Review: I ordered a free sample of a supplement and afterwards I checked my account to see that they've charged me $89.00. I called once I saw the charge and informed them that I haven't opened the supplements nor the mail it came in then tried getting a refund in which they denied. I'm not interested in keeping the product so if you could help me get my money back I'd gladly sent them their product back in the same condition it was sent. Review: Company offered a nutritional supplement in advertising on [redacted]. Two supplements were offered for a free trial price of $4.95 for shipping and handling each. I tried one supplement which made me ill. I threw away both bottles. Two weeks later, my credit card was billed for amounts of $89.00 and $87.63. I called the number of the company and I was told that since more than 14 days had elapsed, I would have to pay the full price for a 30 day trial as noted above. The details of the offer were not revealed to me at time of purchase. I was offered a total of $106.08 as a refund. They alleged that I would have to pay the balance. I am awaiting the refund which may or may not appear. The advertising did not disclose the nature of the rip off.Desired Settlement: I want a total of $176.63 refunded. This is the additional amount billed to my credit card.

Mr. [redacted] placed his order on 9/06/13. This is when he paid the initial $4.95 and this began his 14 day trial period to sample from his initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during his allotted trial period, Mr. [redacted] was automatically billed for his 30 day supply on 9/21/13 as explained to him in the terms and conditions for which he agreed to. Mr. [redacted], contacted our company on 9/23/13 with a request for cancellation. His account was canceled as instructed and he was sent a confirmation email confirming his cancellation. Based on the nature of the call he was refunded 60% of each charge, totaling $105.98, as the customer verified he had thrown the products away. As per the terms and conditions he is required to return the product for the full refund. The customer verified he could not return them, and therefore he accepted the 60% refund on the day of the call. Since we value customer service, we have refunded the remaining $70.55. This will credit back to the customer's account within the next 3-7 business days.

Review: I purchased a product for them for $4.95. A few weeks later, they processed a charge of $89.00 to my credit card. I was never informed of the charges that were going to be charged and when I contacted my credit card company, they stated I needed to resolve the issue with the company but the company refuses to discuss anything with me and state that the credit card company must discuss my account with them. They waited past the 30 day return policy to contact my creditcard and refuse to accept return of the product.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the $89.00. I am even willing to ship the product back to them as it is unused.

The consumer made no initial contact to our company, but instead disputed the charge with his credit card company. We received the original dispute notification on 12/29/14. This effectively cancelled the account before it recurred for the next monthly membership. The entire dispute was processed and responded to on 01/09/15. The consumer contacted Elite Test 360 on 01/22/15 with a request for a refund via email. We notified the consumer the charge had been disputed and was frozen due to the investigation by his bank. We provided the terms and conditions to his financial institution and they made a final determination that the charge was approved. We have issued a check of $89.00 due to this complaint. The check has been mailed to the consumer with a separate notice by two-day mail. However we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. They state that it is a free 2 week trial with a 30 day supply and I should have sent back the product within that 2 weeks. However then I would not have my free trial. Review: I signed up for a trial sample of pills for $4.95, I was expecting the pills within 10 days and if I like the pills I could continue with my subscription or call and cancel after receiving the pills, I didn't not receive the pills and called to inform them of this. Soon after I noticed a charge on my credit card for 89 dollars I called to inform them that I hadn't received the trial pills and was told the fee for subscription would not come out of my account because I had not received the trial pills and I was informed this was not their problem to talk to my post office about this. I have called my post office and they have no record of pills being mailed to me. I called back and informed them of this and still they will not refund my money. Based on the nature of this complaint, we have refunded the charge of $89.00. The consumer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

Review: My issue with this company stems from false advertising regarding the outcome of said product, as well as the terms of conditions with their trial period. The product was listed as a 14 day trial, which is also stated in my only email. When speaking to their representative over the phone I was informed it needed to be cancelled by day 10 They also offered the product for 50% off, or 3 bottles for $96 over the phone. Mind you I was charged $89 for one bottle. I found that offer to not only be disrespectful to me as a consumer but also very devious in how they make their money. With no communication on consumers next bill, it's easy to see someone incurring a very large bill. Even after the trial is over, there should be at least some sort of communication made with customer regarding next date of billing. With that said, I received no information in the box on how to cancel, and only after seeing my charge on my CC statement caused me to realize my mistake with not cancelling in time.

The company is fraudulent. I have the link saved which turned me on to the product and now I have realized it authenticity is false.Desired Settlement: They have to change their way of advertising, clarity in their trial period, and how they communicate with their consumers.

Review: I got a notice from a collection agency on behalf of Elitetest 360 for $98 after Elitetest refunded my money many months back. This is fraud to me.Desired Settlement: If they've done any damage to my credit report, I want that taken care of. Review: This Business of is more about making a buck than about your health... I thought I was only getting a ten day supply???

