At Elite Test 360, every customer is given the option to try their first 30 day supply without charge for 10 days after receiving their order. During the 10...

days, if the customer is not satisfied with their product, they are to contact customer service via phone or email with a notice of cancellation and the product must be postmarked for return within those 10 days. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after 10 days from the date of delivery, they are automatically billed for the product and then billed and shipped a new 30 day supply every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at any time by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on www.elitetest360.com, the product, the pamphlet that arrives with their order, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on www.elitetest360.com where the customer would have ordered the product. The customer also has to click “I agree to the terms and conditions” twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not click the box to agree with the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website, at the bottom of the first page, and also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their billing information, as well as sent out with the product.

The customer placed the order on 1/18/15. This is when they paid the initial $3.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 2/2/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer contacted Elite Test 360 on 2/5/15 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. We have refunded the remainder of the amount, $89.00, due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. The customer placed the order on 6/19/15. This is when they paid the initial discounted price of $3.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 7/4/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer contacted Elite Test 360 on 7/5/15 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $22.25 that day as agreed upon by the customer. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. We have refunded the remainder of the amount, $66.75, due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We actually recommend using for two to three months for the best results. The bottles come with 60 capsules for the trial period, and the consumer is allowed a trial period to decide if they wish to continue or cancel within that time period. However, we do not offer results within the trial. The trial is specifically for consumers to decide if they wish to continue. If they choose to cancel, they are simply required to return the remainder as we get a credit back from the manufacturer. Review: I'm writing you this correspondence to express my extreme, extreme disappoint with your business.

1st off, your "Free Trial" isn't a free trial. It's a scam. Free is free. Not "Free" only if you call to cancel. That's shady business.

On Oct. 8th I ordered the "Free Trial" of your products. I received the package of your products on Oct. 14th. 9 days after that on Oct.23rd I was charged $87.33 and $89.31 for your products. So, my 14 day free trial was from when I ordered the product and not from when I start using the product? Essentially, you're charging me for a product I did not even have in my hands. In my business I can't charge for a service yet to be performed. To me, it seems like I wouldn't even know if I liked the product by the time you guys billed me for my "Free Trial". The way I see it, today Oct. 27th would not even be the end of my 2 week trial. Instead, I've been charged nearly $180 for products I haven't even begun to use yet. I feel like I've been stolen from.

Your "Free Trial" purchase states that a customer needs to cancel so they are not charged for the "Free Trial". If they cancel they have to send the product back. I'm sitting here with 2 unopened packages that I can't return for a full refund of my money but you'll gladly accept opened packages from people who don't like your product and not charge people for the bottles. Makes me question what happens to the pills in those open packages. Not only that, your CSR's stated they can refund me 25% of my "Free Trial" purchase. But they also stated that there are deals where I can get the same products for about $28 a bottle. So, not only did they [redacted] me off by insulting me they double down on the insult and offer me 25% off which still means I'm paying nearly 3 times what your seDesired Settlement: Ideally, I would like to be refunded the full amount of my purchase. I will settle for a better clarification of your "Free Trial Offer" so other people don't fall into the same ridiculous trap I did.

Review: November 24, 2014 [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted] 2-13

450 [redacted] To whom it may concern:

A couple weeks ago I ordered two products I saw advertised on [redacted] and as many products sold or advertised on the Internet they came with a two week free trial. This gives the consumer an opportunity to try the product before actually paying the full price.

Pretty much the same day I got the two products my credit card was charged their monthly service charge of $[redacted] for Elite Test 360 and $[redacted] for Ripped Muscle. Even though their web page shows that the customer has two weeks to try the product the monthly product charge was taken out immediately. Obviously the customer does not have an opportunity to try the product or return it and only pay shipping and handling charge of $[redacted].

When I contacted the two companies I was told that they would cancel any further deliveries but could not return the purchase price. This is a blatant method of taking advantage of consumers by advertising one thing but doing another. I have returned the two products to their respective companies and I am requesting that they return my purchase price(s). I doubt if they will since the whole purpose of their misleading and false advertising is to scam consumers into falsely trying their products and taking their money as soon as they get the products.

I am hoping you will look into how these two businesses are doing business, make them return the $[redacted]’s or even $[redacted]’s they’ve stolen from consumers just like myself.

I noticed that their web pages are essentially the same, their outgoing phone messages are the same and their customer service representatives pretty much give the same reasons for not refunding the purchase price. This would suggest to me that this is two companies are acting in partnership to deceive the general population. I’ve listed the two companies below and their respective web pages.

