We did not decided to lease another home, and we did not cancel our application, that is a lieThe company canceled our application because we did not agree with terms of the utilitiesAnother lie is that we did not sign any agreement finalize rental agreement, we will be taking this company to small claims court very soon

We have reviewed this case again and, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the Notice charge. As previously documented, the signed lease agreement states that written notice is required days in advance and that was not provided. We are required to adhere strictly to the terms of all our contracts. We're sorry that you're not satisfied with this decision and we wish there was more we could do. Thank you

portal and a late fee was issuedUnder these terms, the late fee issued to her account cannot be reversedPer the terms of the Lease, all rent payments must be made in full by the appropriate due date.

After a thorough review our online system, we cannot find any proof that the disputed $was ever exchanged between Ms*** and Progress ResidentialWe apologize if Ms*** felt misled or that there was poor communication with our teamHowever, unless a bank statement is provided to support
this claim, we consider this matter to be closed.

We do apologize for the inconvenience and will be sure that an $credit for June is added to your accountWe also encourage you to call the provided number and schedule future services to be sure there isn't another disruption in service.

Thank you for your responseAfter further review, we can confirm that notice to vacate was given on Septbut not entered until SeptAs such, we will be giving a credit a $to Mr*** on his ledgerThe remaining charges will stand as this still was not a full days notice. Additionally, Mr*** received move out instructions that state all nail holes must be patched prior to move outAs the photos show, these holes were not patchedPer the letter, any nail holes will be painted at the renters expenseMr*** received, signed and returned this form to our officeThese charges will stand as well.

The business’s response was nothing more than the emails Ive already received from them, again no communication for the company to have a human conversation with hopes to come to a resolutionAgain also taking no responsibility on their error of giving me incorrect information to set up utilities upon move in.*** ***

I did not have days notice myself to giveThe policy is excessive and should be changed

They have no photos when I moved in to prove there was a light fixture There WAS NOT! Also, no photos to show there were no holes in the wall which THERE WAS! All the pictures taken were at the move out inspection AFTER I left the property! What happened to wear and tear? Why should I have to pay for all new paint and a light fixture that was never there? Look at their website at other complaints! You will see they are known for keeping money and overcharging

They were not corrected in September I was promised a credit back for this and were now in December and it is still showing I owe No one ever contacts me back from either office the local south Florida and the corporate officeI don't think it is fair to treat your residents like thisWe have paid on time every month since we have lived hereto recieve a day letter posted on our door due to your companies mistake and it still not being resolved is ridiculous.
