but couldn't get shipment scheduled, the issue is that after 2 weeks of not getting it scheduled you didn't refund my $169.00 deposit, didn't return my email message, didn't return my text messages, didn't return my phone call or message but kept my money. That's shady, dishonest business practice.

I am rejecting this response because:The contract was signed under false pretense.  The 5 days to find a driver was not applicable as [redacted] insisted that she already had a driver and need no time to do so, but would not share the driver information until the contract was signed.  Since your company committed fraud and the contract was signed under false pretense the contract is invalid.I have received numerous contacts from [redacted] insisting upon payment.  The facts are that [redacted] committed fraud, caused their potential customer to incur additional expenses due to their fraudulent actions and have harassed their potential customer over a dozen times for money.  If there are funds to be paid, [redacted] owes their potential customer reimbursement for the incremental expenses that were incurred due to [redacted] fraudulent actions.

19th. Our sales agent after numerous attempts managed to assign a carrier for $595. The driver supposed to pick up your vehicle on Dec 19th as we agreed on. And according to the contract if the driver is assigned to the order any cancellations lead to $95 cancellation fee, since we have to confirm the load to the driver. We regret that process of transporting your vehicle was disappointing . At this point we already cancelled your order and canceled authorization of $70, you should see funds unblocked in full amount within next few days. I am rejecting this response because: It was never true that a driver was found and he canceled on you all. Why was it that you never reached out to me to let me know and I had to keep calling you. The reviews on your [redacted] page which I discovered later showed this is a pattern and you bait people, waist their time and leave them with no option. How are you going to compensate me for not reaching out to me to give me updates which lead to my flight being changed etc.

Driver who took your order said her that your vehicle would be delivered on time and he told that he called you also. We understand we caused problems for you, but Sandra called [redacted] every day and heard the same. We will never work with this carrier company again and we put a negative review, because we never treat our customers this way.

I am rejecting this response because: It was advertised to me that this company would be shipping the car. They false advertised their services to me  from the beginning! They stated that they would like to assist in any way possible but when I called them they told me they could not help and refused to assist in anyway. All they did was tell me to contact this "third-party" which is untraceable (I have a feeling this third-party doesn't really even exist). The  mileage was not documented on any of the receipts that I received from the carrier. I find it ironic that mileage was the only thing left blank on the forms. I was lucky enough to have documented the mileage on my own prior to the shipping and know that it was driven. The car even received toll fees in the state of [redacted] which was collected while it was in the possession of this company. The state of [redacted] has evidence of the car being driven by someone and not placed on a car holder as they claim this "third party" did. The state of [redacted] even dismissed the charges from my name because this company was responsible for the car at that time. I was under the impression that I was dealing with them only. This third party was never mentioned.  I tried to look up the "third party" but the company does not even exist. I sense fraud! I think they may be "the [redacted]" of this fake company as well.  This company needs to be thoroughly investigated because there is something very fishy about them.I deserve to be reimbursed some portion of my money for the false advertising they did, the mileage they placed on my car and refuse to admit to, the toll fees that they put in my name, and inconvenience. I was told that they were taking care of the car and now that things have gone bad they want to blame it on a third-party. Justice needs to be served. They have cheated a lot of people and they need to be stopped.Regards,

interstate and second - the local one, who will deliver straight to Farmington. Everything was scheduled and booked in no time and there were no issues. Unfortunately, the second driver who should take the car directly from the first one was not able to do it in time. So Brian did his best to find you a driver who can. Instead of leaving your car in storage that cost $30 a day, for several days, we managed to deliver a car for only $75 more. We are ready to compensate $25 for your inconvenience, so on delivery, you will have to pay $500 total, instead of $525. That is the best what we can do for the situation that is not our fault. I am rejecting this response because: #1: No driver was assigned - the claim that a driver was assigned for pickup is false otherwise [redacted] would have provided it right after signing the contract (as she said she already had existing space on an existing truck).#2: I am not aware of any attempts [redacted] made to arrange transportation until Monday, which is three days later.  Shortly after the contract was signed [redacted] stopped communicating and never claimed a driver was assigned, any driver canceled or she was making any effort to fulfill the agreement.#3: [redacted] was sent an email Friday evening letting her know that I was forced to make other arrangements.  She also knew based on our earlier conventions that I could not wait until Monday. The contract was void days before they started looking for transportation on Monday.#4: The claim that they are not charging for a service not provided is also false.  I received multiple phone calls, texts and emails harassing me for payment.  This company is guilty of fraud, harassment and attempted extortion. If they want to make amends then they should apologize (which they have not done), reimburse me for the incremental costs incurred due to their actions ($375) and stop all future fraudulent behavior.Thank you to the Revdex.com for helping address this issue.
