Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First, I was apologized to and told that the sales people had just recently been made aware of stating that yes a oil change is to be made instead of telling people nothing further needs to be doneSecond, if an internal investigation was done and you actually listened to the recordings of my sale you would know that nothing was stated about an oil change and I was correct in my complaintI will say that I was offered a full refund and was told I would receive it within 48hrs by [redacted] , I believe a customer service manager, but have I gotten it? Of course notI last called Monday 6/13/when I was told this, and it is now Friday the 17th [redacted] ***

The mail house Endurance uses to send out notices made an error in the mail processing and mailed the letter in error to your father We are sorry for your loss and any confusion this letter caused you As a result of your complaint, Endurance placed both your father, [redacted] , and yourself on our internal "take me off the list" mailing database to ensure you do not receive any future direct mail from our company

Nick [redacted] supplied me with optimal customer service on August 18, He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful

I contacted EWS to cancel an extended warranty for my ***I spoke with Martin [redacted] and he did nothing but harass me about cancelingHe spoke to me in a condescending way because I was a woman I'm guessingI told him I didn't want the hassle I just wanted to cancelHe was beyond rude!! I asked how long my refund would take and he told me two weeksThat's ridiculous when they could put it back on my cardit doesn't take two weeks to mail a check! I plan to complain to [redacted] for referring this company in the hopes no one else will be hassled

I had worked with Justin who was my liaison for Endurance, he provided outstanding customer serviceWhen I called Justin after speaking with the warranty company which had turned down my claim, Justin reassured me he would review as well act in my best interest in resolving any disparity with the warranty company to assure that my claim would be reexamined and if necessary would have a third party expert technician sent to determine my claims validity Justin had reassured me that I would receive a fair assessment and he would as well personally review the facts concerning my claimI have been in the customer service field for over years and as a professional I salute the Endurance team for having such a straightforward and competent staffQuality associates are the product of senior management's competency in hiring practicesMy experience has been outstanding and I would recommend Endurance to anyone who is considering purchasing vehicle breakdown warranty insurance

Superb customer service from these guys! I never feel like I'm fighting against them and they always attend to my needsI know they will be there when I need themAshley did a great job today

