We signed a contract with Empire, gave them a deposit and a couple of days later decided to cancel the contract We called them, was transferred once to the cancellation department and was told a check would be mailed to us for a full refund in 10-business days We just received our check (business days) Everyone was VERY POLITE and considerate when we dealt with them We did find their prices a little high and that is why we decided not to do business with them Otherwise, we have no complaints about Empire, their sales person or their office staff
