I am rejecting this response because:my contract was not with the driverIt was with MovewheelsI signed a contract for $I was not told u til after my car was not picked up on time that they had to get me another trucker and for a lot more moneyThey would have charged me the deposit if I had not fulfilled my part of the contract but they feel like they can just blame the driverA good business would have found me another driver and still only charged me the $Sometimes a business has to take a loss to keep their good nameA signed contract should stand on its ownAlso their employee should never have threatened me to be blacklisted and that no one would pick up my carBad business practice

I am rejecting this response because:The sales agent did not explain any of this to me when I talked to him on Aprill He told me he had a driver for $and I had to wait until he said no driver will be picking up your carI have the contract and the date it was signedThe national board he was aware of and still decided to give me $when I told him breaching a contract was illegal he responded by saying he knows but he is sorryThat is not a response to give when you breach a legal documentI wrote the owner and still have no responseI spoke to the driver also and he informed me he was not informed about my order until a day after I signed my contract and my debit card was charged and I have that date on my bank statement*** went against all terms

able to secure the driver in the period of business days and we were not able to transport the vehicle within this period of timeWe informed Mr*** that driver has not been assigned to the order and Mr*** decided to cancel the orderHis shipping agent *** informed Mr*** that we reserve business days to assign the driver, but Mr*** insisted on cancelling the contractWe got in touch with our billing department and informed them that order will be cancelledOur procedure is standard - after delivery or in teh case order is cancelled we remove customer's credit card information from the system and never keep itI want to confirm that we did not charge the amount of $(our cancellation fee according to T&C of the contract Mr*** has signed)We didn't charge the credit card, removed it from the system and will not charge itMrHurrado, could you please attach a statement from the bank to show the transaction from our company? I will pass this information to the billing department immediately and in the event of unauthorized charge we will refund the money immediatelyAccording to our information $have never been charged from ***'s account