This company gave me a very under graceful experience; I got a vehicle service contract through this company to protect my car when ever it would run into a problemYes a car warranty to cover my repairs; So I pick there (superior coverage) a very great one that would cover my whole car bumper to bumper; so I paid my $down payment and made my first month installment paymentso by that time my days waiting -period had passedI thought, so I call them endurance- just to make sure it was good to take my vehicle in to my dealershipSo I got the agent who help me sthe warranty on the phone and was told that yes go on and take it to the dealership, you are showing here that you are passed your waiting periodI was told then to just give them your card when you get there and they will take it from there, so I said alright but im going to need a rental-car will warranty also get me one when I check my car into the dealershipI was also told yes again, just give them your card and they will take it from thereSo me and my family get to the dealership with my car, I give the guy at the dealership my warranty-card and he starst the process of entering all info of problem that I wanted fixNow we get to the point of them keeping my car and them calling endurance to get me a rental-car and also them approved for them to fix the vehicle, there claims department of endurance tell the dealership guy that I will have to pay for that myself and after they confirm from the dealship what need to be doneThen they would refund me on the rental car as I was told this from endurance claims-department guy, so im like alright I can handle that since they will credit me backsince my warranty is active for repairs, so the dealership call for me a car rental and me and my family are picked up and taking thereSo now I pay $on the deposit to get the rental-car, so im still humble cause I know I will get that back from enduranceSo we go afew days thinking our vehicle is now must likely being worked on and soon will be called to piour car, "WRONG" the dealership call us and tell us they didnt give approvel on the claim to fix our carso im like what- why and who told you that; so I call this company..an I call this company to get some answers to find out what went wrong It take me afew more days after leaving message after message to get someone to call me back; no one calls backso here it is mid week and I get the claims departmentl on the phone; an this guy tell me it was denied cause of pre-existing conditionso here im like huh..he like it have to be after your 30day-waiting period to make a claimIm like it is pass my waiting-period and I was told that from your agent and I was giving the go ahead to take my car to my dealership; he says I dont know why you was told that but the claim is deniedso I asked to talk to someone in charge and I was tranfered to a manger; an he like no your warranty is not fully active you are shy 2daysso im like well I was told by the agent that my vehicle service contract was active and also told to take my car on into my dealership and give them my card and they will take it from there; plus I talked to claims that same day and they told me get a rental and that they will refund me that deposit on the rental-car So now my question of the day to this guy was this; if I was told by your agent to go ahead and take my car in cause im pass my waiting-period and that everything is fine "im active; why didnt they see that I was (2) days shy of my waiting periodSo he was like I dont know; but sir I will look into it and get back to you, cause right now you are active but the day you took your vehicle to the dealership it was not active ; so im going have to talk with these two-employee's and see why did they tell you that miss guided infoSo now im like so do this mean my refund for a rental car that I paid a deposit on will not be re-credited to me; that your claims department told me to go and head and get the rental carHe like yeah I sorry but yes.But I dont know why they told you that to begin with sir, so at that point I asked to close this warrantyas he is still trying to get me to stay, after convo-back forward he final tranfer me to that departmentbut now to make along story alittle short cause there is more...this company is not a good company to do business with they are liers and they dont and I stated that again dont help you with your car needsalso the people working there are trained to just get you to sign up and pay $and when your car do break-down this company find ways to not honor your repairBecause not only did this company endurance cause me to pay the deposit fee for the rental-car; I also had to pay the dealership another fee of $for them running tests on my vehicleso this company had me send out of pocket a total of $500-dollars; so I hope this review is read by many people to be warned not to trust this company.They are just out to make a living on your money, just think about they get you to sign up for a warranty of $down and put the money into there account and after 30-days theses funds start to gain intersts for them as it sit and sit and your start making your monthly payment to themThis company is just a high-class scamso please stay away from "ENDURANCE-AUTOWARRANTY!! now im waiting on my full-refund back from this company, as I have sent my letter of cancellation and in arizona they have 30-days to honor that committment of $back to meI will be writing again a review on that time-frai dont see soon!

I purchased this coverage for my mother who is elderly and lives in another stateEvery time my mother goes to the shop they overcharge and recommend things that I feel are not always neededSo I wanted a warranty that will monitor and help her from paying these large out of pocket repairsWhen I made this purchase they assisted us and really made us feel comfortableMost importantly I know that Endurance will protect my mother when she goes in for repairs My manufacture warranty is expiring soon and will be buying coverage for my car The activations manager Cory Schwartz and Steve Sanchez in customer service should be recognized for their professionalism and caring personalities

On October 20, the customer contacted Endurance and purchased an Endurance Select Premier vehicle service contract for her BMW Xwith 72, Endurance's Customer Service Manager talked to the customer, explained the coverage and how it works He also walked her through the components that are covered He offered to cancel the contract and issue a full refund, however the customer wanted to keep the coverage The Customer Service Manager told the customer about a couple of the common issues with claims on premium cars like BMWs such as non-OEM parts and how sometimes there could be a difference in what BMW charges for labor versus what records show for the labor costsThe customer understood and will adhere to the terms and conditions The Customer Service Manager also deferred the customer's next monthly payment

Having spoken with ***, I called to compare my existing extended warranty with other companiesNot only was she extremely sweet, she was incredibly informative, easy to understand, and honest with her professional opinions on my coverage and what to expect from them as well as other companiesShe walked me through everything they offer and helped me understand my existing warranty so that I could make an informed decision on my ownHer honesty and truthfulness is appreciated, and after verifying everything spoken about, it was clear that she was beyond knowledgeable and most importantly, ethicalA rare gem
