Review: I found Elite Test 360 via the internet and thought about trying their product. I began to sign up (gave my personal information) but after entering personal information, I realized that their model was a recurring billing model. I decided not to get a trial product because I did not want a recurring bill.

A week or so later, one of their agents called me on the phone - he offered me the trial and said that because he was calling on the phone there would *not* be a recurring bill. He said that one of their agents would contact me in 2-3 weeks to see if I liked the product and then would sign me up if I did (basically touting how sure he was that I would be impressed with the results).

The company then signed me up to a recurring product.

I found this out by seeing the amount on my Visa statement. I tried on two separate occasions to contact the company but waited on hold for so long that I had to abandon the call. So, I contacted my bank to dispute the charges that I had not authorized.

Elitetest 360 responded to my claim with a number of false claims. First, they said that this was an internet transaction - it was not, it was a phone transaction. They said that I agreed on the internet to their terms and conditions, which of course I did not since there was no internet transaction. Then, they provided an IP address that the transaction was made from which came from COX in San Diego, CA. I am in Meridian, ID. (Not a coincidence that it is from San Diego where the company is from - since they took the order from the phone and processed it on their internet service).

In the end, the company's representative lied to me about the recurring billing, and the company lied to my bank about the transaction and the details of the transaction. While the charge is only a little over $40, I suspect that their normal business operations are intentionally deceitful or unintentionally incompetent. Either way, it is not good for consumers.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund me and I would like the company to look through their call center records to find the agent that called me to take my order. This agent needs to be re-trained so that he does not make false promises and that he is up front about recurring billing. He *assured* me on three separate occasions during the call that I would not be charged again unless I authorized it (when one of their agents contacted me to see how satisfied I was with the product).

I suspect the agents work on commission, but that is no excuse for making false claims.

The customer placed the order on 11/06/15. This is when they paid the initial $1.99 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 11/28/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer never contacted Elite Test 360 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately after receiving a dispute notification from their respective financial institution. We have refunded the remainder of the amount, $47.33, due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. Please refer to our website, www.elitetest360.com or www.elitetest360.com/main/index.php. Below is a brief explanation of our terms and conditions:Terms and ConditionsYou will have 14 days from the original order date to decide if Elite Test 360 is right for you. We ship the product the day after you place the order (orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 14 days, you must call us at 1-877-433-2774 and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing and we will bill you $89.00 for your initial order, and every 30 days thereafter we will send you a new 30 day supply of the product for $89.00. To cancel automatic delivery and billing, please call us at 1-877-433-2774 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm PST) or email us at [email protected]. Review: I purchased the Elite Test 360 on 8/19/15 for the introductory price of $4.95. I received the products, then I got charged $89.00 on 9/02/15. I called the company to cancel receiving these pills, and then received another shipment within a month and got charged for that on 10/02/15. I mailed this latest shipment back and paid for a signature receipt card to be returned to me through the USPS. I sent that on 10/07/15 and have not received the signature receipt card from them yet. I am filing a complaint because I feel this is not good customer service and I want the charge of $89.00 that was done on 10/02/15 to be credited back to my account. I cannot get ahold of these people by calling so, I am turning to the Revdex.com to please help with this issue. Thank you!

REC[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to receive at LEAST a refund for the 10/02/15 charge of $89.00 because I had called and told the company I wanted to cancel prior to this date.

I also did not see the results that the company claimed would happen by taking these pills, and am unsatisfied in that regard and would like to be refunded the charge of $89.00 that occurred on 9/02/15.

At Elite Test 360, every customer is given the option to try their first 30 day supply without charge for 10 days after receiving their order. During the 10 days, if the customer is not satisfied with their product, they are to contact customer service via phone or email with a notice of cancellation and the product must be postmarked for return within those 10 days. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after 10 days from the date of delivery, they are automatically billed for the product and then billed and shipped a new 30 day supply every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at any time by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on www.elitetest360.com, the product, the pamphlet that arrives with their order, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on www.elitetest360.com where the customer would have ordered the product. The customer also has to click “I agree to the terms and conditions” twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not click the box to agree with the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website, at the bottom of the first page, and also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their billing information, as well as sent out with the product. The customer placed the order on 8/17/2015. This is when they paid the initial $3.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 9/01/2015 and again on 10/01/2015 for another monthly bottle as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer has yet to contact Elite Test 360 with a request for cancellation.

Review: I responded to an ad about a free 14 day trial for Ripped Muscle X and Elite Test 360. I received a phone call later that day regarding a problem with the credit card and that they'll ship both bottles to me. I was under the assumption that they're both the same company with two different products. When I went to cancel, I emailed Ripped Muscle X and requested to cancel both products. About a month later, Elite Test 360 charged me 89.00 from my account. In response, I emailed Elite Test 360 and called them to cancel and refund my $89 back. They refuse to refund me my money back. I'm very un happy about this! Who would pay $89 for a bottle of muscle supplements?!Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $89

Review: I was told on the phone by their representatives that as long as I called before 14 day trial was up I would incure no other charges. I received a confirmation of cancellation by email and then they went ahead and charged me $47.33 and $87.63 on the same day.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and to be taken off their marketing lists.

After the 14 day trial period, if the customer is unsatisfied with their product, they are to return the remainder postmarked for return within their 14 day trial period and also contact customer service to notify a request for cancellation. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after the 14 days, they are automatically billed for their product on the 15th day and then automatically shipped and billed a product every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at anytime by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. The consumer placed the order on 07/16/14. This is when they paid the initial $1.99 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 08/07/14 for the discounted retail for $47.33 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company on 08/28/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the charge of $47.33 on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund usually takes three to seven business days to credit back.
