Review: When ordering Ultimate Muscle Black Edition trial offer. We were also sent Elite 360 without request.

We were charged $4.95 for the trial pack and then $89.00 per month for bottled supplements. We cancelled the Ultimate Muscle Black Edition in November not knowing that "Ultimate Muscle Black Edition" and "Elite 360" were 2 different companies since they were sent at the same time and also on the credit card statement the charge displays "Ultimate Muscle".

This is deceptive advertising.

When addressing this with the company they refuse to issue a refund and send you the agreement details that were not clear on the website when filling out a form for a trial of their product.. If they had made these more clear on the website then they would not have to deal with upset customers.Desired Settlement: Since we called in November to cancel the subscription I expect to be reimbursed for a minimum of 2 months that they have been charging us.

I feel as though they should issue a full refund for their deceptive practices.

Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 11/9/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. They were again billed on 12/9/15 and 1/8/16 for their next 30 day supply. The consumer contacted Elite Test 360 on 1/29/16 to inquire about the charges on his account. The customer service agent provided the terms and conditions to the customer with the billing information he agreed to when placing the order. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. The customer replied to that email demanding refunds for the last two charges on the account. Based on the nature of the email, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $178.00 (The January and December charges) that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. The consumer contacted our company on 12/01/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the partial credit of $[redacted] on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.As we are fully invested in customer service, we have issued the remaining amount of $[redacted], for a total credit of $[redacted]. We actually recommend using for two to three months for the best results. The bottles come with 60 capsules for the trial period, and the consumer is allowed a trial period to decide if they wish to continue or cancel within that time period. However, we do not offer results within the trial. The trial is specifically for consumers to decide if they wish to continue. If they choose to cancel, they are simply required to return the remainder as we get a credit back from the manufacturer. The product is not reused, or recycled to other customers under any circumstances.

Review: On my facebook page I found a website offering Elite Test 360 (Dietary Supplement)I enter my email address with phone number someone call me like 10 times offering me 2 bottles free and that I will only pay shipping of $ 1.99 I did 15 days later I check my account and I have a charge of $ 47.33 two times one for each bottle I call costumer service and the person that answer the phone was so unprofessional they never told me about being charge after 15 days the full price for each bottle $47.33 not just that this product don't work and it make you feel tired for some reason.Please beware because they also have the some product with different names.Desired Settlement: I just want people to be careful because they never explain what the deal is.

Review: Their so called 14 day trial period is a scam. They should disclosed clearly at the very front of the ads. One would think the 14 day trial period is for when you start taking the diet supplement which is not. The 14 day trial period actually starts from the day you ordered which has got nothing to do with effectiveness of the supplement of which you were lead to believe to start with (14 days), that is why you placed the order, that you will see results in less than 14 days when you take it but actually you will not see any of it other than the bill they will collect in your card because you passed the 14 day trial period which took 8 to 9 days to received after placing the order.Desired Settlement: That they 14 day trial period will clearly states purely of subscription and not the effectiveness of the diet supplement.

I do completely accept that I have been refunded of the full amount that was charged to my credit card after a few hard argument with the customer representative, and in turn have returned the unused portion of the product (diet supplement). But I do not agree that no changes will be made on their marketing material especially on the guaranty portion of their add which completely blindsided a customer to the fact that their guaranty does not apply to the effectivity of the product but in reality only applies to the period to which the product was ordered and this not to include the delivery dates, which takes at least 8 days to received it after placing the order. Isn't that a clear diversion of your intent to sell the product e-regardless of the effectivity of such product by diverting the intent of your warranty from the actual period of ordering the product, which is what the guaranty is for, rather than to the actual usage or consumption of such product.? The way as it stand right now, when you opened up the link wherever you have seen it, it will lead you to believed right there and then that the product is effective within the 14 days of usage/ consumption and if not, you can return it with a full money refunded to you no questions asked. There is no part in the presentation whatsoever that would clearly state that the guaranty is for when you place the order and not when you use the product. The only time you can find out of this is that, if and only if you read the fine prints, which is says 14 days from when you place the order and not the effectivity of the product/pills (14 days ) that you can return and get your money back, by which when that time comes, it is 7 to 8 days late and so you are out of $89.99.

