Yes I scheduled a meeting with her and I didn't decline her meeting I asked if we could rescheduleI was actually wanting to speak with someone higher up because she up, I feel there is a personal issues because of her statement " You won the case last time but I can assure you will not win again, every dot and t will be crossed this time a judgment will be filed" So at this point I feel as though she will not work to see the real issue at handI have attached all money orders from the past months that I have been trying to pay but Progress keep sending my payment backPlease give me a call to further discuss. Unfortunately this is the same response I got from *** *** when I tried to explain the situationI received an email from Progress residential on January 28thasking about if I was going to renew my lease or notAs you can see no where in the email says a day notice of cancelation should be doneit even says that if they have need been notified of my decision by 2/29/my lease will be terminatedSince I knew on January 28thI was not going to extend my lease I called the number listed there for Phoenix*** an operator answer the call and after I explain to her the reason of my call she just said "hold I'll transfer you" the phone rang forever until I got a generic answer machine which is where I left my voicemailNow it is extremely easy for them to say they didn't get my voice mail, all they had to do is delete itPlease see attach email and date, I am a man of my word and I did call the same day I got that email which was on January 28thgiving them more than the days they needAs far as they doing an investigation only if I tell them who did I leave a voice mail to? Please they know who their business works and should know who the calls are being transfer to. Once again this is the reason I started this claim because they think they can just say "well it was on his lease agreement" there is no human on the other side that can be reasonable to understand what I have been trying to explain from the beginningAt this time They already put the "For Rent" sign in the front yard, but still want me to pay a fee? it is not fair for me as a tenant/ consumer to have to suffer all this when all I did was to be a great tenant paying always on time, but since they see that I paid on time they say well why don't we charge this guy some extra moneyI refuse to pay any other fees

We are actively attempting to resolve this matter with Mr***. In order to reduce the amount of rent that Mr*** would be liable for under the lease, Progress Residential will re-let the property mid-month and has already identified residents who wish to move in mid-April. In order to accomplish this, Progress Residential will need Mr*** to vacate the home on his original move-out date of 3/31. If Mr*** has not vacated the home by 3/he will be liable for daily prorated rent. Mr*** has agreed to the resolution therefore closing the case.

I made payment on July and July 22, and have asked for a receipt through their company in box with Kevin on July 20, 22, and and still do not have a receipt to print for my records. I have emailed Progress Residential multilple times and they will not respond to meI have requested multiple times to accept direct deposit, allow me to put utilities in my name, or allow a later due date (the of month versus first) Progress Residential may not be able to change Conservcie but there are other actions they can takeI have requested information from Nikko on July ND WITH NO PREPLY, AND from Kevin on July 19, 21, and with no resolution or reply to the issue

Well why couldn't they update me with the process or contact me that they were having issues? I could of verified the response that was needed and the paper work that was required was achieved, or helped contact the roommates so the paper work was completedDo they have the copy I mailed out to them? They didn't even respond to my last email I sent them asking if my roommates were also notified of the charges and if collections will be coming after themThe reviews say the company is always hard to get ahold of and while me and the roommates were living there the company that was the property owner kept changing names or a new company would take over.

I spoke to Jay from Progress Residential whom is going to return back to me regarding how and where the issue initiatedHowever, our conversation took
place earlier this week, and I have not heard back from him as to what he has found out or what will be done with the prior issue that resulted in additional fees to me, but I look forward to his call and appreciate him in resolving this matter