I should of though something was up, however I was glad to get the product and start using it immediately... Only after receiving a charge of $89.00, did I called... They were disappointed that something went wrong with my [redacted] and weren't able to charge my account again???? customer service offered me a half price deal on continuing the use of their product... I told him no =, that I wasn't satisfied with this product and wanted a full refund, he said no and offered 25%... that stinks the other company they work with is Ultimate Muscle Black did the same thing at least they offered 50% back. LOL!!!

Now the 10 days starts when you click the button??? Not when I receive the product, So that is less than ten day to try the product... Company has said it's within the guild lines with [redacted] and [redacted]. If I were [redacted] or [redacted] I would band them from use...

I ordered Elite Test 360. The day after I ordered I was laid off from a part-time job. I knew that I couldn't afford to spend the money monthly so I called and emailed them to cancel my purchase. I never got anyone on the phone but they did respond to my emails within 24 hours.

The order had already been shipped but they immediately cancelled my subscription and told me to simply return the product and they wouldn't bill my card again.

I returned the product as instructed and received an email confirming that I will not be billed again and they will not ship any additional product.

I can't tell you if the product works or not because I really didn't get to try it.

I can tell you that their customer service department was very responsive and helpful.

Review: I ordered this product after seeing it very clear graphics that said "Claim Your Free Bottle" and I paid for the shipping and handling. Unfortunately, I come to find out that this bottle was not free and that I needed to cancel it in order to not get charged $89 an exorbitant amount for this item. Review: at no time did I read in the initial documentation provided to me that this company would continue to charge me for Elite Test 360 more than once. When I called and spoke to them they said they would cancel my account but would not refund any money to me or accept any returns of unopened product. they purposefully use very small writing on the back of an advertisement brochure not a billing receipt to advise there will be recurring charges. As we are fully invested in customer service, we will issue a full refund of $89.00 from 12/15/14 for the second charge applied to the consumer. This refund will process in three to seven business days to credit back.

Review: I signed up for a "free trial" for some dietary supplements called Elite Test 360. It was clearly stated in large letters on the advertisement that I would only pay $4.95 for shipping. In smaller letters (on the website) it mentioned further charges and that I would have to cancel a membership (that I did not even know I was signing up for).

After I noticed a charge for $89.00 to my debit card, I called the company to ask for a refund. They only agreed to refund half of the money because it was a 14 day trial. This is unacceptable.

First, they didn't send me 14 days worth of supplements. They sent me 30 days of supplements. The reason they gave me for not being able to refund my money in full was because the bottle was open. That's a trap in and of itself. Secondly, when "only pay shipping" (in this case $4.95) is advertised, I expect to only pay shipping, not to sign up for an ongoing service. Not to mention that when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they did nothing but send me to a voicemail. Does this mean that they are operating with no supervision?

I am not at all questioning the legality of the issue or of the companies practices. I am however, maintaining that what they did by charging me in this manor was deceptive and unethical. This is wrong and should not go ignored.Desired Settlement: I don't want to shut the business down, nor do I even want to tarnish anybody's reputation. I just want my money back. They took it. They can give it back. I don't even need an apology. I just want my $89.00 back.

Review: I ordered a free trial of two supplements, "elite test 360" and "Ripped Muscle X" from this company and paid $4.95 shipping for each, as explained on their web site. When they arrived, there was a card in each package stating that after 14 days, my credit card would be charged $89.00 for the one bottle and $87.63 for the other (this was not made clear on the web site). I decided right then to call and cancel before the 14 day free trial ended. A couple days later I was doing a weekly check of my accounts to make sure everything was in order and discovered to my horror that they had charged my checking account the 8.009 and 87.63 amounts on the day after the package arrived and as a result of those unexpected and unauthorized charges, I had incurred 3 overdraft charges to my checking account that would not have happened without those unauthorized charges! I called and pointed out that I had not received the 14 day free trial as promised and the representative checked and said that they had had an error in their system that had caused some customers to be charged early. He refunded the amounts of the unauthorized charges and promised that there would be no further charges if I returned the samples, which I did, but when I asked him to also reimburse the overdraft fees that their unauthorized charges had caused me, he just said "That's not our problem and I can't do that" even though it was their fault and he admitted that it was their fault.Desired Settlement: They did refund the unauthorized charges, but left me holding the bag for shipping both ways, four foreign transaction fees, and three overdraft charges from my bank which I incurred as a direct result of the unauthorized charges. I asked them to cover at least the overdraft charges and the man I spoke with just said it wasn't his problem. The total of all these comes to $104.77.

It is that amount that I would like to have reimbursed.

After several attempts to contact support by phone (available Mon.-Fri 8-4 pacific st. time) I left a message cancelling my order and any future claims they may have. I sent the product unopened back to this address via priority mail. They should receive it on Friday, I also sent a letter of notice to cancel.
