As I told them in two separate phone calls, I do not have a printer or a working computer.  All I have is an old phone with no printing capacity.   My daughter was terminally ill with [redacted], I am a homebound invalid and have no one to take care of printing a label, packaging the phone and taking to post office.As stated in my original complaint and as told to Steve by phone, due to all the complaints on the web from people never receiving their refund, or were not given the full refund and/or the refund was delayed by weeks and/or months after returning the phone, I am NOT comfortable with the transaction in ths manner.   As previously stated, I gave several methods of exchanging the phone for a cashiers check or money order but Steve never responded, nor returned my phone calls.   1)  IF THE Revdex.com WILL HANDLE:  Steve can deliver a cashiers check or money order to the Revdex.com & I will have [redacted] or [redacted] pick up and deliver the phone to Revdex.com, even though it is not worth the cost of shipping.   Revdex.com can then mail me the cashiers check/money order & Steve can pick up the phone at the Revdex.com.2) Steve can send the cashiers check or money order to an Evansville [redacted] store that is willing to handle the exchange and return the phone to him.  The G[redacted] store can verify it's the same phone he sent me.3)  Steve can send me a cashiers check or money order via COD with instructions to pick up phone before leaving the cashiers check or money order.The third party involved in all 3 transactions is a reputable business and should be acceptable. After all, I paid for a new phone weeks before I received a used & one.  At least there is a third party involved in all above transactions to avoid any fraudulent action on my end and the store is guaranteed the phone in return.

The response from the business does not make sense. I gave the needed information and I am not disputing that the phone was not fixed. My problem is that it took an extremely long time and now the face of my phone does not stay on the phone, totally negating the waterprooffing of the device. Also they have not commented on the authenticity of the product they sold me. According to Samsung, this is a counterfeit phone. I was promised manufacturer warranty that was denied because the authenticity of the phone. Finally the response is impossible to decipher because they do not use correct grammar, capitialization, or punctuation.

(1) ElectronicsForce has changed the webpage of item. Attached please find previous page. I've marked red of the confusing info, it could be easily to see that $377.99 item was presented with a 32G model. Besides, for memory part,they write "16/32G", which is surely not a clear description. (2) ElectronicsForce doesn't answer my question about different IMEI #. How can a phone with such an obvious problem can be insisted as a brand-new phone?(3) After I report their misrepresenting ad, they didn't admit their problem but changed the webpage and said I didn't read description carefully. I'm very sick and angry with their mean act.   I still insist my desired settlement: Return with full refund ($377.99) and return shipping fee (~$10), no restocking fee.

 Before sending me a return label the company decided to use software to call me from unknown and unverifiable numbers all night on the night of August *, 2017.  I have cell phone records of the calls and also email evidence showing that someone from Electronics Force was calling me "drunk."  They screamed at me and tried to intimidate me into not writing a review or filing a complaint with the Revdex.com multiple times.  This started as an issue with shipping ($20 mistake), then wrong phone ($175 mistake), then followed up the transaction by calling the customer screaming F-bombs.  This is the type of establishment that will take your money then depends on the customer service intimidation and overall frustration with the experience to make a profit.  Anyone who takes your money, sends you something you didn't pay for, then tries to NEGOTIATE your OWN MONEY is a THIEF.  These are nothing but NY thugs taking money from unsuspecting people looking for a good deal online.  I would send the phone back to them for a refund but - at this point - I am afraid to make contact with this company and anyone who works for them as they clearly give your information to people who have ill will and no accountability to the company or customers.  
I've also attached a file showing the description and confirmation of my purchase, an email after receiving the threatening "drunken" call from Electronics Force, as well as pictures of the boxing that was sent and the condition of the box - reflecting it was not NEW as described, it had been previously opened as the tape has yellowed and is dirty, the box is dirty, and also not the model I ordered.  They sent me a $200 phone "by mistake."

So from the first contact, I indicated that I will be using the phone abroad (and that is why I requested unlocked phone). If the company does not allow phones to be used outside the US, they should have indicated so, and refused to ship the phone to me. Furthermore, they have sent me a defective product, knowing that I will be leaving US. Regardless, I am back to US and would like to return back the phone to the company for refund.

As stated in the original complaint, this was the third defective phone that I received from electronicsforce.com.  Defect is described in original complaint.  I sent this phone back to the company via [redacted] and have confirmation that it was delivered 6/**/2015.  Included with the phone was a letter requesting a full refund for the phone.  The phone was purchased with my husband's credit card.  I believe his credit card company is taking action in this case.Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

website. While I was on hold I pulled up their website and all 3 Jitterbug phones shown had the same model number although all 3 Jitterbug phones were very different. I believe that this is part of their scam, that they can send any phone and say this is the phone you ordered. Unless you really look at the model number of each Jitterbug phone listed, you would not realize that the model numbers are all the same. It would not have done any good to respond to their questions, I have gone through this with them when I initially called them and all I received was hostility and verbal abuse.

any new sim card that placed inside the phone Carrier locks come with just about any cell phone you buy from a wireless operator. Even if you aren't buying the device directly from a particular operator but are buying it from a retailer, such as electronicsforce and it's for a specific carrier, then most likely it has a carrier lock on it. This is regardless of whether you buy the phone with a subsidy and a two-year contract or if you buy the device at full price.
Generally, the only devices that do not have carrier locks are ones that specifically say they are "unlocked," such as the Galaxy S6 edge brand of devices, the unlocked version of the iPhone, which is sold at the Apple store, and some developer edition devices. If you want an unlocked phone, you should research in advance whether the phone you are purchasing is available as unlocked and where you can buy it as an unlocked device. Remember: Paying full price alone doesn't guarantee that a smartphone is unlocked out of the box.