Elite Test 360 [redacted] www.elitetest360.com [redacted] www.rippedmuscle.com

I appreciate your help in this matter, not just for my benefit but for the 1,000’s of people who are also being taken advantage by these two companies.

Sincerely, [redacted] I am also contacting several other state and federal agencies that I hope will look into how these companies are taking advantage of consumers. I believe what they are doing is misleading, fraudulent, false advertising, and illegal. I would also like to point out that [redacted] was found guilty of many of the same crimes and paid out several million to all 50 states and several foreign governments.

Cc: [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund the $** taken from my checking account.

At Elite Test 360,

every customer is given the right to try their first 30 day supply without

charge for the first 14 days. After the 14 day trial period, if the customer is

unsatisfied with their product, they are to return the remainder postmarked for

return within their 14 day trial period and also contact customer service to

notify a request for cancellation. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after

the 14 days, they are automatically billed for their product on the 15th day

and then automatically shipped and billed a product every 30 days thereafter.

The customer has the ability to cancel at anytime by calling customer service

or emailing [email protected].

the product, the pamphlet, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms

are disclosed clearly on elitetest360.com where the customer would have

does not "agree" to the terms, the order will not process. The terms

and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website not only on the

bottom of the first page, but also highlighted in a large white box on the

second page where the customer inputs their card information, as well as sent

out with the product. The consumer placed the order on 11/01/14. This is when

they paid the initial $[redacted] and this began the 14 day trial period to sample

from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request

for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period,

the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 11/16/14 as

explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer

contacted our company on 11/18/14 with a request for cancellation. The account

was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email

confirming the cancellation. The representative verified with the consumer in the call, that we show the item had a delivery confirmation of 11/08/14, well within the trial period as indicated by our terms and conditions. The customer accepted this, and the call ended amicably. We have provided the tracking information for the Revdex.com's verification: [redacted] by [redacted]

However, we are fully invested in customer service and have issued a full refund of $[redacted] as a courtesy due to this consumer's dissatisfaction. The refund will process in three to seven business days and he will receive an e-mail confirmation to verify the credit.

Review: Elite Test 360 advertises a 14-day trial period for their product, but only delivers 10 day trial period. This 14-day trail is clearly documented also on both their order and shipping confirmations. Their defence for deceptively advertising 14 days trail period, but delivering only a 10-day trail period is that the customer needs to click into another window to learn the EliteTest360 has redefined trial-period to include shipping time, thus there is really only 10 days to try the product. 10 days is hardly enough time to verify results and is not a 14-day trial period. Further, Elite Test 360 automatically charges for additional product before the 14 day trial period ends.Desired Settlement: Refund of any and all charges in excess of the shipping/handling charges of $4.95 agreed to in the 14-day trial period of the original transaction, which amounts to $89.

Review: Elite 360, advertises that if within 14 days one is not satisfied with the product , one can close the account and ask for a refund by calling 1-877-433=2774. When I called that # to call and ask for a refund No one would ever answer the Phone and would not respond to any messages I left on their recorder. My Bank , [redacted] also had the same problem. When [redacted] Bank called them to dispute the charges , they were o hold for over 15 minutes and when elite answered the call elite immediately hung up the phone. No person can call Elite to cancel and request a refund because of the Fraudulent claims of Elite 360.They automatically charge my Bank account $ [redacted] because I did not call within 14 days.I tried to within the the 14 day period but Elite would not answer the phone or respond to the messages I left.Desired Settlement: I want my $ [redacted] refunded to my Credit card of [redacted] Bank. I want to make known of the Fraud that Elite 360 is performing.

At Elite Test 360, every customer is given the right to try their first 30 day supply without charge for the first 14 days. After the 14 day trial period, if the customer is unsatisfied with their product, they are to return the remainder postmarked for return within their 14 day trial period and also contact customer service to notify a request for cancellation. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after the 14 days, they are automatically billed for their product on the 15th day and then automatically shipped and billed a product every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at anytime by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on elitetest360.com, the product, the pamphlet, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on elitetest360.com where the customer would have ordered their product. The customer has to also click "I agree to the terms and conditions" twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not "agree" to the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website not only on the bottom of the first page, but also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their card information, as well as sent out with the product. The consumer placed the order on 11/11/14. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 11/30/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company on 12/04/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on this complaint, we have fully refunded the charge of $[redacted] from 11/30. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

This is a SCAM where they offer a "free trial" then bill you. The product is no different then most thing you can get at a local GNC or health store provider. They advertise this product with another company musclex360, but are separate companies. If you want to cancel the product you need to notify both companies (not clear) even though when I called Musclex they already had the phone number on hand for elite360 because this has happened so often. Apparently I'm not the only one to fall for this.

