days return policyas a courtesy to the customer we send an email on giving him RMA # so he can send back the phone for a refund the email we send the customer clearly stated "we will process full refund make sure you ship the phone back no later then 10/** and email me a tracking #" customer did not return the phoneat this point we unable to provide refund but we gladly offer exchange

The cell phone was clearly sold as a Boost Mobile,attached is how the description looked like and a screen shot of the sales page.Also it is very unprofessional to tell me one thing on the phone and now come up with something else.You clearly said on the phone that you would take it back if I would proof that Boost Mobile is not using sim card technology,which is already ridiculous.All it takes you is ONE phone call to boost mobile to find out.Never have I seen such awful customer service!*** ***

the phone was listed on shopping price compression site as a refurbished phone with days warrantydue the fact customer placed the order over days ago we asked for those records and we will get it for the archived

I bought a phone on sale on (11-22-2018) on sale for $194. I got the conformation and payment went through. 6 hours later I got an email saying that it was out of stock and my payment had been refunded and it was not going to available until december 17. So I went back on their site today and checked the phone. What do you know , its in stock, and now its $250 instead of $194. These guys didnt either made a mistake or didnt want me getting the deal so they decided to tell me it was out of stock and that they'd refund me and I could repurchase in december. But suddenly the next day its back in stock for $50 more? Hmmm... sounds about scammy to me.

Hellowe contact this customer back on February advising her to return back the phone for full refund we also provided free pre-paid return label up until today 8 month later she did not return the merchandise. please check email corresponded between us and customer. we attempted many times...

to solve it with the customer but she did not return it for refund. our offer still stands even 8 month after she received the phone we will take it back for a refund please check attachments. (please be advise label is no longer valid due the fact it was issued over 7 month ago

our website clearly indicated or return policy its also clearly indicated that the phone is intended to use in the USA. at electronicsforce.com we only selling the equipment it is customer responsibly to check with the own service provider to make sure the phone will work with they service provider our return policy clearly stated 14 days return policy  AS A COURTESY TO THE CUSTOMER HE CAN SEND THE PHONE BACK TO US ONCE WE GET IT WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND MINUS A RESTOCKING FEE please make sure to return the phone no later then 07/**/2015
