I am rejecting this response because:Your company caused me to lose work, assigned a driver from Skipper Transport to take my truck without my permission or agreement and I had to pay the driver in cash to get the my vehicle off his truck. Your company picked up my truck without any agreement and it was done intentionally and unless I receive a refund of at least $100, I will not be satisfied. I am rejecting this response because: they did not admit any wrong doing and I cannot see how their explanation of why their initial offer price was so low relative to competitors is valid given that their competitors have access to the same driver pricing information, their commission rates are comparable, and their competitors were able to warn me early on that they would have to increase pricesMany car transports were being booked at the time by other companies - it's just that this company is low balling both drivers and customers to attract more customers and increasing prices at the end when customers have no time left to wait before their moveOffering a discount of unknown size/amount for future use of this company is also unacceptableWhy would I want to use a company who uses such bait-and-switch business practices resulting in similar prices as their competitors? As least with other companies I can save the stress of being left to the last minute before a diver can be secured and scheduled

I am rejecting this response because:You guys are lying once againI spoke with *** and the reason why the violations were dropped is because I explained to them that the car was not in my possession but in your companies possession at the timeThey told me that the car was not on a car holderThey knew that I should not be at fault so that's the reason why the violations were taking off of my nameI spoke with them today and the violation will be reassigned to your company at a later dateMy car was driven by someone in *** and it's a shame that you want to use the dismissal of it off my name to cover up your fraudulent behaviorYou guys are a terrible vendor and I am happy to not do business with you guys againI believe in Karma and you will reap everything that you have sownI love how unprofessional you are on the phone (hanging up on me, transferring me to random people who speak in fake accents, etc) and how professional you present yourself on this websiteMay God have mercy on you for your fraudulent business standards.

need to be made to better our customers. Please note that Movewheels dates are estimated and not guaranteed and we do ask for a 1-5 day after the first available date to find a carrier. Records show that we did have a carrier company assigned on 7/13 two days before estimated pick-up day. Unfrotiunalty things happen that are out of our control and the carrier company that was assigned had to cancel. At that point, our dispatch/support team immediately started working on assigning another carrier company to transport your vehicle. On 7/14, one day before estimated pick-up day, we found a driver but for slightly higher cost. Our manager riched out to you and offered this option. We never force our customers to pay more or making rash decisions. That was just an option to move your car as soon as possible. Unfortunately, you've decided to cancel your order and refuse our services, according to the contract this action resulted in a cancellation fee of $95. We care about our customers and try to provide the best service possible. If you will have any further questions/concerns please feel free to contact us directly over the phone or email as we would love the opportunity to rectify the matter.

carrier to your move. The mileage is important factor and it should have been marked on bills of ladings on pick up and delivery, and you should also have copies of that. Upon delivery if there was a difference in mileage you had to resolve it with the carrier by not releasing the payment. We understand your concern and feel bad about this situation that happened. You would have to file a claim on this case with carriers insurance company and we'll do our best to assist in that. Please send us an email with copies of bills of lading with mileage marked and we'll try to contact carrier and their insurance company for resolving this issue.

I am rejecting this response because: The statement is incorrect, I was given [redacted] as hauler's insurance company, and when I contacted them, they referred me to their subsidiary, [redacted]. Attached is [redacted]'s response that the hauler had NO CARGO INSURANCE. It's clear that MOVEWHEELS.com put my car on a hauler that had no insurance covering their client. This is the 3rd attempt to send Revdex.com the evidence supporting my complaint. Your form on your website is not secure by the notification. my email did not go thru.