Both companies use the same free 14 day trial. If you want to cancel the product you need to notify 2 separate companies and if the 14 days pass they will not refund you any funds even if you are willing to send the product back unused. I know if I walk to my local GNC they would accept a product unopened. The person I spoke with basically said because the 14 days were over all he could do was give me a partial rebate. I said I only received the product last week (I live in hawaii) and haven't even tried the product yet. Either way avoid the overpriced product and misleading product!

Review: I signed up to start my free trial on March 1, 2015. I received my packages on March 13, 2015. I was charged $87.63 and $89.00 plus a $0.88 fee for a foreign transaction two days after I received the packages. I received two packages every month from Ripped Muscle X and Elite Test 360. Their policy says that you have to return the packages within 30 days if you're not satisfied. I returned every package I received within the time specified except the not so free trial package. In May and June I received all packages back. I didn't sign for them and rejected the packages. I called the 800 number for the company told a gal to cancel my order and to stop sending me packages. To date I have received 10 packages or more and have returned them all. I contacted my credit card agency in July 2015 and they suspended my account and I ended up having to go through a 6 month process, I finally sent an email and stopped receiving the packages in August 2015. I now have a $1000.00 credit card bill and none of the product because I again returned all packages to the company UNOPENED for the 4th or 5th time during the months of October and November 2015. The credit card company says that since I didn't file a complaint with the bank within the first 60 days that I have this problem, I have to pay for the items which I don't have. Ripped Muscle X and Elite Test 360 also turned around and sent me a collection notice to pay them another $87.63 and $89.00 respectively for a product that I do not have and I have returned to them yet again 4 months ago. This company stands by their policy to scam consumers. In tota lElite Test 360 has collected $534.00 from me and they have their entire product back and have accepted it. I have the postal receipts showing it.Desired Settlement: I want a $534.00 refund and tell Collect Pros that I am not paying you an additional $89.00 for items I do not have and do not want. I did not include the month of March charge because I didn't return that package. April through August was all returned in the time frame specified within your company's policy and again in October and November of 2015.

Review: Please refer to my previous complaint issued against [redacted]. My complaint I.D for that one is [redacted] I am complaining about the same issue just towards Elite Test 360 to get the remainder of my refund. I bought a trial back in October and when the product was received I did not have the advertised amount of time to try the "sample". [redacted] has already given me a refund pertaining to this issue and has said that if I wanted to remainder of my refund which totals $[redacted] I will have to contact Elite 360 as a separate party.Desired Settlement: To receive the refund of $[redacted] for the same issue I faced with [redacted] in my previous complaint.

Consumer

Response:

On October 2, 2014 I ordered Elite 360 and [redacted],

both dietary supplement products. The issue I am having is that on 10/20/14 I called and asked

to have a refund, which they denied because I had passed the 14 day trial which began on

10/02/2014 my initial order date and my trial ended on 10/15/2014. Yet I did

not receive my SAMPLE until

10/09/2014. So technically they expect me, to use my 14 day supply by 10/15/10. That only gives me 6 days to try out this 14 day

supply. I find it unfair that I do not have enough time to try the sample that

is supposed to last me 14 days and

I am ultimately forced to either increase my consumption, which is risky

because I do not know how my body will handle a new product or, keep on buying

it to see how it works for me. I believe I am entitled to a refund because I

have only had the product for 11 days. I

would find it understandable to say you have a 14 day trial if I physically got

it the day I wanted it, for example if I bought it at a store like [redacted]. I would

like the company to be aware of the contradicting situation that are putting

consumers in because on their website they advertise 14 DAY TRIAL yet you do

not have 14 days to actually try it. If they are going to do that they should

decrease the sample size to 5 days to compensate for shipping time. I hope that

the Revdex.com can reveal the issue to them and help me get my full refund of $[redacted] Ripped Muscle X has already refunded me $[redacted] for their supplement and the remaining $[redacted] are from Elite 360. Thank you, [redacted]

The consumer contacted our company on 8/18/14 with a request for cancellation and a refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back. As a courtesy to the customer, we have refunded the remaining $35.05 that remains. That refund will also take 3-7 business days.

