hear anything from EmpireThis is a tactic that they use to discourage complaints and to allow warranties to run outThey consistently procrastinate and try to placate the customer with promises
The local office spoke to the customer previouslyAs the installation is out of warranty, the customer was quoted a fair and reasonable price for service. The customer declined the offered serviceNo services were rendered and the customer was not charged anything
