptable. After all, I paid for a new phone weeks before I received a used & one.  At least there is a third party involved in all above transactions to avoid any fraudulent action on my end and the store is guaranteed the phone in return.