Review: I signed up for a free 14-day trial agreeing to pay only the shipping and handling fee of $4.95. When I received the product I read the part of the terms and conditions that stated my credit card would be charged $89.00 after the 14th day and then continue to be charged every month thereafter unless I cancelled with-in the 14-day trial period. I decide to cancel because I do not feel comfortable having my credit card automatically charged such a high price monthly. I emailed customer service and notified them of my request to cancel right now while with-in the 14-day trial period. I received an email from their customer service department stating that although I am with-n the 14-day trial period, in order for me to receive a full cancellation I would need to mail back the remainder of the bottle. If I do not then I would be charged a 15% discounted fee of $75.65 and then everything further would be cancelled. I read Elite Test 360 terms and conditions posted on their website and no where does it state that the remainder of the product would need to be returned in order to receive a full cancellation. It says "you may cancel your membership at any time by simply contacting customer service." I agreed to pay only the shipping and handling fee of $4.95. I should not have to pay for anything and I should not be required to return the trial offer bottle. I am hoping that the Revdex.com will help to prevent this business from engaging in and future fraud and/or the above specified unfair practice evidenced in their emailed statements to me.

Review: I ordered a 14 day trial from elite test 360 for there dietary supplement pills on 11-22-2014, I received them on 11-28-2014. The advertised agreement is that you have a 14 day trial if you do not like product you may return them for a full refund, on 12-7-2014 they debited my account, my 14 day trial does not end until 12-12-2014, it is 12-10-2014 and I have called them several times to resolve this, they stated that a 14 day trial begins on the day you ordered it which was 11-22-2014 but definition of 14 day trial is you have 14 days to try the product and determine if you are satisified with it or if you want your money back. on 12-7-2014 would of been day 9 of my 14 day trial period not the 15th, I have contacted them several times since 12-7-2014 I have been hung up on, and told that 15 days was on 12-7-2014 and they would not refund my money to me, so they have this scam set up to rip off people, they advertise 14 day trial but in reality only give you 7-8 days to try it before debiting your account without permission.

All I want is my money back they can have the dietary pills back, please can Revdex.com help me to resolve this situation.

Regards [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund the money back to all the people they have misadvertised to and not be allowed to advertise a 14 day trial with the intent on starting the trial on the day of the order since it takes 5-7 days for them to ship order to the customer.

Review: In June of 2013, I ordered a sample of their product with the understanding I would only be charged shipping and handling cost of $4.95. This $4.95 charge ocurred on my July, 2013 credit card bill and I did receive the product. I did not agree to any other shipment of product.

On July 13, 2013 they charged my credit card for $89 which showed on my August, 2013 credit card statement. When the product showed up in the mail, I called EliteTest360 and asked them why they were shipping and charging me without my authorization. The customer rep stated they would cease all future billing and asked if I would agree to pay 1/2 of the $89 charge since I already had the product. I agreed to pay 1/2 if they would cancel all future shipments and billing. I received two e-mails stating they had cancelled all future shipments and billing and that they were crediting my account for 1/2 of the $89 charge as discussed and agreed. I also contacted my credit card to notify them that these were not authorized charges. They said they would contact the company and see what was going on.

On August 11, 2013 EliteTest360 again submitted a charge for $89 to my credit card which showed up on my September, 2013 statement. This time I did not receive any product. Once again I contacted my credit card company and they claimed they had told EliteTest360 to cease and desist and that I would be refunded all but the 1/2 of $89 I had agreed to pay for the July shipment.

My credit card company refunded $44 and then $89 which would have taken care of the issue. When I received my February, 2014 statement, I was surprised to see a rebill of $45 to EliteTest360. I called my crdeit card company and was told that EliteTest360 would not honor the 1/2 off of the July, 2013 shipment so my credit card rebilled me. They told me they could not do anything about it and I have cancelled my credit card due to this rebill.Desired Settlement: I would like EliteTest360 to issue a refund for the $45 that was charged back to me. Below is the content of the e-mails from EliteTest360 stating they would credit me the $45, followed by the one stating they would cancel all future orders. Review: Elite Test has unethical sales and collection practices. Originally we consented to a free trial of the product. for the first month. The following month there were charges made to our account from this company and the following month there were more. We told them that we did not want to continue with the service. I called Elite and it had been agreed that half of those charges would be refunded to our checking account. Thinking the matter was over we are now being charged with three more charges- $89.00, $87.63 & $87.63. Totaling $264.24. These charges had caused my checking account to overdraw, so I also have a $25.00 over draft fee.Desired Settlement: A refund in the amount of the charges taken out of our account. Total $264.24 plus the $25.00 over draft fee.

The customer has to also click "I agree to the terms and conditions" two times before the order is processed. If the customer does not "agree" to the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website not only on the bottom of the first page, but also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their card information as well as sent out with the product.