Review: My grandson [redacted] age 16, who resides with me, answered an advertisement on the internet to receive a trial sample of EliteTest360 supplements for shipping costs of $4.95. The web site in the small print states that you agree to be billed $89.00 if you do not return the product within 10 days of receipt of the product. I received the product and upon reading the fine print discovered that his debit card had been charged $89.00 so I called the company several times only to be put in a hold que every time I called. So I emailed the company and I finally did receive a call and was greeted by a very rude person and when I tried to explain that my grandson did order the samples but he was 16 years old and legally unable to enter into any contract and I would like to return the unopened product for a full refund of the $89.00 that was charged to his debit card. I was told that being 16 years old did not matter and he did order the product and did not cancel within the allotted time frame.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to issue a $89.00 refund to my grandson's bank account [redacted] Moore County Bank Lynchburg, TN and we will be happy to return the unopened product. Review: I have called Elite360 to cancel an auto-renew/refill of there product which was never disclosed in advertisements, they never returned the call and continued to charge my credit card ($89). I have called twice within there hours of operation and I'm prompted to leave a message. Review: A facebook ad for this product stated "Free Samples." When I clicked on the link, it has you enter all your information, then states "You're almost done! Just pay for shipping" stating that the only charges will be for shipping and handling. 2 days after receiving the product I was charged 89.00. I called several times with no response, the call was on hold until the line finally went dead. I finally emailed them about it, and they stated that the "Free trial" was only free if you cancelled 14 days after you ordered it. My complaints are as follows: First, this is obviously unbelievably misleading. There is no mention of what most would consider a huge detail (except in tiny print on the bottom of the page), about being charged such a large price so soon for what is advertised as a "Free trial". There was also no regard to the fact that even though I sent the completely unopened product back after 17 days instead of 14, they would not honor a refund. Secondly, if I am told because I didn't see the fine print on the bottom of the page I am to be charged 89.00 for it, I would like to point out that I above and beyond the misleading advertisement regarding the price, I did not have the product for the full 14 day trial I was lead to believe I was going to have to try this product out either. Its not a "Free 14 day trial" if you have to pay 89.00 for it 2 days after you receive it because you didn't call and cancel.Desired Settlement: I would simply like the 89.00 refunded to my credit card. Review: I saw an advertisement for some supplements online where you only paid S/H. I went through the checkout and just checked my bank account and I was charged again by them for almost $90. Went back to their website and looked up the info and apparently they have an "auto-enroll" to where if you don't call and cancel then you are enrolled in a subscription without notice. I am currently talking with them about refunding the bottles that I have yet to even receive.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for this unmoral practice/scam.

Review: Failure to provide an invoice of total price. The company baits customers in on a page that's advertising a product with "Risk Free" trial of their Elite Test 360/'Ripped Muscle X' products where there is no indication that you're charged a full price where it indicates "Rick Free" merely states pay for shipping and Handling. When there should be an understanding after the risk free trial (of 14 days)you will be charged 89.00/$87.63 respectfully full price. If you don't find the hidden policy you're stuck for more than the $4.95 for shipping for each bottle. Customers think they're getting a trial sample for just the shipping price. I've ordered many things on-line and their policies are there to see and not have to hunt for (not knowing there's a hidden deal in store) to suck you in and then lay some outrageous price on you. Review: On 1/14/15 I ordered a free bottle of some pills to try and paid the s&h. On 1/29/15 I was charged $89 for these free pills. Review: I ordered a sample of their products, which I paid $10 for. When I received the products their was a terms and condition note saying that if not canceled in 14 days you would get charged $87 per bottle a month. When I called to cancel they hung up on me after being on hold for five minutes. My fiancee called back to cancel and said they canceled it but gave her an attitude about the issue. I could not pay the monthly fee because I am a Fitness Consultant only and do not have a regular pay check. I would have refereed the product to clients if it worked, but I would try it myself first due to the fact I would rather have an adverse effect myself then a client. However after the deceitful advertising and poor customer service I would not recommend anything from this company to a client. I would not have sent for the sample had I known the terms and conditions in advance.Desired Settlement: I would like only an apology for their treatment of their customers and an agreement that they will never treat another prospected customer the way I was treated.