Review: PLEASE HELP! I haven't filed a complaint earlier because my daughter was diagnosd with [redacted] at the same time I ordered this phone. I HAVE NOT HAD TIME TO KEEP ON TOP OF THIS BUT I DO HAVE PLENTY OF EMAILS AS PROOF THAT I TRIED!!!

I purchased a phone on 1-**-2015 that was advertised as NEW and not-assigned to any specific provider. My email confirmation showed "[redacted] unlocked phone". I can't get service with [redacted] where I live and "unlocked" voids the warranty!! When I called to stop delivery of the "[redacted]" phone the same day, I was told the email receipt was in error and my 'real receipt' would be delivered with phone. I reaffirmed by phone that the phone was new, included a charger, a manual and a SD card. I was given postal service tracking numbers that turned out to be fake, item was late arriving & he gave me another fake tracking number! Finally received my supposedly 'new' phone in an extremely beat-up condition with no charger, no manual, no SD Card and NO receipt. Entire phone is chipped, dented, scratched, the stylus is missing, and previous owner's phone number was still ON the phone with his name, address and personal information, AND the phone does NOT work properly! It constantly locks up & crashes.

The phone was also assigned to [redacted]...but NOT unlocked per email so I could NOT even use it with another server!

When I called the phone number STILL on the phone that belonged to the previous owner, a man seemed extremely nervous and said he would call me back. The next day, the phone number was disconnected. I called [redacted] to see if the phone was stolen and [redacted] said the account was in "collection status!"

When I complained to "Mr Whatever His Real Name IS" (I have a list of names) he accused me of trying to get out of paying (he already charged my credit card!) and he called me a liar among a few other words I won't repeat.

I then demanded he reverse the charges on my credit card and he told me to return the phone. Afterthe experience with the purchase alone and being called a liar, among other names, something told me NOT to return the phone until the funds were reversed.

So I searched the web and sure enough!!! I found NUMEROUS complaints for him under [redacted], [redacted] All the same phone numbers and address he used with dozens of complaints exactly the same as mine, ie: false advertising, selling junk phones as new or refurbished, AND NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS FROM PEOPLE WHO 'NEVER' GOT THEIR MONEY REFUNDED WHEN THEY RETURNED THEIR PHONES! I'll include the links to such complaints so you can see for yourself IF there is room on this form.

At that point, he was ignoring all of my calls, messages, and email and there was NO WAY I was going to return the phone without funds in hand!

I've sent several emails since February 2015 giving him ALL the options told to me by [redacted] & even the [redacted] store. I could return the phone to him with "collect on delivery" status and he would pay before the phone would be handed to him. He could send a certified check or money order to me with instructions to pick up the phone before handing me the check or money order. He could send the funds to a [redacted] store and the exchange could be made there. There were several ways to go about this, but he has continued to ignore ALL phone calls, messages and emails.

I DO NOT TRUST HIM TO REPLACE THIS WITH ANOTHER JUNK PHONE. I SIMPLY WANT MY $147.00 BACK FOR THIS JUNKED OUT TWO CENT PHONE THAT WAS ADVERTISED AS NEW ON THE INTERNET AND SOLD ACROSS STATE LINES VIA TELEPHONE ORDER WITH FALSE ADVERTISING.

I WOULD LIKE TO WORK THIS OUT NOW RATHER THAN FILING FORMAL CHARGES WITH THE STATE OF NEW YORK, THE FCC, AND IC3.GOV.

PLEASE HELP ME! I NEED A PHONE AND WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.

This company is showing that my product was shipped on 2/**. Today is 3/*. As you can see, I paid for 2 DAY shipping, which would mean my product would arrive today through [redacted]. This company fails to give any type of tracking #s, so I called [redacted] myself, giving them my name and address. [redacted] apologized to me, but regretfully stated that my name nor my address is in their system and they have nothing being shipped to me.

I want a credit for the $29.16 that I paid for 2 Day shipping to my account...because as I have read in other complaints, they are falsely advertising fast delivery, taking peoples monies and not following through.

Where is my product? I spent OVER $600 and its just GONE?! My phone was also to be a BRAND NEW phone! It is NOT advertised as a used OR refurbished phone!

I do not like what I have found out about this company and I simply want my FULL refund of $659.15 credited to my account NOW.

I do NOT want this product OR to deal with this company. Dont even waste my time sending it from China!Desired Settlement: I do not want this product or to have to deal with this company. I want ONE refund in FULL of $659.15, the amount I paid on 2/**/15.
