notice was mistakenly sent via a third party. The customer does not owe us any fees for products and we can assure the customer that this will not show on their credit. [redacted] placed his order on 1/13/14 through a representative. This is  when he paid the initial $1.99 and this began his 14 day trial period to sample from his initial 30 day supply, and the representative also extended his trial to account for shipping time. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during his allotted trial period, Mr. [redacted] was automatically billed for his 30 day supply on 2/4/14 as was explained by the representative..  Mr. [redacted] contacted our company on 2/5/14 with a request for cancellation. His account was canceled as instructed and he was sent a confirmation email confirming his cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded one charge of $47.33 on that same day, the full charge applied on 2/4/14. Mr. [redacted] was refunded in full for the requested charge by our company. Please contact Ripped Muscle X separately.

I have received two credits to my credit card account as described in the Revdex.com:business's response. While I do not agree that I signed up to have monthly orders shipped to me, I accept the credits and consider the complaint resolved. Thank you for your help with this matter.

The consumer contacted Elite Test 360 on 6/4/15 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. At this time, we have refunded the shipping cost the consumer originally paid, as a courtesy. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to process.

They were again billed on 12/9/15 and 1/8/16 for their next 30 day supply. The consumer contacted Elite Test 360 on 1/29/16 to inquire about the charges on his account. The customer service agent provided the terms and conditions to the customer with the billing information he agreed to when placing the order. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. The customer replied to that email demanding refunds for the last two charges on the account. Based on the nature of the email, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $178.00 (The January and December charges) that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. We stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. His account was canceled as instructed and he was sent a confirmation email confirming his cancellation. There was no request for a refund in the call when the representative was explaining the terms to the customer. As we are invested in full customer service, we have refunded Mr. [redacted]'s account in the amount of $175.26 for the two charges applied on 02/14/14 as requested. Although, Mr. [redacted] ordered our product from the website, he has been refunded fully in the amount of $175.26.

If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after 14 days from the date of order, they are automatically billed for the product and then billed and shipped a new 30 day supply every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at any time by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on www.elitetest360.com, the product, the pamphlet that arrives with their order, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on www.elitetest360.com where the customer would have ordered the product. The customer also has to click “I agree to the terms and conditions” twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not click the box to agree with the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website, at the bottom of the first page, and also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their billing information, as well as sent out with the product. The customer placed the order on 10/13/15. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 10/28/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The customer was also billed on 11/27/15 and 12/27/15 for the next shipments. The consumer contacted Elite Test 360 on 1/15/16 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $22.25 (25%) that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. We have refunded the remainder of the amount, $66.75, due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. I ordered Elite Test 360. The day after I ordered I was laid off from a part-time job. I knew that I couldn't afford to spend the money monthly so I called and emailed them to cancel my purchase. I never got anyone on the phone but they did respond to my emails within 24 hours.
The order had already been shipped but they immediately cancelled my subscription and told me to simply return the product and they wouldn't bill my card again.
I returned the product as instructed and received an email confirming that I will not be billed again and they will not ship any additional product.
I can't tell you if the product works or not because I really didn't get to try it.
I can tell you that their customer service department was very responsive and helpful.
