On October 2, 2014 I ordered Elite 360 and [redacted],
both dietary supplement products. The issue I am having is that on 10/20/14 I called and asked
to have a refund, which they denied because I had passed the 14 day trial which began on
10/02/2014 my...

initial order date and my trial ended on 10/15/2014. Yet I did
not receive my SAMPLE until
10/09/2014. So technically they expect me, to use my 14 day supply by 10/15/10. That only gives me 6 days to try out this 14 day
supply. I find it unfair that I do not have enough time to try the sample that
is supposed to last me 14 days and
I am ultimately forced to either increase my consumption, which is risky
because I do not know how my body will handle a new product or, keep on buying
it to see how it works for me. I believe I am entitled to a refund because I
have only had the product for 11 days.  I
would find it understandable to say you have a 14 day trial if I physically got
it the day I wanted it, for example if I bought it at a store like [redacted]. I would
like the company to be aware of the contradicting situation that are putting
consumers in because on their website they advertise 14 DAY TRIAL yet you do
not have 14 days to actually try it. If they are going to do that they should
decrease the sample size to 5 days to compensate for shipping time. I hope that
the Revdex.com can reveal the issue to them and help me get my full refund of $[redacted] Ripped Muscle X has already refunded me $[redacted] for their supplement and the remaining $[redacted] are from Elite 360.

The consumer placed the order on 1/10/15. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, we attempted to bill the consumer on 1/25/15, however the charge declined. The consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 1/28/15 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company on 2/2/15 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. 
Based on the nature of this complaint, we have refunded the charge of $89.00. The consumer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during his allotted trial period, [redacted] was automatically billed for his 30 day supply on 1/29/14 as explained to him in the terms and conditions for which he agreed to. [redacted] contacted our company on 1/31/14 with a request for cancellation. His account was canceled as instructed and he was sent a confirmation email confirming his cancellation. We have refunded [redacted]'s account in the amount of $89.00 for the full charge applied on 1/29/14 as we value customer satisfaction. Although, [redacted] ordered our product, he has been refunded fully in the amount of $89.00.

The consumer has yet to contact Elite Test 360 with a request for cancellation. 
The account has been cancelled immediately as instructed by the customer and they have been sent a cancellation confirmation via email. We have refunded the requested of the amount, $178.00, due to this complaint. However, we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. A second shipment of Elite Test 360 processed on 12/15/14 at the retail price of $89.00. The consumer contacted our company on 12/30/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. The customer confirmed the cancellation and received an e-mail confirmation as well. As we are fully invested in customer service, we will issue a full refund of $89.00 from 12/15/14 for the second charge applied to the consumer. This refund will process in three to seven business days to credit back.

[redacted] placed his order on 06/28/13. This is when he paid the initial $4.95 and this began his 14 day trial period to sample from his initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during his allotted trial period, [redacted] was automatically billed for his 30 day supply on 07/13/13 as explained to him in the terms and conditions for which he agreed to. His second bottle was automatically shipped and billed out to him 30 days later on 08/12/13.  [redacted] contacted our company on 08/16/13 with a request for cancellation. His account was canceled as instructed and he was sent a confirmation email confirming his cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded one charge of $44.00 on that same day as he described to keep the second bottle of the charge applied on 08/12/13. We have also refunded [redacted]'s account in the amount of $89.00 for the full charge applied on 07/13/13, and the remaining balance of $45.00 on 03/06/13 when he called back in to customer service as a courtesy. On his account, he had disputed the charge with his bank, and if his bank verified it was authorized, the charge would be reapplied back to him. We have fully refunded him, he may check his statements and all of the charges would cancel each other out. He was sent an e-mail confirmation to verify these last refunds applied on 03/06/13. These refunds do take three to seven business days as he was explained in the phone call. Although, [redacted] ordered our product, he has been refunded fully in the amount of $178.00.

This is the first attempt we have received from the consumer that they are dissatisfied with the item or requesting a credit. [redacted] contacted our company on 3/5/14 with a request for cancellation. His account was canceled as instructed and he was sent a confirmation email confirming his cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded one charge of $89.00 on that same day, the full charge applied on 2/27/14. We issued the refund as there was a delay in shipment, and made an exception for [redacted]. We have also refunded [redacted]' account in the amount of $4.95 for the full charge applied for shipping and handling as we value customer satisfaction.
 
In regards to any other fee billed by his bank, [redacted] would need to contact his financial institution. Although, [redacted] ordered our product, he has been refunded fully in the amount of $93.95. 
 
We attempted to contact the customer regarding the fees recurred by the bank, as we did not directly charge the customer these fees, we cannot issue the refund. We left a detailed message regarding a compromise in directly notifying his bank of the refunds and cancellations requested by customer.

The customer placed the order on 11/06/15. This is when they paid the initial $1.99 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since...

there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 11/28/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer never contacted Elite Test 360 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately after receiving a dispute notification from their respective financial institution. We have refunded the remainder of the amount, $47.33, due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. He initially contacted our company as of 4/1/14 and requested an extension. He was provided with a cancellation date of 4/14/14. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during his allotted trial period, [redacted] [redacted] was automatically billed for his 30 day supply on 4/15/14 as explained to him in the terms and conditions for which he agreed to and the representative which he spoke to. [redacted] [redacted] contacted our company on 4/15/14 with a request for cancellation. His account was canceled as instructed and he was sent a confirmation email confirming his cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded 25% of the charge, $22.25 as Mr. [redacted] was made aware of the date to cancel and had not contacted us by that date. We have also refunded [redacted] [redacted] account in the amount of $66.75 for the remainder of the charge applied on 4/15/14 as we value customer satisfaction. Although, Mr. [redacted] ordered our product, he has been refunded fully in the amount of $89.00.

The consumer contacted our company on 11/06/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. As the customer is verifying, he was asking to return an opened item outside of the trial period. We verified this and closed the account.
 
However, as we are fully invested in customer service, we will issue the full refund of $89.00. This refund may take three to seven business days to process back.
