The original air conditioning outage was reported in JulyIt took multiple aattempts and visits from the air conditioning company and their delay in getting the air conditioning fixed was because progress residential would not approve the order nor would they call us backWe had no air conditioning for a total of days from the original report until the evening of 8/25/The 8/fix was still from 8/requestProgress residential offered $consession but but they collected $in rent for those days ($rent%days=40.35/day)Their offer is barely a third of what we paid for comfort yet had to make accommodations to begin our move earlier and spend some very hot nights at a hotel due to the extreme conditions and I am months pregnant and could not stay in a home with over degree temperaturesTheir offer is pitiful and doesn't begin to cover our losses from accommodations, food, time, etcPlus they have made no efforts to follow up with us and confirm the issue is indeed correctedTerrible service from beginning to end and we never chose to rent from them, they took over from another company.

We did receive the paperwork from Ms [redacted] , but her roommates failed to submit their portion of the paperwork to complete the processOn February 13, 2015, our Leasing team made one final attempt to acquire this paperwork by calling and leaving a voicemailThis call went unreturnedWe cannot comment on the current state of collections with other individuals?

On Thursday, July 14, [redacted] (resident) contacted the Progress Residential Dallas office with a notification that her A/C unit appeared to be malfunctioningAn HVAC vendor was assigned the case that same day and scheduled an appointment with the resident for Friday, July After the appointment, Progress Residential was informed by the vendor the unit was repairedOn Monday, July 18, the resident’s daughter (***) called the Progress Residential office with notice that the unit was not coolingThe Progress Residential team immediately approved additional repairs and a time was scheduled for with the resident to make the repairsThe resident was offered cooling units to be placed in the home but she declinedThe following day the repairs were made and Progress Residential was informed that the A/C unit was fixed.While we apologize that Ms [redacted] feels there was a lack of communication, the Progress Residential team followed up with both the resident and her daughter (***) each step of the way to fix the issue in a short time frameAdditionally, the resident was given a $concession to their account as a courtesy for the problem with the electric billProgress Residential considers this matter to be closed

We regret that Ms [redacted] was not satisfied with her experience while renting a Progress Residential home. We conducted an internal review to determine why Ms***s experience was not consistent with Progress Residential’s high standards. During this review, we interviewed our leasing team and thoroughly examined all communications between the Progress Team and Ms [redacted] Our assessment is as follows: Timeline of events: We show the reimbursement check was sent out to Ms [redacted] on 1/8/2016. USPS attempted to deliver the check multiple times unsuccessfully, the last delivery date was 1/19/2016. A notice was left by USPS at that time as no authorized recipient was available to take the delivery and requesting re-delivery. If the item was unclaimed by 2/3/2016, USPS would return to senderUnfortunately the only address we had at that time was the address listed in California. Progress Residential has since put a stop payment on the check and reissued on 2/9/2016. The check will be resent to Ms [redacted] at that address listed in this complaint. Progress Residential will also reach out to Ms[redacted] to determine who she spoke to regarding the status of this check as outlined in her complaintWe regret that Ms***’s experience was not viewed as the red carpet experience that Progress is known for. Based upon our investigation, the check has been stopped, reissued, and sent over night to the resident at the address requested. We do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. We would appreciate Ms [redacted] removing her complaint due to the findings of this investigation and all charges being reimbursed

I have sent in a dispute to PRThey have gave partial credit for carpet cleaning Which should of been provided in full I provided them with receipt from [redacted] the clearly shows the carpet was professionally cleaned. I also attached a copy of the original move in inspection that was completed during initial move inI was not provided a move out inspection that supports the deductions taken on 10/18/I clearly attended with their inspector on 10/18/where their inspector authorized me to leave with out providing me with any paperwork documenting these fraudulent reductions. I did not sign off on any reductions I was not aware of any reductions by the inspectorShe clearly stated to me that they house was in perfect condition and a full refund would be disbursedI ask for a statement in writing and she stated it was not needed.. Also I attached a copy of a Lowes receipt that shows I purchased a gallon bucket of paint and supplies and completed the touchup painting throughout the homethe picture I attached of the walls and carpet was showing the carpet before its finally cleaning and condition of the walls throughout the home. I have still not be given a detail breakdown of how the final utilities were processed. there no way I used in utilites in a month time frame on the utilities

We are not able to comment on this as this is currently pending legal action

the protection of their best interests and those of Progress Residential Per Progress Residential policy and procedures, refunds for denied applications where the prospective resident made payment by check require business days before a refund can be submitted. This is done to ensure the payment made by the prospective resident clears the bank before a refund is completed Timeline of Events: Ms***’s application was denied on 2/25/2016. As of 3/7/the check has been created and is being sent out to Ms*** via overnight delivery. We regret that Ms***’s experience was not viewed as the red carpet experience that Progress is known for. Based upon our investigation, the refund check has been issued within the business day time frame. We would appreciate Ms*** removing her complaint due to the findings of this investigation and deposit being reimbursed

As far as I am concerned, this is not even close to being resolvedI have not gotten a call from anyone in management as requested when filing the complaintI did speak to someone however by my own efforts to discuss rent payment and late feesI am looking for a call to directly discuss my complaint with the Revdex.com and my dissatisfaction with the service I have received as a renter
